Tan (8/5): In general good experience for staying as the environment as there is good sound insulation and the bed and comforter ar - Security and shower facilities as well as the bed. Toilet seat not secured properly and there is no shower curtain to prevent spill of water.

Boon Hoe Jerry (8/5): Hotel that appreciates feedback - Ambience of lobby and hotel location is great. There wasn't any glass screen at the shower area and water would splash onto the floor in front of the sink during bathing. Since my travel companions are all seniors, the risk of falling onto the wet floor was high.

Murugentharan (7/5): Good location, clean room but needs to upgrade facilities. - The size of the room can accommodate 4 people easily. The air-conditioner unit is too small for the size of the room. The room was hot and we could only feel the chill air early in the morning. Sleeping was not very comfortable. The bathroom did not have a partition for the showering area. As the bathroom was very tiny, it got wet each time we showered.

NOR ZARIFAH BINTI (9/5): Pleasant and comfortable stay - The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The air condition was not working the first room given, I called the front desk and complained about the room. They come to to check and give us another room for use. There's a lot of plugpoint nearby the bed. There's fridge provided as well. Basic amenities like toothbrush are provided. The bed is comfortable and water pressure are good. There is free parking provided at B1 and you can take the lift to go straight to the hotel. We moved to another room that is not facing the main road and it was pretty quiet. More lights at the basement parking because it's a bit dangerous for woman since it's quite dark there. The shower partition so that the water from the shower doesn't spill to the toiler area. It would great if the entrance lamp and toilet switch are separated since if we suddenly wake up in the middle of the night, the light will disturb other person who are with us.

Melanie (8/5): Overall, a pleasant stay with cool lobby especially when weather is hot outside - Surroundings-Location is good, near train station, next to Cowboy warehouse- interesting place to see. To have breakfast- more eating options when crossing busy road outside. Interior- Would prefer if they provided a tissue box at the bed area. Bedroom area is big and has 3 charging ports. Pillows are rather soft, would prefer a more firm pillow. Do not need to boil water since water dispenser is provided at hotel room floor area. Shower pressure is good and it will be better if they included a shower curtain so water does not splash out and make whole toilet floor wet.

Pauline (8/5): Quirky hotel with nice decor near the train station. - Location is good and driving distance to most eating place. Ample parking. Bathtub in my room. Creator hotel theme song playing in the lift. Can see the train pass by. Room looks old. The ‘white’ towel provided looks grey and well used with fraying threads at the end. Bring your own towel.

Tjoeng (6/5): If you need to stay in Kulai, this is a fair deal - The lobby and common areas are well-designed, the rooms are rather basic, but I can't expect much for Kulai. In all, I think it's not bad if you need to stay in Kulai. For the price point, it's decent and safe. There was no TV and amenities are sparse in the room.

Loong Yip (7/5): - Convenient for transport e.g. Grab, railway station nearby, people picking you up as it's along the main road. The road leading to the highway is also pretty nearby. There's a big supermarket downstairs so very convenient for business travelers. hotel has no food and there's not many choices of food within walking distance in the morning.... probably have only 2 choices and both serves nasi lemak. Main road is right in front of the hotel (which makes transport convenient) but it's not easy to cross the road safely.

Ms Viniyy (9/5): I had a great stay there!! It meets my comfort and made my trip happy one! - I had a great stay at Creator Hotel! The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Definitely a great value for the price—would stay again One small suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the room, as it could be a bit brighter and better to get ready or to do makeover. Overall, a great experience and good value for money!

Chia (8/5): Conveniently located near to transport modes. - In the old part of town, 5-7mins walk to bus terminal or Train station; the cluster of shops (Old Street) right in front have a handful of coffee shops, a couple of nostalgic cafes and pleasant, laid back residential compounds - limited food choices for dinner. Stayed in the King Premium room - pricey, nothing of premium quality and not worth the price paid!
Hui Xian (4/5): Not such a pleasant stay, first and last - There was access card required from the lift to the room, an added sense of security. There was a water dispenser and vending machines. A nice seating area to sit down and rest a little. The basement carpark had zero security. B1 was opened while B2 was closed, pitch blackness which was scary, anyone could hide in the darkness and jump out. There was no security guards or whatsoever. The signage to the rooms were lousy, not obvious. We ended up walking rounds with all the luggage. Nothing great about the room, very basic, so we didn't even want to take pictures.
