• Dan (5/5): The pool in the hot tub to stay was miserable. It was definitely not worth the money and the bed was horrible too normal - The property is clean. The pool was nice. They put us in a room next to a loud ass train. I’ve stayed here over 10 years all different times and practically lived at this hotel for a month under different management. I’ve never been in a room where it was so loud, but I had to call the front desk at three in the morning and ask him what the hell is going on outside. It sounded like somebody was taking a giant garbage dumpster and dumping in the dump truck all night long. Also, the front desk girl upon check-in was horrible. They had a little game that spin a thing and you could get Best Western points or rewards so I spent it and I get this thing that says high five and I go what does that mean and she goes do you want a high five I did not want to hi-fi a random stranger so I said no then she’s like oh well you would’ve got 1000 points like maybe explain the rules before the game that would help and the fact that she just said nope you don’t get the points because I wouldn’t hi-fi her is probably the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. You should probably work on your customer service, especially with your greeters at the front desk.

• Elizabeth (1/5): Bed bugs :( - The staff was nice, and the room was large and had a big fridge. They were welcoming to our small dog. I hate leaving bad reviews, but our room had bed bugs. I had 20+ bites after three nights in this hotel.
• Melissa (6/5): - We have been staying here every weekend. It is a decent hotel or we wouldn't go back. The staff is great very accommodating the pool and hot tub are a nice perk. It would be nice if they served breakfast later on the weekends we never get to have it cause we sleep in. Definitely prefer the king room especially room 301 very nice. Stayed last night had a few issues first room was dirty blood on the comforter that was totally noticeable it looked like they tried to clean it It should have been completely changed it was gross. 2nd room mold in the shower and ceiling of shower looks like they tried to paint over it. Frig wasn't clean. Hair in the hot tub like a bunch it was gross. We've never stayed during the week seems the the weekend housekeepers do a way better job. Then ones during the week.

• C4722OPsandrac (10/5): My hotel of choice! - The staff are all pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and pretty! Breakfast is a nice combination of hot foods and pastries, cereal, juices, and hot beverages. The pool and weight room are well maintained. Very lovely place!

The lady was amazing who checked us in. However in the morning the lady kept talking on the phone and barely talked to us. The food was good...I ate however my husband did not eat. I found it strange that the lady kept talking on the phone and acted like we were interrupting her.

• Annie (10/5): This location is the best hotel I’vestayed at in Seattle all due to staff attitudes and cleanliness. - The staff was extremely nice and respectful. We had a big group with multiple children that have some psychological impairments and they were so sweet and understanding. If our kids made a mess they were prompt to help clean and every employee made us feel welcome. This is an amazing location and just from the staff I will be staying here over other hotels when I come to visit. The location was a little questionable either way having young children but with security walking around and a kind friendly staff throughout the evening made us feel comfortable and happy with our stay

Bugs in the bathtub. Small, stiff bath towels. Previous guest set the alarm clock for 3:00 a.m. We were unaware and were woken up at 3:00. Definitely a “NO”.

I love it here. - Well, let’s see there’s local food not far from the hotel that is really good different kinds of cuisines to choose from. There’s also shopping very close and the staff and everybody here has always been wonderful and easy to deal with which makes it very easy to stay here.
• Stephanie (8/5): Good value, great location, and could use some upgrades. - The proximity to the Auburn Fieldhouse. The gym was too small, musky, and had outdated equipment. As someone who works out when I travel, this is an important amenity to me. I also didn’t like that our room wasn’t fully cleaned prior to our check in. There was a bag of chips wrapper in the drawer and coffee grounds all in the coffee maker without a filter.

Every time we left the room there was a staff member just standing in the hall right outside our room rather it was front desk, managers, or house keeping, it’s been almost a month since we checked out and we still haven’t received our deposit back, I contacted them the lady was rude and said they sent it back, I contacted my bank they said they didn’t and I played phone tag with them for about a week and still haven’t received it back yet. Very inconvenient.

Why do hotels put a microwave and fridge in you room but nothing helpful like a few dishes and some silverware? The suite was roomy and comfortable. I would stay again if in the area.
• tumbleweedchris (8/5): Solid Roadside Stop - This is a good stop for one or two nights. The rooms have modern furnishings and are clean. I appreciated the dual vanity outside of the shower/toilet room. The beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. It is located near a highway, but I didn't have any issues with noise on the exterior of the hotel. The one note was that the guests above us were stomping around late and that was quite loud. That's probably a little more of an issue with rude guests than the hotel itself. The lot seemed safe and there weren't any sketchy folks that I could see. It's in kind of an industrial area, so no services in the immediate surrounding area. The breakfast was better than average and had a couple unique items like rice bowls and burritos. Overall, this is a solid option when passing through.

• James (3/5): We absolutely loved that the pool was open 24 hours. Was an OK stay. - The pool was 24 hours for adults. The Night Shift lady was very nice. There was hair in the bathtub. Floors definitely look like they should’ve been vacuumed recently along with the furniture in the room. The couch in the room had dog hair all over it. Yes, the place is pet friendly which I did like but clean house if you’re going to allow pets, you should have the equipment for hair removal. I have done detailing and vehicles before and it’s not that hard. Also, I did not like that. They started packing their rooms from the bottom up. I would’ve appreciated a higher floor up room. I had the nicest room available other than a suite and the only reason why I didn’t get a suite was because it wasn’t available. I would’ve liked to have been on the top floor or close to it no one even asked just placed us. Also, the ice machine on the floor they placed us on didn’t work so I had to go chase the ice machines in the building to find one that did work. Also, their snacks in the lobby area are all like two dollars more expensive than what you would normally spend at a gas station. Definitely stop at Walmart and get your snacks beforehand the breakfast food they had available was nice but the staff did not clean up behind people as they were getting food and just left it until people were all done for the morning. Also, I have a chronic medical condition when we walked into our room. It was 92° with the heat on full blast. and it was in the middle of August. I will say that put a cramp in my day. Also be prepared for the deposit to take over a week to come back.

• grisuldi (10/5): The "best" of Best Western. - Love the staff, rooms, always a great stay. This is our home away from home. There is a pool, laundry, breakfast was good. Rooms and beds very comfortable.

But once you settle in you start seeing all the fingerprints left on the cabinets, door handles, table tops. The carpet smelled terrible in the second room we were moved to. The first room we had had roaches crawling out the cupboards. (I have a video) the second room we were in I saw a roach while eating at the table but I didn’t have time to record it. I couldn’t sleep comfortably thinking about how a roach can easily sneak into our stuff and travel back home with us. The staff was very friendly. It’s been 2 days since my stay and I still have yet to hear from a manager regarding any discount/points to compensate for the unfortunate stay.

• Jason (10/5): Great hotel, with great staff and great amenities. I would stay again. - I was in town for work and normally would not have stayed in the Auburn area, but glad I did. I called 3 other hotels that said they had hot tubs, but all their hot tubs were “out of service.” I then came across your Hotel and your hot-tub was in service so that’s why I decided to stay at the BW. I really enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the workout facility. The breakfast was really nice too. I loved the bathtub in the room as well. I did get double charged for the room which my job was not thrilled about. The charge was credited back so all is well. I did not see the Mountain.
