• Ambrustolo (6/5): No recomendable - Sólo la habitación La poca o nada presencia del personal. Salvo a la mañana , las 2 únicas personas que vimos para el escaso desayuno y eran todo terreno. Llegamos tarde, había avisado y nos esperaba una persona, que nos puso en contacto por telefono con quien suponemos era la encargada o dueña. En la recepción , nunca hubo alguien, salvo un rato a la tarde. Además pagamos en efectivo y no nos dieron ningún comprobante. Realmente no lo recomiendo.

• LUCIA (7/5): - L’hotel è a due passi dalla stazione e per me è molto comodo .Siamo state accolte bene e il personale molto gentile e disponibile.La colazione è senza pretese,semplice ma buona. La camera, che dava sulla strada principale, l’ho trovata ordinata e pulita. Noi eravamo in tre per il fine settimana e ci siamo trovati bene. Lo consiglio Di notte si sentivano i suoni delle auto e del camion della nettezza urbana mentre svolgeva il suo lavoro

• Angel (7/5): Good enough - The location was excellent. Bad neighbors, sadly we got a family with a kid that made our stay a nightmare but that’s just us being unlucky since I told the receptionist and he called right away to the room.

• mokhtar (8/5): un séjour bien déroulé - on a réservé pour une chambre double avec plus de confort (prix plus) pour 8 jours, malheureusement, dés notre arrivée ,ils nous ont donné une chambre médiocre qui ne représente pas le plus qu'on a payé, après réclamation, ils nous ont promis de changer la chambre dés le 3 eme jour , chose qui a été réalisée. le petit déjeuné, toujours manque quelques choses

Nos dieron habitacion con ventana cerrada que daba al espacio para desayuno. No era la ùnica. Nos cambiaron a la unica habitacion que da a la calle , la que aparece en Booking. El ascensore era PAGO El desayuno basico a pobre. La caja de seguridad rota.

Nos aguardou a nossa chegada, indicou um taxi da estação de trem para o hotel. Café da manhã perto do local. Tínhamos água à vontade e café na máquina. Não sei como agradecer a gentileza do Gian que nos ajudou com as malas tanto na chegada como na saída. Local limpo e confortável. Adoramos ! Para quem tem muitas malas o local não possui elevador, mas o Gian nos ajudou levando as malas para o primeiro andar e também desceu as nossas malas antes de sair. O local possui três senhas, no portão de rua, portão de entrada e no quarto. Lembrar de estar com vc ao sair.

Fin dal nostro arrivo, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cortese, disponibile e sempre pronto ad assisterci con professionalità e gentilezza. Le camere erano pulite, ordinate e curate in ogni dettaglio, creando un ambiente confortevole e piacevole per il nostro soggiorno. La posizione centrale è stata un ulteriore punto di forza. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno comodo, pulito e con un’accoglienza calorosa. Torneremo sicuramente!

• Z (1/5): Tragedia - Uwaga na oszustwo! Rezerwujesz Napoli Suite, a właściciel pisze, że masz spać w Napoli’s Gold 700 metrów dalej od Napoli centrale (gdy przylatujesz w nocy i wybierasz nocleg ze względu na lokalizację ma to duże znaczenie), a samo podejście właściciela do klientów karygodne. Przylecieliśmy w nocy, dojechaliśmy do adresu z booking, po czym nie mając innego wyjścia musieliśmy pójść pod nowy adres, w nocy z walizkami. Na miejscu był pracownik, który nas wpuścił, rozmawialiśmy telefonicznie z właścicielem, który zaczął krzyczeć przez telefon i mówić, że jak nam się nie podoba to mamy sobie iść (nie mieliśmy już innego wyjścia, musieliśmy zostać). Właściciel od początku chciał abyśmy zapłacili gotówką, ale ostatecznie udało się zapłacić karta (i bardzo dobrze, bo potem nie mielibyśmy żadnego dowodu). NAJGORSZE, po całej tej stresującej sytuacji właściciel zaczął do nas wydzwaniać w nocy (screen 37 połączeń nieodebranych) - chcieliśmy już spać, więc mieliśmy wyłączone dźwięki, potrzebował od nas zdjęcia dowodów, które musieliśmy wysłać whatsapp (rozumiem, że są potrzebne do zameldowania, ale pracownik przy recepcji o nie nie pytał, a Właściciel miał być rano na obiekcie, więc wtedy mógłby je spokojnie wziąć. Na telefonach się nie skończyło, bo wysłał do nas swojego pracownika (który nie jest niczemu winny akurat, takie dostał polecenie) - więc ok 2 w nocy nie dając nam spać wymusili na nas przesłanie skanu dowodów. Kolejna część historii, następnego dnia gdy się stamtąd wymeldowaliśmy próbował obciążyć nas za rezerwację przez booking, bo podobno się nie pojawialiśmy (dlatego nawet jeśli zdecydujesz się na ten nocleg plac lepiej kartą, aby mieć dowód). At time of checkin reception was unmanned and we had to wait an hour and a half outside their door 2. Breakfast is served after 8 am and hence had to go hungry all three days that we stayed there. 3. there is no room service as is mentioned on their website 4. Even drinking water bottles are not supplied everyday

There are a few things that can be done that will make this a really great place to stay. Fix the shower head. Provide a kettle. Just basic repairs to some items like the towel rack and light fixture next to the bed. Free use of the lift when you arrive and check out.

Good breakfast choices. notes for future guests: It was a bit confusing checking in as we had to wait for someone to show up. We also didn't know when or where breakfast would start. There were no signs of anything at 7:55 am... but by 8:15, it was ready (in the curtained off area behind the reception desk). Being on a main street in town, I recommend ear plugs for sleeping.

• Eduardo (2/5): - Our check-in experience at this property was extremely unpleasant. From the outset, we felt unsafe. The person who welcomed us appeared to be visually impaired and couldn't even read our booking number from our phone. His role was unclear—he handed us the room keys and then disappeared. After he left, the entire lobby was left in darkness, as he had turned off the lights. Both the neighborhood and the property felt unsafe. One of our rooms had a strong, pervasive smell of cigarette smoke that wouldn’t dissipate, even with the windows open. The lobby also reeked of sewage, making the entire environment unbearable. It’s hard to believe anyone could stay here, and I now question the authenticity of the glowing Google reviews. In fact, they called me a "big liar" in response to my review on Google, which is shocking and unacceptable. I strongly believe Napoli Suites should be reconsidered for inclusion on the Orbitz platform. This property is not up to the standard I have come to expect from Orbitz.

He had a map with many points of interest marked down for us. He also reserved our airport taxi for us for early morning. I loved the old style building with the beautiful door, and stairs going up and was thrilled to have the lift option for our luggage. I highly recommend this place.

I unintentionally made a reservation on May 1st, 2024 in the state of Napoli instead of Malta, where we are citizens. I contacted the department to let them know about this small mistake, even though I immediately cancelled the reservation ! I called the hotel's call centre multiple times to seek more assistance, but they are completely disorganised and don't even know how to properly convey basic economic concepts. I was still charged automatically after cancelling After trying to reach them multiple times, I spoke to someone named Vincenzza, who without providing a reason stated no since I didn't show up. Also promised a phone call, but neither of these ever arrived. Yes, exactly, sir, we'll take a plane and spend a few hours at a hotel lol just for fun It's evident that the booking from April 29th and May 1st was done incorrectly. Though it's understandably wonderful for everyone to have a fantastic image of their frauds, don't bother pursuing this one—it's not worth the trouble Money down the drain 😁
• joaO1351UR (8/5): Good value choice - 3 night stay out of season in January. Contacted prior to arrival to confirm late arrival, around 9.30pm. No problem with this and someone waiting for us inside. Taxi driver some trouble finding it simply as it's on a super long main road. Taxi around 15 mins from airport and many close by if needed. 5 min walk to Garibaldi for the circumvesuviana train to Pompeii /Sorrento, very handy! 5 mins or so from cathedral in other direction. Around 10-15 min walk from historic centre. So overall good location for both train and more interesting parts of city. Main road is busy and a little noisy at times but did not stop us sleeping well. Changed to this accommodation after previous booked hotel so many negative reviews about location. Would stay again.

• Inspire21517793535 (10/5): Great accommodation and very reasonably priced. - Fantastic accommodation and a great location. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and bed clothes and towels were changed on a daily basis. Continental breakfast is normal for Italians and our breakfast was always fresh and well prepared. If you want accommodation that's a short distance from all amenities this should be your first choice. We really enjoyed our stay.

No one to greet you. Got stung on Tourist tax - no mention of this or lift charge in booking info. Tried to phone up several times, no one picking up phone so gave up. Would not recommend to anyone. Naples itself was lovely and a great base to explore.
