- M. (5/5): - Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer war nicht geputzt, im Mülleimer lag noch Müll von den Vorgängern drin und in der Dusche lagen ebenfalls noch aufgerissene Shampoopackungen von den Vorgängern herum. Es machte allgemein den Eindruck, dass das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und man es einfach verkümmern lässt. Die Betten waren steinhart.

- Flore (10/5): A conseiller - Grande chambre spacieuse (avec 2 lits simples), bouilloire électrique, réfrigérateur qui fonctionne, agréable balcon arboré, literie ok, près du centre ville mais ne donnant pas sur la grande rue... Horaire d'enregistrement décalée au vue des heures d'arrivée matinales des bateaux.

- Carla (9/5): Al final nos sorprendió - La verdad es que en un primer momento el servicio en la recepción nos pareció un poco raro, el hombre no habla para nada inglés ni español y fue un poco extraña su interacción con nosotras. Pero el último día se portó increíble, dejó que dejáramos las maletas todo el día en la recepción, nos dio toallas y bolsas para ir a la playa, nos dejó ducharnos a la vuelta, etc. Un encanto. La habitación está bien, no es una maravilla pero está muy bien y es cómoda. Además, está a 7 minutos andando del puerto lo que facilita mucho las cosas. No necesitas taxi para llegar desde el ferri. Hay muchos mosquitos!

Halterung für den Duschkopf und für die Klopapierrolle waren ausgebrochen und wurden nicht ersetzt. Unsere Balkontüre konnte man nicht ganz schließen und man hatte immer einen Spalt

- Pong (10/5): Baan Suan Ta is a hidden gem!! - This is a beautiful, safe, private hotel run by a wonderful family. The location is perfect if the focus of your trip is specifically scuba, because it is conveniently located to all of the scuba shops and the pier that the boats launch from. If you rent a motorbike for 250 baht a day then you're never far from all the other things you want to do on the island as well. We really enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed visiting with our hosts as well. They even helped us make quick and convenient transportation arrangments as we continued our vacation back to the mainland. We will definitely stay at Baan Suan Ta Hotel again when we return to Kho Tao. There isn't anything we didn't like. The only thing was a power outage which affected the entire island and was not something our hosts had any control over. They did go above and beyond to supply us with emergency lights.

The staff was very friendly, we didn't have to wait for 12:30, and got into the room Just when arrived. After a long journey it was wonderful. Also every room has a nice balcony with the view of the hill. Very relaxing. Hot water in the room. The room was dirty ((( Only some liquid shampoo in the shower, no soap, no toothpaste or toothbrushes, one towel was very thin and didn't look like the towel.. The fridge was Also dirty inside. If you want to use the aircon, you'll have to pay 100 THB per Day.

- Dietmar (1/5): we can not recommend this hotel to other one - nothing at this hotel When we arrived, the reception was not managed, only the dog barking loudly greeted us. We were a little scared. After the phone call with the manager, the owner's daughter came and gave us the room key and asked for the money for the 4 days. We complained about the non-functioning aircon and changed rooms. We found a room with a dirty toilet, previous guest's hair was in the shower and we only had cold water. In the room we only got water on the first day, no coffee or tea. Breakfast was not available nor any drinks or water which we only got on the first day. We were advised that water was only provided on the first day. We complain but no one came and spoke to us. The rooms weren't cleaned in the 4 days, the rubbish wasn't removed either. Overall we were very disappointed and wanted a part of our price back, which we were denied. Have never received such bad service before and are very disappointed. Therefore, we do not recommend that hotel

Für Menschen die keine Hunde-Liebhaber sind, ist der Hotel-Hund sehr störend. Da man, ohne angebellt zu werden, nicht in das Zimmer kommt. Positiv: Putzfrauen/-männer und “Kofferboy“ freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Lage! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu TEUER!! Wir kommen kein weiteres Mal.

No breakfast was available for purchase despite having being advertised as so. The shower didn't drain properly so you quickly found yourself standing in an inch of water. This was a place we could comfortably sleep, no more or less than that.
