• Vanessa (9/5): - Very clean and tidy. Nice hot shower with good water flow. Mattress was firm which my husband liked and a variety of pillow sizes. Easy access to public transport and plenty of parking. Staff were all really helpful and dining at the hotel was good. Some noise came through from the car park with patrons leaving the hotel before they got into their cars.

• Elyssa (7/5): Ok for a basic one night stay when all you want is a clean bed in that location. - Linen was clean. Outlook was better than expected given the location. Took us 20 mins to check in. We had to wait inline at the bar behind long line of people wanting drinks. Then the bar staff had to search for someone to help us. Once reception arrived the process was quick.

• Victoria (8/5): Good value for money - It was great, have everything within walking distance , the bistro was open until late and the food was affordable The aircon filter was extremely dirty and so the bathroom . Had to load myself on antihistamines
• Helen (8/5): Convenient, clean, everything we needed! - We went to bingo loco held at Shoppingtown hotel so the hotel room was very convenient, it was clean and the aesthetics were pleasant. I liked that there was a USB charging point to charge phones. We had some issues with the TV, I think the remote batteries were flat, but otherwise no complaints

• Rodney (9/5): - The room was clean and functional. Everything worked as it should. The size of the room was larger than expected. Parking had good access and egress. No facilities in the room for a continental breakfast, a toaster, cutlery and crockery. Or the option to supply the facilities and ingredients.

• Darren (2/5): Stay somewhere else next time. - Free drink was good Poor sound proofing, Icould hear neighbours talking, plus guys talking around the front of the reception till all hours. The sound of people talking, laughing and walking past until 3.30am then 5 cars starting in the carpark and driving off between 3.30 and 5am. Only got 4 hours sleep. Felt like I was camping in a tent, I could hear everything that was going on outside and in the room next door. Rubbish and dirt in the bathroom. No toilet roll on the holder, had to search for it.
• Kate (10/5): Calm, clean and helpful. I great spot to stay. - The staff were so accommodating and helpful. We arrived earlier than arrival time due to my husband being sick. They helped with early arrival; arranging modified food I requested for him; and providing room service. The rooms were nice and clean; spacious and nicely renovated bathroom I’d love if the rooms had a small bowl and spoon but concierge was happy to help when I asked for one. The outside noise from the people at the pub leaving was loud but that was only for a short time and acceptable - we just aren’t used to it due to being rural!

• hooi ming (3/5): Will not return again even tho the location is good. - -walking distance to Doncaster Westfield. -So many insects inside the toilet when we arrived. Had told the receptionist for this and mentioned will only clean tomorrow morning. However, the next morning after clean still have dead insects inside the toilet. -Toilet tiles were yellowish. - Is dusty between the sofa and the bed. - not friendly for non-smoker, the room has smoking smell.

Staff make it a good experience all round. - Great location in central Doncaster and mere steps away from the Hotel and meals etc. Great extras such as breakfast packs and sometimes free drink card as well. There is no full length mirror in room 7. One could be easily stuck on north west wall near window or on inside of a wardrobe door.
• Christine (10/5): - With parking close by and fabulous service, I often stay here for both business and pleasure. The restaurant food can be delivered to your room with a smile and there are supplies in the room such as bottled water, jelly beans and ‘hotel biscuits’.
