• L0uk (5/5): - Quiet and clean Worse than a hostel but clean at I had a single bedroom with a fan and a non-private toilet that wasn't stated clearly when booked. Couldn't sleep because I was on the top floor so the concrete was boiling even during night time hot and the fan didn't help at all . You should really consider an AC for top floor rooms

• Eimear (1/5): Don’t stay here - The location is good. It is very cheap. I am not usually one to leave a poor review but I must advise: Don’t choose this hostel. We stayed here throughout our time in Ao Nang because it was the cheapest room for our time here. On the surface, it does what it says on the tin. It is a cheap room (with fan) with a shared bathroom, which we were aware it would be. However, we were unprepared for how wholly bad this place is run. The staff were unhelpful and unpleasant throughout check in, check out and with our only two requests: to avail of the advertised luggage storage facility and a request for new sheets and towels (for which there was a “make up my room” sign for the door). We were staying here for 6 days, we put out the room sign with two nights to go in the morning and returned in the early evening to find it as we left it. We then checked in with the staff on reception who were rude and didn’t want to help us. We eventually were handed towels, and asked for our room number- but later that night there were still no new sheets. We decided not to bother having another interaction about it. Upon checkout we handed over the key (with no acknowledgement) and then asked about luggage storage (which was both advertised and we had confirmed when booking). The receptionist told us to leave our bags in the middle of the common area where breakfast was being served under the table with the (very sad looking) buffet. While reception is within the same common area, the receptionists are generally hidden behind the counter, and the lobby is open air to the street. When we later came to collect said bags no one questioned us - further proving it being a far from secure system. We did not mind the cheap room/amenities, but to not deliver on services that are advertised and offered, and to treat guests with such hostility made our stay here miserable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We were pleased to find a reasonably priced room available. The place was a little run down. We asked to the reception if we could book a bus to the airport (as signed on the wall) but the staff was a bit vacant.

• de la riva (1/5): El peor sitio de Tailandia - Nada El primer día que llegue la habitación era diminuta, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y tenía un ventilador que tampoco iba, no sé podía ni respirar, aparte la luz no funcionaba cuando presionas el interruptor o no se encendía o si tenías suerte tardaba cinco minutos. pedí que me cambiaran de habitación y me ofrecieron otra habitación doble de cara pero mejor, pero no me descontaban el dinero que ya había pagado. Aún así cogí esa habitación para otro día más. Tuve que cargar con mis maletas 15 minutos con grava colina arriba , cuando llego allí instalo las cosas, resulta que el aire acondicionado no funciona. Tengo que volver los 15 minutos a la recepción para protestar , me vuelven a cambiar de habitación otros 15 minutos.. total que al día siguiente dejo la tarjeta del aire acondicionado para que bajara un poco la temperatura porque hacía un calor horrible y me voy y cuando vuelvo no solo han apagado el aire acondicionado si no que me han quitado la tarjeta con lo que tengo que hacerme otros 15 minutos a recepción a preguntar dónde coño está la tarjeta y resulta que la tenía una señora por ahí en su bolsa pero no solo con habernos hecho ya todo esto, cuando estamos durmiendo a eso de las 10:30 de la noche viene la señora a aporresenos la puerta para preguntarnos a gritos si ya habíamos pagado la noche de hoy, cuando estaba todo pagado desde el momento uno.

Shower outlet was not static and hard to manage and I could hear people using the toilet upstairs which was a bit disconcerting.

It's more like a store room. The room I booked, they did not give me that and they offer me a room on another property. That is just like a brothel. As I was travelling alone, they just try to scam me. Also, the manager was very rude. I did not stay there and they did not gave the money back. dirty rooms, lack of basic amenities (lights and fan), being placed in a different property than booked, feeling unsafe as a solo traveler, rude manager, and refusal of a refund. also felt the service was extremely poor and would not recommend the place.

Zimmer mit Fenster unmittelbar zur Wäscherei - musste Vorhänge schliessen für Sichtschutz= kein Tageslicht. Der Schnarcher im Zimmer nebenan war laut zu hören. Mücke im Zimmerund kein Mückrnstecker oder Personal. Habe meinen Stecker leider liegen lassen.

The staff was extremely rude. The receptionist was super bothered by me asking her to show me the room after I couldn't find it with her description of "on the other side of the street". There also was no drinking water available at the whole place. For a hotel that should be a minimum standard

• Michał (7/5): - Lokalizacja jest idealna dla osób, które chcą w kilka dni odhaczyć Ao Nang i są nastawieni na wycieczki łódkami. Był to też najtańszy obiekt na 3 dni przed naszym przyjazdem w centralnej okolicy. Tańszy nawet od hosteli - tylko dlatego się zdecydowaliśmy. Toaleta i prysznic działają, a łóżko jest wygodne. Na plus recepcja pozwalająca trochę wcześniej się zakwaterować oraz organizująca transport na lotnisko w cenie 150 batów za osobę. Zaraz obok można wypożyczyć skuter. To jest BARDZO niski standard hotelu. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na pralnię, gdzie kobiety tam pracujące mogły nam zaglądać do pokoju. Trzeba było mieć non stop zasłoniętą zasłonę. WiFi nie działa w pokoju, ale już w holu (który jest całkiem przyjemnym miejscem do siedzenia) już tak.
• Lea (7/5): Tolle Lage für fairen Preis - Die Unterkunft ist wirklich extrem gut gelegen und man kommt innerhalb 2-3 Minuten zum Strand. Außerdem war es trotz der Lage sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend (Klimaanlage, Ventilator, genügend Platz, separates Bad) und reicht für alle die nicht so viel mehr erwarten. Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert. Wir konnten sogar ein Flughafenshuttle für 150 Baht pro Person buchen und das hat ebenfalls perfekt geklappt. Es gibt auch ein Frühstücksbuffet für 100 Baht pro Person aber das haben wir nicht genutzt. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können aber wir haben es nicht als extrem störend empfunden.

Muy cerca de la playa Ruido desde las 5:30 de la mañana no hay quien duerma y lo peor por las noches la gente se reúne abajo hasta las tantas y tampoco se puede dormir y todo muy viejo, suelo roto, azulejos de baño con las juntas negras, sin TV. Y no mandes nada a lavar te cobran el doble que la tienda de al lado y te destrozan la ropa.

J’arrive sur place ils me disent de payer 30€ supplémentaire pour avoir la chambre que j’avais réservé. La chambre était dégoûtante, pleine de fourmis, la fenêtre était très sale et le sol aussi.

La seule fenêtre dans la chambre que j'ai eu donné dans un couloir intérieur de la maison mais pas directement à l'extérieur, ce qui la rendait hyper chaude et c'était impossible de la rafraîchir avec le seul ventilateur (très vieux) disponible et le lit j'étais pas très confortable, aucun endroit pour mettre mes affaires, il y avait juste une vieille table avec une vielle chaise qui ne servaient pas à grand chose.

The location is amazing and very convenient for exploring Ao Nang. Considering the price, this was one of the best values I experienced in Thailand. Nothing major. For the price, everything was more than fair.

They have a fan but it doesn't not help - no bathroom in the room. OAY ATTENTION. IN THE ROOM PICTURES ON BOOKING, IT SHOWS A BATHROOM IN THE ROOM but when I arrived it was simply not there - it looks like a basement that room not like a hotel room
