We will be back to explore Bath more and will be very happy to stay at 2 Crescent Gardens agai - It was a very stylish, smart, clean, comfortable guest house. The property was easy to locate with excellent,friendly communication from Giacomo. It was well situated in walking distance of the centre, and places to eat. We had a nice evening meal in the Marlborough Tavern nearby. Our room was comfy and well equipped and the breakfast room light, airy and welcoming. Excellent breakfast served by a lovely member of staff. The car park nearby was handy but it was inevitably expensive.

Excellent breakfast served in a light and airy room with great service. Room was comfortable. Lounge was a good size and appeared comfortable (although we didn't have cause to use it). It was a bit hot upstairs! Although it could be easily regulated with rad valve and good sized opening window (although window could not be just partially opened - all or nothing, which wasn't a problem in our case) (Room 3). Parking is a problem (nothing you can affect we know, and personally we had the facility to park elsewhere with friends).

It's difficult to parking Bath without paying but just along the street you can park overnight (6 or 7pm to 8am) at no cost. Host was very responsive to messages. Would stay here again. Very close to walk to Royal Crescent. Can't think of anything other than parking is noted as a feature but there is no on-site parking. Paid carparks are close by.

Our room was at the back of the house. Breakfast was lovely and so was the lady cooking for us. Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very welcome, however we would say reduce the size of the breakfast. Only one egg needed and one piece of bacon and half a tomato.

The owner of the hotel was very nice and made breakfast.It's not very far to the city center on foot. Just 18 minutes walk. If I ever come to Bath again, I will definitely stay here again.

- Linda (9/5): Overall we had a lovely stay but my friend has mobility issues so too many stairs and distance from the city for her. - Monica was so welcoming and friendly and cooked a superb breakfast. She is a credit to the guest house. The twin beds were a bit too firm maybe a mattress topper would help. Also the duvets were very thick and heavy, and resulted in being too hot and waking up in the night despite having the windows open slightly for ventilation. Shower cubicle really tiny can barely turn round in it.
