- Amith (6/5): - Property is very clean and well maintained. Even though we stayed for 3 nights, they were unable to honour 2 hr extra time which I have requested for check out. We asked for a check out at 1pm instead of of the 11am. Their check in time is 3pm, so they would still have 2 hours to make up the room for the next guest. I have requested as I was travelling with my child and our flight was much later in the evening. Even though I have requested 3 to 4 times, they were adamant i have to check out at 11 and didn't even offer any alternative. And one more thing, the staff at the front desk also won't speak much English. This property is very far from the airport, if you intend explore the entire island, i higly reccoment to rent a self drive car, which we have done.
- Hayley (8/5): Although we liked our time there, we would choose somewhere more central next time. - We enjoyed our time at Grand Josun Jeju, mainly due to the exceptional staff and clean facilities. The staff were wonderful- very polite and attentive. The pool was nice and heated in April. We wished there was a slide or another play thing for the babies though. It was good that toddler and kids life jackets were provided. The kids club was great for our children too. The art and cooking classes were especially enjoyed by our 7-year old. We made use of the baby cot (even for our tall 18-month old!) and the big bath as well as the walk-in shower. We were impressed with the breakfast buffet, although agree with many other guests that it’s much too expensive. If the price was lower, we would have gone more often. The location means there are not many restaurants nearby, although delivery is ok if you have the ability to use the apps. Seeing as we stayed in a family room, some things were overlooked. Such as the fact the house keeping had left a wine bottle and glasses on a low table- luckily our toddler didn’t break them! Lastly, the wifi was very weak. It really needs to be improved for this level of hotel.

- Jihwan (8/5): - 방이 넓고, 육아용품을 잘 빌려주고, 가족끼리 지내기에 괜찮았다. 수영장과 사우나도 이용하기 괜찮았고, 객실 화장실 수압이 높아서 아주 좋았다. 세탁기과 건조기가 잘 구비돼 아기 및 우리 옷을 빨고 말릴 수 있는 점이 최고였다. 다른 방의 소음이 조금 들려온 점이 아쉽다. 걸어서 나갈 수 있는 곳이 없는데, 호텔 내부 식당 옵션은 적어서 아쉬웠다. 특히, 호텔 조식은 가격 만큼의 퀄리티였는지는 의문이다.

- Eunjin (9/5): - 사우나. 무료이용이 좋았어요 수영은 추워서 조금만했구요 1층 직원분들 너무 친절해서 좋았어요 디너이용시 중식이 맛있었고 광어 두점씩올려져있던 광어회 맛있어요 전복죽도맛났어요 디너이용시 연어초밥을 먹었는데 초밥겉에가 메말라서 거칠더라구요 만들어놓은지 시간이 꽤지난느낌이었어요 대게도 너무 쪄서 수분이 날아간 느낌이 별루였어요 참치회는 무순이랑 김.참기름장이 없어서 비려서 못먹었고 삼치초밥도 별로였어요. 아리아맛있다고해서 기대했는데 글쎄요....기대이하였고요

- Lin Siew (8/5): Lovely place, would recommend. - Upscale property, really nice. Was helpful to have a CU on location. Need to drive or have a driver to stay at the location though. There were nearby restaurants and another 7-11 just 3-5mins drive away. We had a room which had a massive balcony which was really nice. Room and facilities excellent. Staff are fluent in English which may not be the case in every hotel establishment (we stayed at a diff chain in Seoul and could see big difference to staff quality. Grand Josun staff are trained v well). I also really appreciate the massage chair in the living room of our unit. What an awesome addition. Really helped us to relax in the evening with the massages I thought the breakfast was expensive at KRW70,000 (as guests you’d pay KRW63,000 per person). We stayed 4 nights and I thought total cost of breakfast to be 35% of cost for entire stay was too much, not value for money. This is something more minor but I’d suggest the hotel provide detergent for free for the laundry. I got used to not needing to bring detergent as many hotels around the world offer it as complimentary and had to buy from CU. Unfortunately CU doesn’t sell detergent so I had to resort to using body wash as detergent for day 1. Then finally drove to Daiso to buy capsule detergent another day. One can buy from the pool counter reception which was on same floor as laundry room but that counter is closed early. If the hotel feels they don’t want to provide laundry as complimentary then I suggest some vending service to allow guests to buy directly and not be limited to buying from a counter since we could only do laundry when machines are available. 3 washers and 3 dryers for that large a property aren’t enough.
- SUNHWA (8/5): 아이와 함께하기 좋은숙소 - 아이를 데려가서 키즈룸에 묵었는데 아이를 위한 어메니티와 배려가 좋았어요. 그리고 겨울에 온수풀이여서 좋았어요. 일회용품 사용을 줄이는거는 좋긴한데, 기본 칫솔이나 치약 한가지라도 있었으면해요. 당연히 칫솔은 있을꺼라 생각해서 치약만 챙겨갔는데 칫솔이 없어 아쉬웠고, 목욕가운이 5성급호텔에 비해 너무 낡고 구김과 뻣뻣했어요.

- MUYOUNG (3/5): 5 Star Hotel and "STRONG Cigarette smell" - We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. The room was perfect in terms of price and location. However, a Chinese guest smoked in their room, and the entire hallway was filled with cigarette smell. Even though I called the front desk to report it, I never received any feedback. Upon check-out, I asked what actions had been taken, and they gave me a very general answer, saying they would place an air purifier in that hallway. The Chinese guest’s behavior was an issue, but the hotel’s response was also far from satisfactory.

- zivit (10/5): מושלם - לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר במלון כיוון שהייתה מאד יקרה. אבל ממש ליד המלון היה בייקרי מושלם. החדרים מרווחים והמזגן מצויין. מיטה נוחה מאד. המלון מתאים מאד למשפחות ויחד עם זאת יש בריכה בקומה העליונה למבוגרים בלבד וזה היה מאד נוח. יש במלון מינימרקט נוח מאד. אהבנו הכל

- Daehoon (9/5): Very Satisfying - 호텔의 정원과 산책로 조경이 멋지게 잘 관리되어 있었고, 친절한 직원들이 세세하게 잘 챙겨주고 응대했습니다. 조식은 창가뷰가 너무 좋았고 특히 조선델리의 베이커리류가 맛있었어요. 대형 편의점이 로비 바로 옆 통로로 연결되고 다양한 물건이 구비되어 있습니다. 일단 스탠다드뷰 주차장 방면이었는데 비용 좀 더 내고 가든뷰 선택할걸 후회했어요. 창문 열면 주차장 소음과 테라스 아래 호텔 세탁소같은 곳의 소음이 좀 있는 편입니다. 그리고 제주의 대형 호텔이 다 그렇듯 호텔 로비 입구에서 룸까지의 동선이 좀 긴 편입니다.

The facilities were really good with an adult rooftop pool and a sauna/baths room. Although the food was excellent, I think the Aria buffet was a little bit overpriced. There was also a cost for the sun loungers at the pool.

- RENA (10/5): のんびりリゾート気分を味わえました！ - 昨年、Grand Josun Busanに泊まり雰囲気が良かったので、チェジュ島でも泊まりました。リクエスト通りランクアップもしてくれ、ホテルの方々も皆さんとても親切でした。何よりも景色がどこをとっても綺麗で、のんびりできたのがとても良かったです。プールも2ヶ所あり、屋上にあるインフィニティプールは山と海を見渡せる最高のロケーションでした！今回は母と2人で泊まりましたが、子供連れの家族が多かったので次回は孫を連れて来たいと言っていました。 施設自体は本当に良かったのですが、立地的に市内から離れているので本当にのんびり過ごしたい方にお勧めです。一度、ホテルから10程離れたところに夕食に行ったのですが、アプリ(TABA)でタクシーが捕まらずホテルの方に呼んで頂きました。帰りは真っ暗な中、同様にタクシーが捕まらず少し不安でしたが、結局お店の方に代わりにタクシーを呼んで貰い帰る事ができました。交通のアクセス面はそこまで良くはないです。
- Andrea (9/5): Schöner Kurzaufenthalt auf traumhaft schöner Insel. - Innen optisch absoluter Hingucker. Zimmer haben schon bessere Tage gesehen; vor allem Balkon; aber unter dem Strich noch gut. Personal komplett freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wirkt auch nicht aufgesetzt. Garten schön angelegt; vielleicht ist etwas zu viel versiegelt. Frühstück absoluter Knaller!!!! Das ist schon First Class! Wir haben den Eindruck (schon wiederholt!), dass man, wenn man über booking.com bucht, immer schlechtere Zimmer erhält, als wenn man direkt über das Hotel bucht.

- 지원 (7/5): 아쉬운 점이 있었지만 재방문 의사가 충분한 호텔입니다. - 방이 넓고 밝아서 좋았습니다. 같이 간 일행이 숙소에 있는거 별로 안 좋아하는데 룸 뷰도 좋고 호텔 내부가 멋있다며 나가지 말자고 하더라구요 ㅎㅎ 요청사항도 잘 들어주셔서 더 만족스럽게 숙박했던 것 같아요. 그리고 요청같은 것을 핸드폰으로 할 수 있었는데 전화 따로 안 해도 되어서 그것도 굉장히 편했습니다. 라운지도 멋있고 층마다 쇼파있는 휴식공간이 있었던 것 같은데 제주도에서 어디 안 돌아다니고 휴식 차 온 입장에서는 그런 부분도 되게 만족스러웠습니다. 이번에는 호텔 외부로 안 나갔긴했지만 맥도날드랑 스타벅스도 가까이 있어서 산책겸 걸어다녀오기도 좋은 것 같아요. 그리고 제 기억엔 올리브영도 그 근처에 크게 있었던 것 같아서 저는 중문단지에서는 제일 위치가 좋은 호텔이라 생각합니다^^ 아래 아쉬운 점만 개선되면 다음에도 또 올 것 같습니다! 다만 룸컨디션이 초기보다는 확실히 조금 낡은 느낌이 있고, 객실에 구비된 수건이 많지도 않았는데 그 중 하나에 빨간 양념?같은 것이 묻어있어서 좀 그러긴 했습니다. 번거로워서 굳이 따로 말씀은 안 드리고 다음날 수건 추가 요청했습니다. 그리고 사실 예전 방문 시에는 직원분들이 진짜 친절하고 해서 되게 숙박 시 전체적으로 편안한 느낌을 받았어서 이번에도 기대를 안고 예약을 했는데, 이번에는 직원분들이 불친절하신 것은 아니지만.,, 뭐 물어보고 할 때 좀 그렇더라구요. 주말이라 바쁘셨어서 그런건지는 모르겠지만 일부 파트는 응대 측면에서 조금 개선이 필요해보입니다. 그래도 체크아웃 때 담당 직원분이 너무 친절하게 응대해주셔서 기분 좋게 여행 마무리할 수 있었던 것 같아요^^

- Daniel (9/5): - Perfekt klimatisiert, super freundliches Personal, tolle Möglichkeiten zu essen in jedem Preissegment. Die Lage nah am jungmun saekdal beach. Kinder unter 1,2m müssen eine Schwimmweste tragen. Unsere Tochter kann schwimmen und hat sich sehr geärgert eine Weste tragen zu müssen.

- Matthew (9/5): Beautiful hotel in a good location - Great hotel, beautifully clean and efficient. Plenty of space and the pools were great. Some nice restaurants within 15-20 minute walking distance too, as well as a great beach in 20-25 mins walking. Bizarre that there is no free seating at the rooftop pool, particularly when the pool is busy, all seats are free and everyone has left their items on the floor. Buffet restaurant is also far too expensive at c£75 a head for dinner.
