- LubkaNes (5/5): - Pan na recepcii mily, ochotný. Hotel je v blizkosti pláže. Aj v blízkosti obchodov, restaurácii. Boli sme iba na jednu noc, nakolko sme mali odlet skoro rano, tak sme chceli byt v blizkosti letiska. Areal hotela je na môj vkus velmi velký, ako také bludisko. Nam dali apartman uplne na konci, co prenasat kufre, tasky bolo dost narocne a potom zas skoro rano cez cely areal. Ale to by az tak nevadilo. Zariadenie je uz starsie, v nasej bol gauc, dost rozpadnuty, vraveli sme si, no ked sem pridu 4 ludia a budu musiet spat na tom gauci, to musi byt masaker. Najviac ma dojal švab v spalni. Potom sme videli vecer v areali tolko švabov, ze som bola stastná, ze uz ideme odtial prec. Inak areal, bazen sa nam zdal cisty. Vyskusali sme aj veceru. Jedalen sa mi zdala mala, na tak velky areal. Jedlo bolo v celku chutne. Ale necakajte nic exkluzivne, taka lepsia vývarovňa.

- Wacław (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, zaraz obok sklep SPAR, plaża, przystanek autobusowy. Miła, pomocna obsługa. Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór wszystkiego. Przestronny, czysty apartament. Pokoje z tarasami bezpośrednio przy basenie nie zapewniają prywatności, pełnego komfortu. Bardzo zatłoczony basen i brak wolnych leżaków od rana.

We opted for the all inclusive package and beer/wine/house spirits were all included. Would highly recomend, the room was perfect for 5 of us and couldnt ask for a better location. It is close-ish to the airport which is useful for taxis etc and we had no issues with noise. Great for families, don't get any of the riff raff here you get in some hotels. As someone who works in water treatment I am always concerned about hotel pools but the pool here was very clean. Not much really, the food was buffet style and wasn't incredible but perfectly edible.

- Michaela (10/5): - Poloha je skvelá , blízko letiska ( ale nie je hlučné ) , pár metrov k moru a reštauráciám , parkovisko pred hotelom , potraviny hneď za rohom . Mali sme polpenziou, raňajky a večera boli super mali sme si z čoho vyberať. Prílišné upratovanie , nemali sme moznost zavesiť lístok na dvere nerušiť/ neupratovat . Keďže sme boli každý deň na výletoch a v izbe sme sa zdržiavali minimálne nebolo potrebné upratovať ale tety aj tak popratali , popravili posteľ a vyčistili kúpeľňu.

- Gabriele (8/5): Tutto sommato bene, io la mia ragazza abbiamo sfruttato l’hotel per colazione, cena e dormire e non possiamo lamentarci. - La posizione per visitare l’isola è davvero il top, in mezz’ora o poco più sei praticamente ovunque, si trova a 3km dall’aeroporto quindi comodo sia quando si arriva che quando si parte, inoltre non mancano i parcheggi e l’area comunque è servita da bar, ristoranti e supermercati Abituato all’Italia, qui il cibo è molto “europeo” (o forse meglio ancora “britannico”. C’è un po’ di scelta ma niente eccelle. In altri hotel delle Canarie ho trovato decisamente di meglio anche confrontando gli stessi cibi.

Closest apartment to entrance of Hotel and the pub 30 yards away. Unfortunately very hard to sleep with music going till 1.30am There was a ramp next to apartment to facilitate bin lorries and deliveries which started at around 6am. Just hard to find quality sleep. Its a brilliant hotel but just ask for an apartment away from entrance.

- Ed Verstraeten (8/5): Schoon, uitstekend ontbijt buffet. Goed zout zwembad - Zout water ! in het zwembad, misschien wel beter als chloor. Op een dag was het zwembad geheel afgesloten, bij navraag vertelde zij me : protocol. Nu weet ik nog niks. Ontbijt buffet is echt over de top, zo veel keus etc. Verder vond ik alles in het hotel erg schoon, wordt goed schoongemaakt, Wifi kan beter, was er wel maar zwak. Er zouden meerdere mensen Engels mogen spreken. De 24 uurs receptie is het enigste punt.

- Robert (8/5): Great place for couple of nights after late flight - The location is perfect - a couple of mins walk to the sea, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good but the restaurant is noisy when full ( we stayed in Easter holidays). Staff are very friendly. Overall the noise levels but it was school holidays so to be expected.

Massive pool, big pool was a bit on a cold side though, kiddy pool was hot. Clean and quiet. Food was decent, plenty of options to choose from. Nothing to not to like, a bit warmer pool will do better. Kids entertainments weren’t very interactive, mine didn’t join

- Bruno (9/5): A very pleasant stay overall - The accommodation was a great choice! It’s very well located - close to everything you might need (including the beach) and easy to get around. The apartment and common areas were always spotless, which made the whole stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The buffet food was also good. Overall, an excellent experience that I would definitely recommend! Although the hotel’s rules clearly state that reserving sunbeds is not allowed, every day many people did it by placing their towells on them and no one seemed to monitor or enforce this policy. The buffet area also felt quite cramped, especially during peak times. The food itself could be more varied. It would also be nice if the hotel provided bottled water in the rooms. As it was, we had to go to the bar every time we wanted a simple glass of water, which wasn’t very convenient.

Staff are not overly friendly but polite. Did provide locked luggage storage while awaiting a late flight pickup. Very close to beach, spar supermarket & restaurants. Food.

A very short walk from the beach and restaurants and a short taxi to the busier playa grande. Some more obvious labelling on which foods were gluten free and some specific gluten free options would have been nice

Riguardo alla ristorazione il buffet seppur orientato agli stranieri ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative per varietà e qualità. Non c'è parcheggio privato dell'hotel. Alcune sere non è stato facile trovare parcheggio in strada.

The two bedroom apartment was perfect, in a great location, close to heated pools, and play areas for kids. Breakfast was fab So close to the beach, spar shop across the rd and bus stop across rd, getting buses to arrecife, Costa teguise, Peurto del Carmen 161 bus from airport to hotel 03 bus goes from Costa teguise to Puerto del Carmen Lots of different restaurants to choose from in close proximity Something really tiny, that they didn't have washing up liquid and cloths But house cleaning service every day, so really can't complain

- Gerlinde (8/5): insgesamt haben wir uns gut erholt. - schönes Apartment mit viel Platz. Es lag ruhig, weit hinten, in zugiger Lage. Das Frühstücksbüfett war reichhaltig und gut. Cafe schmeckte sehr gut. Abendessen war in Ordnung. Es wurde täglich geputzt, mal mehr oder auch nur wenig. Betten waren gut, wenn auch Matrazze etwas hart. Kissen waren schon sehr verbraucht und knubbelig vom Waschen. Die Geräuschkulisse im Essensraum war extrem laut. Wir waren jedesmal froh, den Raum wieder zu verlassen. Die Tische stehen auch sehr eng beieinander.

Kühlschrank hat gut gekühlt. Deutsches Fernsehen. Ein uns Auschecken war unkompliziert. Die Küchenausstattung war miserabel. Kein Sieb um Nudeln, Kartoffeln abzuschütten. Keine Schüsseln. Kein Pfannenwender und Schneebesen vorhanden. Kein richtiges Gefrierfach. Die Backwaren beim Frühstück waren nicht knusprig, musste alles toasten. Auswahl war reichhaltig und in Ordnung. Geräuschkulisse im Frühstücksaal war laut. Parkplätze waren vor dem Hotel immer belegt als wir kamen und mussten anderweitig suchen.
- Maria Luiza (7/5): Hotel confortável e bem localizado - O Hotel atende às expectativas. Apesar do mobiliário simples, o quarto possui todas as comodidades necessárias e estava bem limpo. A cama é muito confortável. Localização excelente em Puerto del Carmen, facilitando a locomoção para todos os principais pontos da ilha. O quarto em que ficamos era no último andar e achamos bem silencioso. O estacionamento fica fora do hotel e é de uso público, além de ser bem pequeno. É muito difícil conseguir uma vaga e diversas vezes tivemos que estacionar bem longe e caminhar até o hotel. O café da manhã era variado, mas as opções de frutas frescas deixam a desejar.

- peter (4/5): Should have been much better - Our flat in the new wing was good and spacious although the view of the car park was uninspiring to say the least The restaurant looked awful like a school dinner room just simple tables and chairs all too close together and no style or privacy. cold Starters and Puds were good but main courses were dire. Chips and fish courses were soggy, meats were served in unappealing brown sauce, white wine was awful as was coffee in the morning. Service was verging on rude by some staff although not all.

- Navina (10/5): Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Wir waren super zufrieden - Der beheizte Pool war toll, Preis Leistungsverhältnis top! Wir waren danach in einem 4 Sterne Hotel und es war nicht so toll wie dieses Hotel. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag geputzt. Das Frühstück war für ein 3 Sterne Hotel gut. 👍🏼 das Personal war nett und anständige Gäste. Keine Utensilien zum sauber machen im Apartment wie z.B. Spülfit oder Schwamm. Der Wasserkocher war nicht richtig dicht und der Toaster war kaputt. Die Poolliegen waren nicht sauber und wäre toll wenn sie abgespült werden. Aber alles meckern auf hohem Niveau.
