• Min Mon (7/5): Overall, it is good to stay in city center with fair price. - The hotel feels more like an apartment than a hotel. During our family trip, we enjoyed relaxing there and seeing the city view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but the hospitality was wonderful. It gave us a warm feeling, like having a meal prepared by our relatives at home. I don't like the hotel use old/out of date air conditioners ( I think it is split type), and it took time to be cold.

• Mariia (3/5): - расположение отеля, персонал, разрешили оставить чемоданы до вечера. номера большие и работает кондиционер. очень шумно, я не спала всю ночь, т.к. за окном газовали байки и орали люди. так же в одном из номеров у нас кончилась горячая вода в процессе мытья. завтрак лучше не брать, если он за доп плату. лучше поесть в 7 eleven. на зактрак яцичница, баток, растворимый кофе либо сок. с названием spotlight 2 отеля, один из них в тихом переулке. видимо, лучше ехать туда. но нам не предлагали. сказали, осталось только 2 этих номера.

Aufpassen, nicht enttäuscht sein: die Fotos, vielleicht schon etwas älter, strahlen etwa heller und neuer, als in Realität. Waren schon mehrmals hier. Interessant vielleicht: das Hotel hat zwei Standorte in etwa 4 min. Fußentfernung voneinander. Die Zimmer mit den Balkonen sind in einem Hotel an der Straße, andere Zimmer sind in dem zweiten Hotel in der Seitengasse.
• virginie (5/5): - L'hôtel est bien situé Hôtel très très simple, avec équipement minimum. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne fermait pas , ni la porte , nous avons donc été obligé de bloquer la porte avec une serviette pour éviter la chaleur de rentrer ainsi que le bruit de la rue La literie est très dur et pas confortable. Pour le petit déjeuner ( très sommaire) il faut traverser la route et aller dans une ruelle (ce qui permet de déjeuner au calme )
• sogdiana (1/5): Terrible, don’t recommend - Location. It was in the city center. The pictures here are outdated. This is not how the rooms look. Everything is very old, they claim to have a window in the room, but you end up having a room which is very small, no natural light and no window. When you complain and say : “why there isn’t a window as promised” , they just gonna say that there is one and point at the world’s smallest window that is facing the wall.. The bathroom was in a poor condition. The shower doesn’t work properly, if you lift it to wash your hair, the water just stops…this is just ridiculous. Don’t recommend staying here, too pricey and not worth at all. P.S no elevator, not enough parking space for bikes.
• Celine (5/5): Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - - Das Personal war sehr freundlich - Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und eng - Schimmel im Badezimmer und ein komischer Geruch - Flecken an den Wänden und Flecken auf dem Bett - Kein Lift und sehr enges Treppenhaus - War sehr laut am Morgen, als sie das Treppenhaus gereinigt haben War leider etwas enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für mich nicht. War in Vietnam bereits in gleich teueren oder sogar günstigeren Hotels, welche viel sauberer und besser waren.

• Irina (5/5): - Расположение, великолепное! Все очень близко, основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, на такси дольше, потому что всегда пробки. Шумно по ночам, пьяный народ с прогулочной улицы расползается по своим отелям ближе к утру, круглые сутки ездит транспорт, водители которого сигналят. В первые два дня не было горячей воды, в последний день утром не было никакой воды, ни горячей ни холодной. Персонал на отсутствие горячей воды не отреагировал. При повторном обращении поднялась наверх, зашла в соседнюю комнату и вода чудесным образом появилась. Завтраки на выбор три варианта, все с избытком имбиря.

• David (8/5): Time at the Spotlight Hotel - It was clean and comfortable with really nice coffee and breakfast, really well looked after with planned trips and transport. Not feeling very well restricted my mobility, with crossing roads and walking including at the airport terminals..difficult to find with another Spotlight Hotel close by, on the other side of the road. The Delta tour was very long and most limited time being caught in the traffic with less time at the temple and lunch.

• Gilles (1/5): Une nuit pourrie comme je n' en avais jamais passé. Hotel à bannir absolument. - Rien, tout était pourri ! Tout, une chambre minable, sale, moisi et délabrée, limite insalubre, une vue sur un mur, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, une clim tellement bruyante qu' on a dormi sans, une chambre minuscule "dite pour quatre adultes", à deux, on pouvait à peine bouger un petit déjeuner minable contrairement à leurs dires ( 2 œufs au plat, un bout de pain et un café, le 2ème était payant. Une belle arnaque qui ne correspondait ni au photos ni au prix annoncé. Je ne parle même pas du veilleur de nuit. A bannir absolument !!!

Sehr sauber, wir fanden die eher festen Matratzen sehr gut. Ehrlich gesagt sehen die Zimmer inzwischen ein wenig abgewohnter aus, als auf den Fotos des Hotels, aber immer noch völlig in Ordnung. An einer von drei Nächten, einem Dienstagabend, von wo 0:00 Uhr bis 24:00 Uhr laute Partymusik und Gegröle von Feiernden aus der Nachbarschaft, so dass wir erst ab Mitternacht einschlafen konnten. Ist natürlich nicht die Schuld des Hotels, aber es gehört zur Lage des Hotels.

Nos alejarán en una sexta planta sin ascensor, poco mantenimiento del mobiliario, la alcachofa de la ducha no funcionaba, la otra echaba poca agua, y ésta salía templada no más de un minutos para después salir solamente fría.

Jeg betalte på booking.com, hvorefter vi valgte at opgradere værelset og betalte for det værelse i kontant. • Kevin (5/5): Passable - La chambre était petite mais bien aménagée et correcte pour un court séjour. Personnel sympathique. Nous avons peut-être réservé notre séjour en même temps qu’un casting pour un célèbre géant du porno… tant les ébats des autres clients étaient audibles. Entre les murs peu isolés et les cris dans les couloirs, le calme n’était clairement pas au rendez-vous. Dommage que l’insonorisation et le respect des autres clients aient autant fait défaut.

And the pictures uploaded on the booking.com does not match with the rooms. Or even the lobby or reception. We were scammed. It is booking.com fault as well. They should have made sure that how any hotel can have 2 hotels with same name. So there are 2 hotel’s pictures uploaded. Room seemed very scary and dark. We booked a king room which was there most expensive room. But it was third class and the room was small. The bed was small. Bathroom was dirty.

• Michele (8/5): - Veramente vicini alla Walking Street, ma abbastanza lontani per non sentire la musica assordante dei locali...consiglio comunque i tappi delle orecchie a chi ha il sonno leggero, perché i rumori della movida comunque si sentono. Colazione a scelta, con 3/4 opzioni. La posizione è ottima per visitare il musei e il quartiere del mercato. Tutto facilmente raggiungibile. La camera l'abbiamo trovata buona per il rapporto qualità prezzo a cui l'abbiamo pagata. Personale disponibile per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

The room was relatively small and might have been less ideal for a longer stay. Coming from Australia the shower was a bit lacking but can't complain. I would use again for a short stay. The wi-fi was fantastic, best I have experienced anywhere. A better shower would have been nice but it was a typical Vietnamese bathroom so understand the facilities without compalint.

• Regis (9/5): bien pour passez 2 jours - Un hotel paisible au bord de la route. boule quies utile pour bien dormir. chambre propre et spacieuse.petit dejeuné simple mais bien utile pour bien demarrer la journée le lit est dure, ca manque de mousse entre les planches.... le bruit de jour comme de nuit de la rue, de la sonnette de bienvenue du 7elev3n juste en bas, de la discotheque a coté. faut des boules kies...
• Ralf (7/5): Ruhig aber trotzdem schnell im Getümmel - Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, kurz um die Ecke und genau im Getümmel aber trotzdem war es im Zimmer ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hat geschmeckt und war völlig ausreichend um in den Tag zu starten. Das Bettzeug war gewaschen (hat man gerochen) aber so richtig sauber war es nicht.
• Eliaš Petr (7/5): Reálné hodnocení - Centrum města z pohledu turistických míst je velké, takže ano hotel je v centru. Personál byl milí a přátelský. Hotelová snídaně je formou menu, tři volby. Přijde mi to málo a porce menší. Fén na pokoji pokažený. Hotel má asi 6 nebo 7 pater bez výtahu.Klimaticace fouká přímo na postel, nejde nastavit jiný směr.

La chambre attribuée à notre arrivée n'était pas du tout celle que nous avions réservée. A peine 15m2 au lieu de 25m2, moins lumineuse, bruyante car face à un établissement de nuit, salle d'eau minimaliste ... La proposition d'une nouvelle chambre pour le lendemain dans un autre bâtiment au 3ème étage sans ascenseur ne nous a pas satisfait. Nous avons préféré quitter cet hôtel. Rapport a bien sûr été communiqué à booking.com

Tuba oli okei, ei vastanud täpselt fotodele, kuid hea sellegipoolest. Ja personaal oli väga meeldiv, eriti üks armas naine, kes oli eriti abivalmis ja tegi meie peatumise selles hotellis imeliseks! Asukoht ka väga hea! Tuba oli natuke väsinud, kuid ei midagi hullu.

• Jenny (1/5): - - Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Zimmer wirkte unhygienisch, es gab Schimmel und im Bad einen unangenehmen Abflussgeruch. Trotz Zimmerwahl mit Fenster war der Aufenthalt insgesamt wenig angenehm. Zudem war es sehr laut. Das Frühstück lag deutlich unter dem Durchschnitt. Die Bewertungen auf Booking entsprechen aus unserer Sicht nicht der Realität – die Google-Bewertungen sollte man auf jeden Fall als Gegenprobe heranziehen.

• Julian (9/5): - Die Lage ist direkt im backpacking District und somit echt super da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Gebäuden. Wobei das eine an der Straße liegt und einen Aufzug hat, aber die Zimmer schon ein bisschen älter sind. Das andere ohne aufzug liegt nebenan ruhig in einer Seitenstraße mit neueren Zimmern. Frühstück war gut und ausreichen. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen Das wir zuerst die alten Zimmer bekommen haben obwohl bei booking andere Bilder zu sehen waren. Wir durften aber noch am selben Tag in neue umziehen
• Wei Yan Moe (4/5): Kind of unpleasant stay but location is real good. - A good location staff were friendly. but very noisy aircon compressor, the music from the surrounding is very loud. The beds are too hard. The floor was not clean properly. I booked for two rooms of deluxe 25m square but was given only 1 room of 25m square and the other one is 15m square. But had to pay for deluxe room price.
