The floor above every single time they turned the taps on sounded like a train coming through the motel room. Had someone walking up and down outside the motel door all hours of the morning talking coming and going.

The requirement to sight driver’s licenses was over the top, and, the rules to comply with or else there was a charge.

Nice walk into the heart of the city of Launceston for shops cafes and restaurants. Parking on site. The reception of the TV was not great. Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the kitchen, crockery and utensils. There was an old used kitchen sponge under the sink which I absolutely did not use and went to Coles and bought a brand new one, after asking reception for a new one, which never eventuated.

Extremely comfortable beds & lots of extras provided free-loved getting biscuits to have with cuppa. Fantastic water pressure, super friendly & helpful staff on check-in & check-out. Very generous to allow me to park my car early in morning. Highly recommend as budget friendly, close to everything. Beautiful view over city park. Nothing couldn’t be any better

I and I'm sure others would wash their dishes anyway

• Wendy (1/5): - Nothing The arrogant male manager, the only motel asking for a $100 security deposit, and were given a list of things to do before we checked out. Room was extremely outdated and although mostly clean there was an issue. The bed dipped in the middle, an no air-conditioning. The toilet flush button on wall came out in our hands. The access to the motel was terrible. You can't really pull up at reception and had to stop in the parking areas which were minimal, small spaces and difficult to get into. The motel is situated on an extremely steep incline, and therefore definitely not motorcycle friendly. Don't know why this poor motel is even listed on your site.
