Great location, just round the corner from bars, restaurants and shops, but away from the noise at night. Helpful staff who booked our onward travel and taxi to the port.

• NOBUYUKI (8/5): ささる人には最高の宿。 - 使うダイビングショップの3軒隣と最高の立地でした。 朝6:30集合なので、近い事でとても助かりました。 セブンイレブンも徒歩3〜4分くらいと便利。 繁華街に対して一番外側の為、行きたい場所によっては遠い可能性有り。 建物が古い事と掛け布団に汚れがあった事。布団は使わなかったし低費用なので建物が少し古い事は十分気にもならなかった。

• Rabalais (10/5): - Great location near the beach and everything was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable (hit or miss in Thailand) and toilet was not damp or stale which is a plus. Very nice receptionist lady who helped us book taxi to port for only 100 baht. We paid 300 baht to get from port to the hotel. Great value for the price especially with all the expensive places nearby.

Aber Ko Tao generell teurer als andere Orte in Thailand.

Close to the beach and nice breakfast places. Clean and spacious room, comfortable pillows There are a lot of people smoking in the hall and smokes got easily into our room which I hated. The doors of the room are the windows at the same time, so I could hear all the noises outside, I had to use earplugs

• Georgia (2/5): Unpleasant - Central to Sairee area The property felt very unsafe, there were no staff around from 8pm onwards and the main staircase to the rooms was visible from the main road. The door lock was not secure, and there was no safe in the rooms. The hotel staff were not friendly nor helpful, and did not make us feel welcome at all. We had to leave the property 3 days early, having paid for 5 night total, due to an emergency. We asked the staff about a potential refund and they refused, we then asked to speak to the manager, we were told she was asleep so to come back at 7pm. At 7pm we were told she still was not around and to come back at 8. However, at 8pm the reception closed and so we could not speak to the manager. In the morning we were quickly hurried out of the hotel. Our experience overall was not the best, and we felt extremely unwelcome from the get go. This is very unfortunate.

• Holger (7/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, an sich auch ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten vielleicht etwas Pech, da unser Zimmer direkt zur Straße lag und es dadurch ein wenig laut war. Hat uns aber nicht groß gestört. Das Zimmer und das Gemeinschaftsbad waren sehr sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Preis-Leistung gut. Viele Restaurants direkt die Straße runter. Der Strand ist innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anlage hat ein Ameisen Problem. Wir hatten kein Essen im Zimmer, dennoch gab es neben und über unserem Bett eine Ameisenstraße. Die Klimaanlage hat ein wenig getropft. Die Fenster waren nicht ganz zu, es gab immer einen kleinen Spalt.

• ZDENEK (10/5): - This is a very convenient small hotel at a good location. The place is quiet (compared to the hassle of the tourist center ), yet very close to everything you need. There are many good restaurants nearby, massage centers etc. We had one room with private bathroom and one room with shared bathroom. Both rooms were very clean, with convenient beds and reasonably furnished. The shared bathroom was perfectly clean. The Internet worked without any issues. AC worked very well in both the rooms. The reception is open 8-20 and can handle check in, check out, left luggage and sell transportation. We bought the Oxygen full day snorcheling trip and it was unbelievably nice and good value. The taxis make a cartel at this island in a similar way as on the surrounding islands, resulting in prices like 10€ per 1km per car. So we walked from the port to the hotel on arrival. It's a nice walk except for the bags and the motorcycles everywhere. On the way back we ordered a taxi at the reception for 500 bht per family. It seems that you have to remove your shoes for the reception, but not for rest of the hotel.

• Chris (9/5): Très bien.! - Établissement très propre. Nous étions une famille de 8 et avions tout le dernier étage pour nous, le top. La chambre côté rue est la plus lumineuse mais aussi la plus petite. Le personnel est très gentil. La rue est très bruyante mais c'est la vie en Thaïlande. L'hôtel est presque a la sortie de la ville donc c'est tout de même le moins bruyant de la ville je pense!

Not the fault of the hotel of course.

• Koloditsky (10/5): Very recommended! - My stay here was great!! The location is great, the rooms are clean and the service is good. The hostel is very quiet and peaceful. The lady in the reception is the sweetest and helped me a lot, she helped me with extending my visa and even gave me a ride to the immigration office for a very cheap price! Unfortunately when I wanted to stay more nights they were fully booked, but they helped me get a room in a hotel they work with for the same price. Very recommended :)
• Gabbie (6/5): Good - The location of the property is perfect and the rooms were clean There was a powercut for 2 full days meaning no air con no lights (which is a problem as there isn’t much natural light at all) and we lost water at one point too. I understand this can be an island wide issue, however we didn’t know this and when asking the staff if they had any idea when it’d all be back on she just laughed and said no. I’m not one to be negative at all but the laughing just made me a little uncomfortable. We’ve had power cuts in other places and little bits of compensation were provided which make the world of difference.

The room was comfortable, complimentary water was provided every day and there is access to a small kitchen. The staff are very kind. Can be noisy at night as was on a Main Street.
