Guest Reviews
- Morgan (1/5): It was a bed, but I feel like they should’ve been paying me to stay there it was so terrible. - The location was good and even though half of the employees clearly seemed to be using illicit substances, they were very friendly. The hotel was overrun with drug addicts. The shower was disgusting and the curtain was yellow and constantly sucked in rubbing on us when we tried to shower. The carpet on the floor had multiple holes cut out of it some of them almost 6sq in. The heater was broken and when we told the office they brought in a space heater that would only stay on for about 5 minutes at a time and we had to constantly unplug it and restart it. The website said checkout was at noon and at 9:30 hospitality (2 men clearly on drugs) knocked and woke us up asking if we would be leaving soon even though checkout wasnt for another 2.5 hours. The front desk gave no indication where our room was, they just handed us the keys and said “131” then got on the computer dismissing us. The lock on our room did not work so we placed a chair in front of the door. And as we were leaving, we noticed the hospitality workers entering rooms to clean the with lit cigarettes in their mouths even though the entire hotel is non-smoking.
- Matthew (1/5): This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in without a doubt - There are absolutely zero redeeming qualities about this place. The only decent thing was that it didn't have rats or bugs that I could see. At the most basic level, I expect a motel room that I pay any amount for to have been visited by a room service. Not only was the trash not emptied, the towels used, the sheets not changed, and the floor dirty, there was a pair of underwear still in the bed. I had already visited the front desk, which was mobbed with other patrons checking out because their rooms had not been cleaned. The surly af woman behind the desk was the sole employee and was obviously not equipped to deal with the simple task of checking people in. I informed her on my first trip back downstairs that my key card did not work. After about 20 minutes waiting for her to check another person in, she waddled upstairs at 1/2 mile per hour and unlocked my room with a key, which meant I could not leave my room if I wanted back in. That's when I discovered the horror show of trash and human DNA left in my room. The walls are paper thin, the bed spread was full of cigarette burns and the whole place was a demonstration garden of poor life choices. Instead of dealing with the front desk again I decided to grab the two remaining semi-clean towels, strip the bed and pass out. When I went to check out the next morning there were no cups for air pots of coffee. I got "the last cup" and pumped a few shots of coffee only to discover it was ice cold...probably left over from the previous day. I give this place my contempt and negative 5 stars.

- Mefford (1/5): America's shit value inn and suites - Relatively quick response from local law enforcement Too much to list for the allowed space
- Tyler (2/5): It didn't happen, the room was so dirty we didn't stay - Room was too dirty to use
- James (6/5): It is what I paid for. Simple. A place to put my head down and rest. - Quiet. Basic. No frills. Some plumbing issues.

- Mefford (1/5): Sad and pathetic - Absolutely nothing Everything, I even had a gun and a pillow stolen from a housekeeper not one word from a manager of apologizing or owner or nothing
- Seth (1/5): Wanted to like it - The staff was great but it sounds like the management really needs some work it was like pulling teeth to get toilet paper and they said they literally had none on the premises the ice machine didn't work the place was just in general disarray and there seem to be nobody who was in charge of running it besides employees who were not happy about not having the resources they needed Could be a great place if the management stepped up to the plate and provided there employees with what they need to keep the guests happy and supplied with essentials

- Ken (8/5): - Great price. Clean and good bed. On quiet street. Has been refreshed as was formerly Motel 6. 1 bedspread was rust colored and the other was burgundy. Pieces of Formica edging missing on furniture and chunk of paint missing on bathroom door. Just little details that keep it from higher rating. Would stay again.

- John (6/5): Older facilities had bright, friendly staff. - It seemed run down spartan but clean enough. Friendly staff. Run down. Worn.
- Stone (8/5): Amazing, fun and very resourceful - The bathrooms are amazing and the rooms Needs cleaned and needs effort put into it
- Christopher (2/5): Not a good place for a good nights sleep. - It was a last minute place that had vacancy Loud noise all night. I heard fights and yelling all night long from rooms around me from 9pm-4am. People coming and going from different rooms all night long. Sleep was impossible unless you’re a heavy sleeper. Fridge and microwave didn’t work. Found random hairs in bed and all along the countered and I’m bald so it wasn’t from me. So noisy on a Friday night with disrespectful people. I almost up and left in the middle of the night.

- Heather (1/5): Bad, bad, bad - Nothing. Dirty. No TV. No phone. Used ice bucket. Used sheets. Door wouldn't lock. Heater broken.
- Dawn Fessenden (4/5): - All of it except for the front desk clerk at night
- paul (8/5): A place to spend the night -
- Guest (9/5): A cheap place for stay but too apart from the city. - For the orice was perfect. I just have problems with my room door. Is too apart from the city.
- Salomon (10/5): 👍 - 👍 👍
- Eli (3/5): - At least the sheets were clean when I got there, no bugs either. Dirty carpet, dirty room. Poorly designed rooms. The outside of the building was rough to say the least. Broken down cars in the parking lot, disgusting garbage cans, that were perpetually full. Filthy stairs, filthy everything. Building is in disrepair.
- Eva and Jake (3/5): Third-world hostility - It was ok Rude staff
- Marilyn (6/5): You get what you pay for .. only in this case we paid for it to include breakfast and not didn’t. - Easy access to interstate Online said breakfast and there wasn’t any.
Room felt cramped
- isbroner (2/5): -
- Robert (1/5): Very disappointing - Nothing to like about this property :( It is very old and dirty. Worn and dirty carpet. Recepticles so worn out they didn't work. Very poor experience
- koerth (5/5): -
- Beth (6/5): -
- Lisa (4/5): - Many of the doors did not have the complete number on them. Very dirty outside. Unsightly furniture outside door of motel. Lots of trash around the parking lot. Shower and bed were great. No coffee maker or ice bucket. No freezer in refrigerator. Many of the trash containers around the property were overflowing. Remote didn't have any batteries and the office didn't either, so I had to go buy some. The toilet got plugged up easily. There was no plunger available so we had to get our own.
- Kareena (6/5): - The beds were mismatched. Sheets were very rough and piling up. My skin felt terrible and I couldnt sleep. There were what looked like blood stains on the box spring and the box spring and mattress was torn in places.
The Staff seemed friendly though.
- Hannah (2/5): - I booked a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette butts on the floor. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, hair on the bedding, and dirt everywhere. There were cockroaches, no working AC, and the main light made a terrible noise. The hotel clearly needs to improve cleanliness and maintenance—would not stay here again.
- Jerry (7/5): -
- Jason (4/5): Spend the extra $ on another hotel! - Your website advertises a continental breakfast but there was none. The towels and beds were not clean, the linens didn’t look like they had been changed between guests and the towels had hair on them. The deadbolt latch also didn’t work. This hotel is sketchy at best. Spend a few extra $ and stay somewhere nicer.
- Charles (2/5): - Charged me extra for breakfast and they do not even have it.
- jimmy (10/5): - Breakfast could be given in morning security at nigt maybe
- Hale (5/5): - Good location. Quiet. Office didn't have quarters for laundry. I can see having pet friendly rooms but the carpeting was pretty funky. Our dogs are super clean. Glad they had their own beds to sleep on
- Lingg (1/5): Crappy & Unhappy stay - Out of the rain Well first off asked the rate & he quoted $30 more than online.
Then we have to wait 15 minutes for the online booking to come through. We are then put in a room where the toilet 🪠 is plugged. I go tell the office & he gives me a plunger 🪠 to unplug it myself 😔. That doesn't work so we have to move all our stuff to an upstairs room, where we didn't want to be (upstairs). It was so dirty, others were smoking pot outside. Not a nice place to stay.
- Carol (4/5): - No tv remote mgr didn't have one Most of the lights went out in the room bathroom and overheard lights.Carpet was very dirty and stained. Reserved room b/ c of prices and the pet policy but its clearly a worn out Motel 6.The beds were clean and smelled very fresh.
- Daniel (4/5): Disappointed business traveler - Carpet stains, smoke smell and noise. I did not like this hotel and will never stay there again.
- DEBORAH (6/5): - Its a maze to get to tue hotel. Not much parking for the number of rooms. Sketchy area and people in the parking lot. Rooms are outdated and walls are mared. Beddijg is old and stained. If I could have cancelled before checking in and seeing the room even, I would have.
- Joyce (2/5): - 1st room they gave us toilet overflowed on first flush. Feces everywhere
Gave us another room....bathroom sink did not work.....would not open to drain. Had to hand wash and spit toothpaste in shower.
Took shower in AM and towel rack fell off.
Very shady crowds around. Worst motel ever
- Hale (6/5): -
- Elzbieta (2/5): - The place is a dump! 1 light working, sheets dirty, microwave absolutely filthy. I’m lost for words
- Tina (6/5): Nope never again. - We asked for our rooms tk be close together, that did not happen. Looked like our bed had already been slept in and remade. Will not come back. The curtains where burned in one corner and the room had a weired smell.
- ashlin (2/5): - The only good thing about the stay was the staff. The sheets had smell , no locks on the door and terrible room. Wont recommend
- Tim (6/5): - Floors dirty doors dirty ac stopped working at night
- Christopher (10/5): - Very polite and professional staff room was very clean. Great location
- Herwig (4/5): -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Okay for one night.
- James Michael (10/5): - Didn’t need any of the panties just appreciated a place to lay down and have a good rest and that’s what I got
- Janice (6/5): - There is garbage in the parking lot and people sitting outside talking everywhere.
- james (2/5): - Cops were there twixe the night we spent. Door had been broken into multiple times
- Lelah (4/5): - Nothing unique everything was old a little bit scary.
- Ayasha (4/5): - Rooms were dirty, stains everywhere, had to check for bed bugs, completely disgusting, the only good thing was the manager of the hotel.
- Paula (4/5): - Poor condition. Broken furniture, leaky AC created puddle right inside room.
- Chris (2/5): - First room we got smelled terrible. Its an old motel so figured we'd pick up an air freshener.NBD. AC didnt work and it was hot so went to front desk. Got a second room. This room jad hardwood flooring so ot didnt smell as bad and had AC...but the key card lock didnt work so anyone could walk in the room. Third room was somehwat successful though. Still smelled bad sonwe go an air freshener. Evverything was dirty. Stains all over the place. Walls even had dirt. Like, juat wipe it away when cleaning. The property was covered in dirt and cigarettte butts. No pride of ownership at this place.
- raymond (4/5): - Laminate floors were falling apart. Only half the light worked. Pool was good.
- Phyllis (6/5): - Shower was new. Vents were dirty. Beds and pillows were lumpy. No phone or usb hookups. Noise minimal. Air/heater was extremely noisy and bad musky smell when turned off.
- Stephen (8/5): - an older property, for the price and other review photo's were correct. my room had a good ac unit and was clean.
- John (6/5): - There was no breakfast available as it stated in the property information
- Alisha (2/5): - Couldn't get out of there fast enough, took 5mins to make another reservation and that was 5 mins too long
- Dennis (2/5): - Noisy, paper thin walls. Carpet was dirty. No cover on fan in bathroom, dirty
- Jerome (2/5): - Very dirty and room smile are bad for family in not recommended to with kids
- Lorraine (2/5): - There was no power
- steve (2/5): - Smokey dirty rooms
- Shannon (2/5): - It was bad folks . Room wasn’t even clean a little , but if you look at the property. Garbage , cigg butts everywhere. And broken down vehicles. Alot of long stays there. Seems like a drug heaven from what i experienced from some of the guests . Not a recommended place to stay . Pay the extra $20 and go somewhere else.
- Lacy (2/5): Not clean, if you were in a bit money pinch, maybe - Floors hadnt been swept, and they were pretty dirty. Comforters on both beds had cigarette hole burns in them, and were obviously very worn. No mattress protectors on the beds. No soap. Just 4 tiny shampoo bottles? No continental breakfast as advertised. I would have paid 10 dollars more for a continental breakfast and a clean place. No outlets by the beds. The floors had been redone, and that was the highlight, even though they were gross. Found a roach. Microwave smelled like fish.
- Brenda (6/5): - Air conditioner kept waking us up, it was noisy.
- Kimberly (4/5): - No breakfast like advertised! Beds were jammed in room, 2 different sizes. Garbage was overflowing in parking lot, pool was dirty! Overall a sketchy place to stay.
- Myla (6/5): - The hotel advised continal breakfast ( there is NO breakfast )
There is very little parking
No chairs,
no fan in the bathroom
Window locked by the use of a stick in the window track
Bed is comfortable
No hangers
Outlets need replaced charging cube falls out
- Evan (4/5): - My family felt very unsafe. Lots of beer cans laying around. Garbage stacked in the corners of walkways. And the smell from garbage was very bad
- Tori (2/5): - The place double booked me..then told me when i arrived they didn’t have a room … they could have told me days ahead of time..I had an email confirmation of my stay as well..I spoke to the general manager and he told me it’s not their fault.. it was “a computer glitch”… he was very unprofessional for a general manager…and they still charged my credit card!!!
- Brandi (2/5): - The room was filthy. It smelled the door locks didn’t work. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.
- Joshua (2/5): - Mattress smelled like urine. Room below was trashed. Looked like homeless people had spent a couple weeks squatting in it. Old Mattress in parking area that people were driving over. Would not recommend.
- Jamie (2/5): - Not my ideal accommodations. The room was small with two full size beds crowded in it. There was no phone and the security lock on the door was broken and useless. The room wreaked of stale cigarettes.
Bathroom looked clean but toilet had some difficulty flushing. The lady at the desk was helpful and had a pleasant personality.
- Andy (4/5): - Afternoon desk clerk was quite rude! I asked for extra blanket and he acted like I wanted the moon!
- Laurie (2/5): - Very scary looking
- Clarissa (6/5): - I stayed at this property before, but the condition of it has gone down over the years. I realize the property owners are probably trying to keep costs down since there seemed to be people long-term living there, but they need to work on some upgrades. The subfloor in my room was very spongy, and I wasn't sure that I was not going to step through the floor. When I got up in the night to use the bathroom, when I turned the light on, there were bugs in the bathroom. The outside of the property could use a good cleaning, especially of the high touch traffic areas (handrails specifically).
- F5271KAbens (2/5): Disgusting awful experience. - Awful experience. Laundry service is disgusting. Rooms are disgusting. Shower was disgusting. Room smelled terrible. Desk was unable to open laundry room when a guest took the key for hours. What a joke of a place.
- Gary (2/5): - A horrible place to stay.
- Ted (8/5): - Kind of off the beaten path. End of July and thebpiol is still closed for winter.
- Lelah (4/5): - Needs cleans up
- Terry (2/5): - The parking is terrible. The air conditioning in my room does not work at all. It runs, but does not cool. The front desk was blaze and complacent and lazy. The room below me, was having some kind of drug episode: window wide open and was flipping and flopping around on the floor semi-clothed and was flinging furniture around. His room was in total disarray. Called the front desk, and the guy working called an ambulance.
- Todd (4/5): - Late night activity in parking lot. Aggressive tenants. Sketchy characters abound.
- Lawrence (8/5): - The motel is run down but was clean. The tv remote was missing but I didn't need to use the tv.
- Mariya (2/5): - I would not stay at this hotel again even if it were offered to me for free. We walked into the room, took one look around, and left within minutes to stay at another hotel nearby (Days Inn — clean, neat, and safe, just a few minutes away).
From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we felt unsafe. There were sketchy individuals lingering around, and the whole place had the atmosphere of drug activity or other suspicious behavior. The staff at check-in was unprofessional — a young teenager barely spoke a word, and the lobby itself was dirty and unwelcoming.
The condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable. It smelled horrible, the counters and bathroom were filthy, and the bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. The sheets were stained, and the carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed in over a year.
We didn’t even bother telling the front desk we were leaving because we knew there was no chance of getting a refund.
I’m not usually picky when it comes to quick overnight stays during travel, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’d rather pay three times the price than ever return to this place.
- Jacie (2/5): - So dirty, and the pool looks like it’s been out of service for years! This is the old Motel 6 and they’re trying to make it seem like a nice place. This is well known for its drug and criminal activity, it is incredibly dirty, smells horrible, and is very unsafe. The guy at the desk pretended to be the owner and denied my refund, when I told him I wouldn’t stay there. After he ran my card for 6 nights, without asking me first…the actual owner got on the phone and offered me a refund minus one night. Do. Not. Stay. Here.
