Al llegar a la habitación había un mal olor en la misma, no estamos seguros si es debido a la alfombra.

Issues with the barman so our drinks were not nice and our food arrived cold. The jacuzzi was not working. There were no English channels on the TV for us to watch

- Stephanie Villalba (10/5): GREAT PLACE TO STAY, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING - The hotel is walking distance from town, the town centre is 8 blocks away from the hotel. The room I was given was at the end of the hall, so most people would have reached their rooms before they come by my door, so it was very quiet. The reception staff are very helpful - I was able to organize a tour, they helped get taxis, and the kitchen staff were the best: Angela & Johanna. N.A.

- L. (7/5): Good for a short stay - Very comfortable room and good in-house restaurant. Love the unique look of the place. Also, other restaurants close by. Perfect for a short stay in San Jose. The room was very carelessly cleaned, found over 10 hairs in the bathroom that weren't mine.. and a used hair band from the previous guest on the bedside table. Also reception staff was not very friendly.

- Edward (1/5): Bajas espectativas - En realidad no fue una buena experiencia, iniciaria por indicar que las fotografías de la piscina o habitaciones no asemejan a la realidad. Ya están las instalaciones muy deterioradas y les falta mantenimiento. NO me agradó la persona que me recibió el primer día, fue un varón, no preciso su nombre. Le hice una consulta y no me asesoró bien.Y para terminar trato de convenserme que la habitación solicitada era mejor que la que en realidad había rentado.

- wendy (9/5): Overall nice place as long as room does not back onto the road - Nice pool and a little gym as well. Breakfast was good, but could have a bit more variety. Location is good. Had dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had room that backed on to the highway and it was very noisy. Had to keep the A/C fan on high and had to use a Snooze machine as well in order to get to sleep.

- Iris (8/5): Lugar práctico para pasar la noche - El servicio estuvo muy bien, todos muy amables y el lugar en sí era muy tranquilo, nos dejaron hacer el chek-in más temprano, lo cual fue de mucha ayuda ya que teníamos una actividad, todo el proceso de ingreso fue muy rápido y gentil. Las almohadas ya necesitan un cambio, nos costó mucho dormir ya que eran algo incómodas, también hacía mucho calor en la habitación, y el desayuno no fue el mejor, en especial el huevo, siento que faltó un poco de variedad.
