- Patsy (1/5): Shambolic. - Location to the beach It wasn’t the apartment we originally booked, but we were given an “upgrade” that unfortunately came with several issues. The air conditioning unit was broken and wouldn’t turn off, and the balcony door had no handle — we had to knock on the window to get back inside. Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, apartment 502 was poorly maintained. The outdoor table was in such bad condition that dining outside wasn’t an option, and the flat itself felt quite soulless — just two pictures on bare white walls. We booked 2beds 2baths but they checked us into apt with just one bath then we ended up with 502.

- Marie (3/5): Not a good stay, won’t recommend to anyone. - Location is okay, however, a new building is being built immediately next to this one, so you’re essentially in the middle of a construction side. We had to wait for 5 hours to be accommodated, an although we agreed to check in at 2, the apartment was only ready at 3:30. I was with my 10 months old daughter and a 4 years old who had to stay in the construction side for hours in the middle of the heat. Highly unprofessional and unethical. The apartment is rundown and nothing functions as it should. The terrace upstairs is completely broken and there isn’t a single chair that you could sit on.

Просторные апартаменты на 5-м этаже, лифт работает. Терраса с отличным видом. Стиральную машину бы в номер. В душе непонятная система регулировки температуры воды, надо бы поменять на что-то простое.

- Ginette (4/5): We booked a 2 bed 2 bath but only had one bathroom. Nobody on site was interested, it was completely dismissed all respo - It’s in a good location It is tired and dirty the stool in bedroom stained and full of hair. No pillow protector so they were smelly
- Sean (6/5): - Spacious and clean apartment with a great view. Big roof terrace with stunning views. There was a very strong smell of cleaning products probably masking some dampness from a recent storm. Would have been better to air the apartment out for a couple of hours before allowing guests into it. We were just staying for one night, even if we had booked a longer stayI don't think we would have stayed any longer as the smell was overpowering. There were weeds growing on the wall of the balcony, the table on the balcony needs to be replaced. The beds were rock hard and the air con in the back bedroom did not seem to be working and there was just one fan in the apartment. Roof terrace lacks privacy, didn't matter in our case as there was nobody in the other penthouse apartments. The apartment and roof terrace could be better decorated, it's a bit shabby and tired looking. The electricity is not included in the price and you need to pay a cash deposit upfront. The fact that the electricity is not included is noted on the reservation so was expected but the apartment really is not great value for money so would be better if the electricity was included.

- Christian (9/5): Great stay, everything within walking g distance and the hotel facilities were all very satisfactory. - The apartment was large and spacious, people on the app often complained about the bed, it was completely fine, soft and good pillows. The balcony for my stay was facing the hill behind so not much of a view but still good. The pool and gym were great, sun usually on the pool from morning until early afternoon. After which the hotel is equidistant from the 2 beaches. There are restaurants and a shop all within walking distance of the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only negatives are, as people have mentioned, the electricity as extra payment at the end of your stay. Also there was one free cleaning for my room (any extra cleaning visits need to be paid for). I told the landlord what time I would like the room to be cleaned so I organized my day to be out at that time. I came back 2 hours after the room was supposed to be cleaned and the room was still not done so I had to organize for another day. Only a little bit frustrating but nothing major, they have many rooms to clean throughout the day.

- Aditi (3/5): Will not stay again! - Stayed here before, hence booked again. But this time there was nothing to like in the apartment. Very old aparynapartment, needs refurbishment, terrace and the furniture needs a major upgrade, no hot shower in the bathroom, on arrival one shower did not work. Zero to No Service. In the same budget, you rather stay in a proper resort instead of this apartment, which provides some service.

Cleaning once a week at 9am on Sunday morning. No hot water in kitchen. Old burnt pans. Taps full of limescale. Black mould on shower tiles. Toilet limescale.

Host was lovely, had a great time there.

Furniture and bathrooms quite tired, grout etc. No washing machine. Rain shower not working. No Ambient lighting in lounge, too bright on a night with big lights on. We got swapped from penthouse and paid same money.

- Julian (4/5): We had a nice holiday but would not recommend room 502 at Park Surin - Location We stayed in apartment 502 and it was in a very dilapidated and in much need of updating. The outside table was held together by shelf brackets and the large plant pots on the roof terrace were completely broken. There was leftover food in the cupboard and it felt outdated. The reception staff were not very welcoming and didn’t appear to have any local knowledge, which wasn’t great!

The “penthouse” apartment that we were given when we checked in was not what we booked on Booking.com It was a dump. It smelt of mould, it was dirty and in need of repair. It wasn’t what we booked and because we had checked in we couldn’t access the booking email from Booking.com After much discussion with property management we were moved to another room which was the room we thought we had booked. I feel that the photos on Booking.com are misleading. The hotel staff were fantastic and fixed the issue, however had it been high season they would not have been able to do that.

This area was under construction during our stay, yet at no point before or during our stay were we informed about this. The room is also nowhere near as nice as the pictures. There are stains everywhere, including all over the sofa.

You just need to upgrade a bit throw out stained linen & ripped duvet covers - Perfect location ALL the staff were extremely helpful & happy people great pool area too I thought the rooms were a bit dated, mouldy curtains, a Roman blind that didn’t go up properly, the sheets & towels were quite stained & the duvet cover was ripped. I also had to get the cockroaches sprayed in my room

Near the beach and many small restaurants The water was not flowing down at the 2nd bedroom shower so my family had a bedroom with shower but unable to use. I called the reception and we waited long time for them to come but still did not solve the issue. Several hangers were broken when we just hold them, This tells us no one has actually check the rooms. I have booked a Penthouse but was given a regular room which was not what I expected. I had asked the reception and they told me the apartment we had was Penthouse. Quite disappointed. Another thing they should look at is the toilet seat cover, should change into soft cover instead of the seat cover that closed with a bang.

- Tatiana (1/5): Bad - Nothing apartment is awful. for cleaning, use aggressive chemistry. two of our three children had a huge allergy. all family members had a headache from the impossible smell of chemistry for cleaning. The younger son had torn all night after the headache, the oldest son had a problem with the eye. it was dangerous to stay there for our family. if you have an allergic tendency, you can't choose this place. We lived 2 nights, but we were required to pay 3 nights 33,000 THB, although it was not our fault and dangerous for health. We refused to pay, but the manager began to threaten the woman at the reception that would deduct 11,000 for the last night from her wages, although I think her salary for a month is about the same and she is only responsible for the reception. I realized that my case was not the only one, but regular.

- Mai (8/5): Located next to Surin Beach, that's it. - Location - conveniently located a few minutes from Surin Beach and about 30 minutes from the airport. Apartment was beautiful and offered an amazing view of Surin Beach since we were on the 5th floor. Think of this place as your own apartment where you clean, cook, and take out your own trash. But we absolutely loved it, it was very private and spacious for all of us. Staff was also very friendly as well and answered any questions right away. The Manager was available through her phone even after hours so that was greatly appreciated. Taxi services and laundry services are also near by. The only attraction near was Surin Beach - all other attractions including night markets and restaurants are a lot further.

Not many options to eat around but Audy Restaurant (right I front of hotel) was great! With awesome staff ! Our room was beautiful - with full kitchen and amenities. Overall great hotel if you want something quiet.

Easier access into pool needs to be looked into especially for older guests, at least two guests would have used it if they could only have managed to get into it!! - Verified traveler (8/5): Great Stay - I wanted to try it out since my friends recommended it to me. This service apartment was a quiet place just within walking distance to Surin beach. They provide basic facilities but staff are not there for 24 hours. I checked in at 7.30 pm and the only person who "process" our check in was the security guard who couldn't speak english. Other than that, the check in process was fast. Room was clean with almost everything needed for a short holiday. There is a little pantry where you can make hot meals, sofa and cable tv. The only thing is that the shower facilities is a little worn out. Other than that, its a great place to stay in.
