Though I told the worker on duty we don't like the smoking room, I had an allergy to strong smells, so I coughed throughout, and also the bedsheets looked like they were already used.

Denisha (1/5): If you have absolutely no where to go then go, but even for the bargain it’s not that cheap - It’s located right off the freeway and has gas stations and pizza place in walking distance. Dirty towels, bedding upon entering. Flat pillows. Dirty, stained tub, toilet. The dry towel that was provided for the room was FILLED with other people’s hair! They folded it and placed it in the room! Very disrespectful. I’d prefer to get extra money to go somewhere else that is more clean.

They were doing some work done to her sister's house where she stayed and she needed a place to stay until they completed that work . The area appeared to be safe. Since there was no kitchenette in her room. She could walk and there were two places where she could get coffee and something to drink.

Angelica (2/5): - I traveled from Vegas to Stockton for a one night stay and was told I had the only room left and the TV wouldn’t work. Obviously unhappy about this, receptionist magically found another with a working TV. Only problem was the AC did not work. I spent the night in a hot and humid room completely uncomfortable. When I went to shower in the morning, I noticed old bars of soap at the edge of the shower and was completely grossed out. I wanted to leave my bag at the front desk for an hour, because I had an appointment to go to and was told no. As someone who has worked as a guest service representative for many years at a hotel in the past, I was just completely baffled at the lack of “customer service.”
Lee (8/5): - This motel 6 is sort of on the edge of not the greatest neighborhood. That said, security is excellent. I never felt threatened, but did lock my car even during the multiple trips to unload it.

ZORAN (4/5): There's poor, and there's this... - The room did stink so much that it was hard to tell if it is smoking or something else. The condition on the bedding was so bad that I decided to let go of the room, and go somewhere else. I couldn't see myself staying there for the night.
Javier (6/5): Ok for a quick one night stay for solo travel. - While the hotel was in an ok (not good, just ok) part of town, there were a lot of what seemed to be transient people staying there. The room was clean. The staff was very nice. No fridge. No microwave. My room was non smoking, but it smelled a bit of smoke. The pool was closed. I had to get a different set of sheets as the ones on my bed were stained. Not wet. Not with anything organic. It looked like black ink and it had been washed in. If you aren't picky and want an inexpensive place to sleep, it is fine. That said, I would not recommend for families.

J (6/5): - positive: property location was very convenient, right off of freeway. only needed for a few hours to sleep while on a trip negative: room 128 bathroom sink stopper did not work properly--had to remove it entirely to allow sink to drain. the stopper itself was filthy and disgusting...clearly not paid attention to when sink basin is cleaned. shower head leaks, spraying the wall surrounding the shower head...apparent that area has been exposed to moisture for a while...appears to have been patched. shower curtain needs to be replaced...smells of mold
