- Fedor (6/5): - Прекрасная локация отеля, поэтому в нем останавливаюсь в Питере. В этот раз не работало отопление, когда я приехал. Через некоторое время сделали. За сутки до отъезда опять отключилось, хорошо, что в номере был электрически обогреватель. Утром сообщил о проблеме, до следующего дня (отъезд) проблема не была решена, к сожалению. Состояние номеров стало плоховатым, хотя беру люкс. Есть ощущение, что не хотят вкладывать в него ничего.
- Sergey (4/5): Не рекомендую - Номер очень грязный, диван весь в пятнах грязи, на кровати лежат две стареньких матраса, тоже в пятнах, все грязно, вытяжки ни какой нет в номере пахнет, в ванне все в полурабочем состоянии. Фен не работал.

- Sergei (8/5): Мой второй визит в отель «Поликофф» - Добрый день! Останавливался в этом отеле второй раз. В целом, отель мне нравится. Очень удобное расположение в центре города! Станция метро «Гостиный двор» находится в пешей доступности. Во время первого визита бронировал номер де люкс, к которому не было абсолютно никаких претензий. В этот раз был один и решил взять номер попроще. Очень отзывчивый и приятный в общении молодой человек- администратор выдал мне ключи от номера № 8, который располагается буквально по правую руку от ресепшена ( К сожалению, имени не знаю, так как был без бейдж- но парень знает своё дело). В целом, номер мне понравился. Площадь не очень большая, но одному было комфортно. Удобная широкая кровать. Окна выходят во двор, прекрасно видно, что происходит в соседнем доме))) Ванная комната чистая, гель для душа и прочие прибамбасы в наличии. В номере было довольно прохладно, но, при первом обращении к администратору, мне принесли обогреватель. Из минусов, это грязный и явно старый ковролин, который сразу бросается в глаза при входе в номер (Фотографии прилагаются). Ковролин могли бы и поменять! Второй минус, это слабый сигнал wi-fi, так что соединение постоянно обрывалось. Мобильный интернет также плохо работал. В целом, всё было неплохо, учитывая стоимость номера 1280₽ за сутки. P.S. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак! Спасибо!

- KEIJI (6/5): ネフスキー大通り近くのリーズナブルなホテル - タクシーで到着した際、外装工事中のビルの前で一瞬途方にくれましたが、なんとか入口が3階であることがわかりました。 次に泊まったホテルも同様の構造で、ロシアはマンションの一部がホテルみたいなパターンが多いのかな？ フロントは若い女の子が交替で差配していましたが、対応は普通。 お湯の出がタイミングによっては悪いこと以外は特に不満なし。お得な値段を考えると全体的には満足でした！

- María (6/5): Very central hotel - They have to improve de entrance, which was not appealing at all. Breakfast was just fine, but it also depended of the person in charge. When Anton was there everything work ok. But one day was another boy, who dedicated his time to play with his mobile, while the coffee machine didn´t work, and customers had to clean the tables themselves.

- Daniel (8/5): Kleines mittelmässiges Hotel dafür in Top Lage - Das Hotel ist etwas schwer zu finden weshalb da des öfteren Gäste rumstehen die nicht mehr weiter wissen, auf Hotels.com ist es aber gut beschrieben. Wichtig: Der Hoteleingang befindet sich nicht am Nevsky Prospekt. Der Eingang ist leider schlecht gekennzeichnet, er befindet sich in einem alten Treppenhaus und vor dem Eingang steht es oben in der Glassscheibe. Am Eingang den Code 26 eintippen und warten. Die Rezeption befindet sich ungefähr in der 3. (4. nach russischer Zählweise) Etage. Der Lift hät jedoch da nicht. Da bei dieser Türe klingeln. Leider ist das Prozedere jedes Mal nötig. Das mit dem Zimmer war zunächst so in eine Sache, zuerst war da diverses Gepäck welches nicht von mir stammte, dann musste ich drei mal zur Rezeption bis ich eine Bedienung für die Klimanlage erhalten hatte und auf dem Bett hatte es diverse Haare die auch nicht von mir waren. Die Zimmer sind ringhörig aber relativ Gross und modern. Die Empfangsdamen waren auch alle sehr freundlich und sprachen mehr oder weniger gut englisch. Das Frühstück ist nicht der Rede Wert, aber Standard in dieser Preisklasse in der ex UdSSR. Die Lage ist sehr gut am Nevsky Prospekt, allerdings kann es hier nachts auch laut werden. Die Metrostationen Nevsky Prospekt/Gostiny Dvor und Ploschad' Vosstanya/Mayakovskaya befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Luxury room not very. Nice front desk service :) - Very well placed in centre of town, but that is pretty much it. The "luxury" room I had was not really much of luxury, although the big bed was fine and there was heating available with the air conditioner, but otherwise a slightly sloppy feel to the place. Breakfast was quite simple. A plus was the constant availability of coffee, and very nice front desk reception :).

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Boa, apesar das condições precárias de acesso. A recepção fica no terceiro andar, sem elevador e serviço de maleiro. O prédio estava em reforma, inclusive na escadaria, dificultando ainda mais o acesso. O pessoal do hotel é atencioso e prestativo.
