Endroit situé avec vue sur le fleuve et une partie de l’île aux Coudres. Très, très propre (impeccable). Grand soucis du détails apporter autant à la décoration et aux petits objets d’utilité courante ( serviettes démaquillantes, ouates, savon douche pour femme et pour homme, shampoing ). Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

• LAURENCE (10/5): Un nid d'amour à la vue extraordinaire - non romantique s'abstenir ! - La vue de la chambre et du balcon est incroyable !! Face au Saint-Laurent, dans un environnement boisé, on ne se lasse pas de ce paysage. Chambre très spacieuse et romantique avec sa baignoire dans la pièce, le lit, très confortable, est face à la vue pour rester dans le contemplatif. Les gérants sont adorables et au petits soins : le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. Le tout dans une propreté exemplaire. Proche du gite, le village de Baie Saint-Paul est adorable et déborde de restaurants. Bien trop court pour une nuit ! Tout était parfait !

Une vue époustouflante sur le Fleuve des chaises et une balançoire sont disponibles pour y prendre l’apéro ou lire et prendre du soleil. Literie confortable déjeuner excellent et complet avons été accueilli chaleureusement! Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit près de tous les attractions autour de Baie St Paul
• Claude (7/5): Ok - Annick & Remi were fantastic.. They gave us à good service, answer our questions and help us with thé roads we had yo take for our rides. Thé bed was too high and too smooth. Toilet paper and tissue were not sont enough.

• Rod (10/5): Our stay was like staying with best friends- warm and comfortable. - Upon arriving at this well kept property, we were immediately drawn to the outside deck and seating that allowed amazing views across the water. Our hosts provided a thorough explanation of the property and how and where the facility works. Our ground floor room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well stocked ensuite bathroom. We stayed for 2 nights and both breakfasts were excellent. The property is about 5 minutes drive from the township centre, which means it is very quiet. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Baie St Paul. Wish we had more time to stay longer

Lit très confortable, petits déjeuners variés et copieux, avec entre autres des confitures maison. Parking aisé sur place, c’était top !! Rien, ou de ne pas séjourner plus longtemps !
• Alexis (10/5): Very comfortable B&B with amazing views - Great little B&B in BSP. The view from our balcony directly over the St Lawrence was fantastic. The room was a good size with a large very comfortable bed directly facing the balcony and the views. Breakfast was delicious , made by Josee, different every day with lots of fresh fruit and local produce as well as hot dishes made freshly. There were lovely spots in the gardens to sit and have a drink. It's a bit too far to walk to town and would be a long uphill walk back. It took 5 mins to drive.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Best breakfasts and accommodation we have ever had. Host Josee is a genuinely lovely lady. - Loved everything, stunning room with balcony, very comfortable bed. Josee serves 3 course breakfasts to die for, better than 5 star hotels! Lovely lady, so very kind, helpful and friendly. Josee's aim is to please her guests and she certainly does that in abundance. This is by far the most superior accommodation we have ever stayed in. While in Quebec, we stayed in the Clarendon a beautiful very comfortable hotel. However, it was no match for the Gite Au Perchoir or Josee. I cannot recommend this stunning place highly enough, also Josee's attention to detail is perfection. She thinks of everything and is a genuinely lovely friendly lady. I didn't want to leave and so hope I can come back for longer another time. Having to leave! 😮‍💨

• Rishab (10/5): Exceptional - When being a host as well, you tend to look at accommodations with a more critical eye. The only problem that I can say I didn't have the opportunity to stay more than 1 night. I will definitely plan a return stay and the next time stay longer. When giving feed back on this accommodation the charts just don't go high enough. Definitely off the charts. The morning breakfast was better than any 5 start hotel I have stayed. Unfortunetly there is no way to judge the view because the view is one to be cherished. I don't know when I will return, I just know it can't be soon enough. Absolutely NOTHING

Coffee and fridge option in rooms would be nice - great location comfortable and clean wonderful staff some garden upkeep needed.. no discount for constant loud noise from construction nearby...we would have stayed and spent the day on premises enjoying what we paid for...but the noise was constant, and all day long, so not an option. We left, knowing that our plans to read and relax would not be an option

• Rod (9/5): A Sound Choice of a B and B. - Location a couple of K out of Baie-Saint-Paul a village offering a selection of restaurants, some very good and artist's shops. The view of the coastline from this spot, this balcony, is spectacular. The room has an expansive view from the pillow of the king bed. For a 'lovers' get-away a small bathtub is squeezed into the room. The layout of rooms offer a degree of privacy. A shower 🚿 in a separate bathroom.. Breakfasts served at a large round table makes for interesting conversations with fellow travelers - we find enriches the experience. From this location a walk down the road viewing other vacation homes, especially the neighbor's - an architect's showpiece Not a thing. With out a doubt we'd stay here again This website restricts a series of photos that will impress you.

• Richard (10/5): A peaceful and high quality haven. - The Gite au Perchoir was a real discovery. We booked on line, based on the reviews and photos and weren’t disappointed. We had the upstairs room with a balcony with stunning views across the St Lawrence which we enjoyed on a warm evening and clear morning. The room was very comfortable with great facilities and we enjoyed a very personally prepared breakfast with the other guests each morning. We also had access to a comfortable sitting room downstairs with coffee and tea. To be recommended. The only thing to be aware of is that the Gite is very much out of town down a country lane, so be prepared to drive if going out for a meal. Not a problem if your preference is for quiet relaxation and comfort, this is the place for you.

Accommodated our early ferry departure by serving breakfast at 6:45. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with everything one could want provided. The breakfast table provided an amazing view of the river. We will definitely return if we stay in this area again.

Also a short drive to Le Massif skiing resort. The view to the Saint Lawrence river is spectacular. Our host Sylvie was very attentive and helpful (helped us reserve a table at a local restaurant, and provided valuable information about local food shops). And then there was the breakfast! Delicious and plentiful- crepes, local cheese and meats, good coffee. Would love to come back to this spot.

We were there in the beginning of July and the temperatures were in the high 90's. We heard the other room did not have a fan and the guests were not pleased. The matron of the house had limited English. We managed fine, but it was helpful that my husband knew some French..

We only got to meet Jeanotte during our stay but he was so friendly and a wonderful host. He made 2 delicious breakfasts and our 2 kids enjoyed them very much. The location was peaceful, the room was very nice and comfortable, the view of the river was amazing, and the breakfast was excellent!
