• Gabriela (4/5): Old hotel - The hotel is old and the room was updated. The wallpaper was peeling off and the corners of the wall were old. They didn’t have bath towels only hand towels. The bed just had a mattress cover and no sheets. The blanket was old and smelly. For the price you can stay in a better hotel around the area.

The location couldn’t be better—right in the middle of Myeongdong with lots of shopping, food, and easy access to public transport. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Seoul! Highly recommend it!

• Yuki (8/5): - 駅や空港バスから近く便利。部屋はスーツケースひとつ広げるのがやっとの広さだが小さい冷蔵庫もあり必要最小限のものは揃っている。チェックインチェックアウト、タオル交換やゴミ出し、トイレットペーパーの補充など全てセルフサービスだったが都合のいい時にできて気楽でよし。トイレが濡れるシャワーだったり壁が薄く隣の音が聞こえるので神経質な方には向かないかもしれないけど、観光メインでどこでも寝れるタイプ、多少のことは気にならない方にはおすすめ。

Messenger can send messages to guest house. Room is a little small. But feel satisfied. Clean and good proce. We will stay again differently.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Two-star Budget Hotel - It's in convenient location, close to shopping, transportation, and night market. No bedbugs. But no one at the front desk most of the time. When we saw someone, she was nice and helpful. TV didn't work. Shower is just a hose attached to the bathroom sink, there is no separate shower. Bathroom floor dried more quickly than expected after shower. AC worked well. Small room. No closet no storage no desk.
• Jeffry (10/5): - K Guest Stay Hotel-Myeongdong, South Korea. Is only 5 minutes walk from Myeongdong Night Street Market. It's kind a challenging to find the location in the map. Google map will not working properly in South Korea, you can use Naver Map and Kakao Taxi. The hotel and the room is clean. Small room but convenient

And they provide self check in system. But staff Ms.Rica work 10AM to 3PM. She is Philippines and very kind good person. Good communications. But looks some busy for cleaning. There are many Philippines, i think maybe Ms.Rica. We are very satisfied. Worry about hot water, but any no problems. I definitely visti again.

She always went extra miles to make us feel comfortable.I will always recommend K stay guest house to low budget travelers.

Even hard to stretch your arms when bathing! 2. Housekeeping service is only available for those who stays more than 3 days and you need to inform the staff 1 day before. It is fine not to do housekeeping everyday, but I would appreciate if there is housekeeping service automatically without the need to inform.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Average accommodation - Good enough for a solo traveller as it’s located in a convenient spot in Myeongdong. Staff are often not at the counter and there is no window (room is stuffy) too. Only gribe is cleanliness, could help with more housekeeping (they said only once in 3 days when requested) and i saw a roach on my shoe one of the days.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Inexpensive but suits our needs - RECEPTION: Nobody is there! I hate it when there are no receptionists to attend to the guest’s needs and questions. CHECK-IN: Smooth and late night check-in allowed. FOOD: Breakfast is served at 8-10am and repetitive food only: egg, bread, cheese, milk, juice, butter, jam, coffee, tea. LAUNDRY: I thought it was a self-service laundry but 1 bag is 5,000 won which isn’t a bad price. MINIMARTS & RESTAURANTS: Nearby and easy to find. SUBWAY: 2-minute walk. MYEONGDONG CENTRAL AREA: 3-min walk. ELEVATOR: Available but not strategically located because you still have to use a flight of stairs. MONEY CHANGER: Beside and across, don’t change at the airport they have better rates here. ROOM: Small with double bed but enough for our sleeping needs. If you need a family room ask for room 408 because it has more space. No windows in economy but has windows in deluxe. TOILET & BATH: Small and not separate from each other which is normal in this side of the world. AIRPORT BUS: 3-min walk.
• Katrina Anne (8/5): Group family trip - Location-Superb! Accessible through either Myeongdong Station exit 9 and 10, near airport shuttle bus, near night market, convenience stores, mini marts and various retail establishments. Klook pick-up station for various activities was also within reach. Literally, everything is within walking distance. Room/Bed/T&B- We got the big family room with 1 double bed and 1 twin bunk beds. I found the mattress too hard for my liking. I had to sleep over the comforter. It would be be better if they had a thicker mattress topper. The room had ample space for our luggages and still had enough space for some movement. However, the bunk bed would creak if the top occupant moves. The toilet was quite small, only 1 occupant at a time and the glass was quite see through at some areas. The floor tiles could use a little updating. Others: The breakfast station was open from 8am to 10am with your basic fare of bread, jams and spread, boiled eggs and cheese. 2 kinds of juices, milk, coffee and tea were also included. They had 24/7 supply of coffee and tea which is appreciated. We had to skip some days because we had to leave early before 8 am. It would have been better if their breakfast starts at 6 am. But overall, quite satisfied with the simple breakfast. Their assistant Rika was very friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to leave our luggages after check-out. Value for your money!

Nice localization - near metro station, bus stations and only a few minutes walk to Myeongdong main street with shops. Very close to Namsan Tower - it's a must see! A lot of grocery shops, bars and cafes nearby. Simple breakfasts every morning. Helpful and super nice staff.

The guest house lobby area is very cosy and the host manager Kim Mark were very warm and welcoming. Great ample amenities with hot coffee grinded fresh from the machine, teabags and drinking water, complementary breakfast with hardboiled eggs. The room bathroom had strong supply of hot water and really good soap/shampoo (really nice smelling). Bathroom slippers were a nice touch to keep ur feet getting wet It helps that the hosts/managers were sort of always around at the check in counter/lobby to assist you or for a short chat

Right next to the subway exit and it is directly across it would be the main area of Myeongdong with plenty of food/bars/shops etc. Mary and her team are very polite and really helpful, they were very nice to give us a free upgrade as well and let us keep our baggage with them a little longer as we had a later flight. They are very glad to be of help anytime, and they are always very friendly. The rooms are very cozy and warm. There are all the necessary amenities, shampoo, hair dryer and so on as well. Also there is a water dispenser machine, which was really nice as we always had a supply of fresh water. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a hostel in Myeongdong to stay here. Thanks so much for your kind hospitality! We will definitely be back here again!

The area for breakfast was hot when we were there as the condition was not working. Only a few chairs, quite a small area. Wifi is not very good, very difficult to connect.

Easy to commute.The place is within shopping area, near mart to buy goodies to bring home, near to good restaurants when you want to eat late dinner and snacks. Very convenient to stay. Room- very clean and comfortable. Air-conditioned. Not too small, not too big- Just enough for 4 people. They also have lockers if you want to keep something safe. Luggages can be left before and after you checked in ( within the day) Breakfast- jam was good. Coffee- available the whole day. Will definitely go back to this place. Recommendable place to stay!!!
• Tak Shing (6/5): Good budget hostel - It was a short trip and we stay there 3 days. The room is quite humid, and the smell and steam from the toilet is not easy to get rid of. There is a small high window, but if you open it, there may be some flies and mosquito coming in. The mattress is hard. Sound insulation of the room is poor, and you can easily hear from your neighbor. Good points - Good wifi, very good location, convenient store is just opposite, and all transport, restaurant, shopping and attractions are easily accessible. Roasted egg in the morning taste good, and unlimited coffee and drinking water supply. The staff are very nice and helpful. Overall, you pay what you get, worth the money.

The managers and caretakers were all very informative, friendly and helpful. Manager Lee was great to help us buy tickets for an art gallery we couldn't get because it was Korean. Be aware it may be very humid in the room when you initially go in but the air conditioning unit also dehumidifiers in minutes. Also be aware that they do not have large body towels available. Laundry service is 5000 won per load, and it is small so you may need to do two loads. Overall however we would still highly recommend and would stay with them again! Thank you

• Jamail A (10/5): Wonderful experience - I have a wonderful stay in this hotel, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The location was great because its near to all you need and very convenien, from transportation to tourist spots to stores.
• Sakura (8/5): - This hotel is soooo close to the shopping street ! it takes just few mins you are already in the shopping paradise. In overall, everything is good. The staff is really supporting and nice. Definitely a great place to stay when you are at Seoul.

• Mouhcine (10/5): Great staff - The staff is really amazing, very helpful and accomodating. The guesthouse is in great location close to transportation and variety of spots to visit. The room is clean and though not big, it is spacious enough to be comfortable.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 2nd time staying here and everything was great except for the check in. If you arrive early before the check in timing(3pm), there is nobody at the counter so you can just choose to leave your luggage at the walkway inside which can be quite risky as anyone can enter the guesthouse and take your luggage so its really leaving it at your own risk. Would be better if there was someone at the counter most of the time.
• Sharon (10/5): Friendly staff, good location and amenities - Everything was great, guesthouse provided towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, hair dryer etc. (basically everything you need). Love it that both floors provided water and coffee dispensers. Room was clean, just a little small but it was all good for me. Location was good too. Actually Korea’s subway stations are really close to one another so you can pretty much walk to Hyohyeon (Namdaemun), Euljiro 1-ga & 3-ga stations from the guesthouse/Myeongdong.

• Marie (10/5): Nice hotel close to Myeongdong station and..!! - The hotel was located near Myeongdong station. We could reach there on foot less than 10 minutes. Morevoer, the convinient store, which is the famous one GS25 was very close with the guest house! I mean, in front of the door of the guest house! I could buy anything if I need something. It was quite useful. and I like the breakfast. I was worried about what to eat from the morning in Seoul. gs25 opens 24 hours, but I wanted to eat like a real breakfast. Fortunately, I could have slices of toasts with peanut butter(my favourite one), and nutelly(my friend's favourite) , and lots of juices and milk. There were even some cheese! After breakfast, I ate other Korean food in Myeongdong! like street food or chicken :p Thank you for kindness and nice facilities. Clean room, soft bed, and Tasty breakfast compared to the cheap price! I will recommend this guest house to my friends who also want to visit Korea. See you again someday ~
• Satawat Kuronka (10/5): The First guest house I want to visit ! - Highly recommended. K Stay Guesthouse Myeongdong is a good place to stay there. there's a GS25 located in front of the building. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. the receptionist i Vitta is very accommodating and always smiling. they are kind I feel satisfaction Next time, i will visit k stay guest house with our family. The breakfast was two slices of toast with cheese, jams, and many kinds of juices! Thank you kstay:)
• Verified traveler (6/5): Resonable price - Pro: great location, from Incheon airport take airport bus 6015 stop at Myeongdong is real close. Easily walk to shopping area. Staffs are welcome and friendly. Same to subway nearest is exit 10 of Myeongdong station. Con: bath room wall is clearly see though, tiny room but reasonable price. Somehow the air-con in my room dropped water heavily.
• Marj (8/5): good hotel close to myeongdong shopping streets. - over-all the room is good..location,price,cleanliness,facilities. but kinda disappointed with the room they gave us, we booked for twin room (bunkbed) for personal space purpose atleast. but since according to them they renovated the room,so instead of bunkbed they gave us a doublebed which kinda took more space of a small room.but its clean and warm anyway.and oh by the way,the bathroom is small and has glass panel that you can almost see through.

• Sam (8/5): It's close to a lot of tourist attractions. - I like the location. It's close to subway station and tourist attractions. There are a lot of restaurants close by.
• Yumay (8/5): EASE - The hotel is near Myeongdong exit 10. Night market is just around the corner. Staff are really friendly and accomodating. We survived even though the occupants on the room besides us tend to be noisy even after 11pm. Bathroom is small (leaking bathroom sink but had nice hot shower) double deck bed is alright, but you will hit your head on the ceiling. I requested for a double deck (from a double bed) since I am not use of sleeping beside someone- small things and for us its managable. Its a comfy place to stay.
• Goh (8/5): Clean hotel at good location - Room and toilet small, but for the price paid, it's value for money. Extremely clean room and wifi was very good..Receptionist, Helen was very helpful. On my last night there, I was having my shower when suddenly there was no water. When my wife informed Helen about it, she went into her efficient emergency mode. She got water from the restaurant downstairs for me. And when the whole building water stopped and I wasn't done yet, she purchased bottled water from the convenience stall and boiled the water for me to finish my shower. I sincerely thanked her for her remarkable gesture. Breakfast was simple orange juice with buns and there's coffee machine as well. Plenty of restaurants along the same street as well. It's just 2" from Myeongdong Subway station Exit 10. If you walk down the street to the end, there's also a Lotte mini mart where things are cheaper than other convenient stores. Also about 3-4 shops before Lotte mini mart, there's a very good restaurant, always crowded but with cheap and good food as well as chinese speaking waitresses. Spicy tofu soup at 7000 KRW and Bulgogi at 22000 KRW. (Small bulgogi soup 7500 KRW). Had a good 4 nites stay there.
• T (8/5): Good location, near subway station. - - Good location. Very near Myeongdong station. Easy to find. Convenient shop is opposite. It's near the shopping area, but it isn't noisy. - The room is clean. The bathroom is ok and not too small. There are small towels and shower gel and shampoo provided. - Wifi is good and fast. - Bunk beds are ok. But the room ceiling is a bit too low. I poked my head with the ceiling while climbing up the stairs. - The floor has heating system. - Breakfast is bread and coffee and juice. It can be better. - Staff is nice and speaks fluent English.

Hot and cold water dispenser in the reception area with all-day coffee. Close (about 2-3 blocks' walk) to the airport bus stops (6001/6015).

• Huan Ghee (8/5): Nice guesthouse close to Myeongdong - Simple guesthouse that provides comfortable stay for travellers. The room and bathroom is small but clean. Friendly and helpful guesthouse manager who speaks English and is willing to provide assistance in many ways.
• AN (4/5): wonderful location but very way~~~too small size,, - great location, friendly, clean, but size of room was too small feels like stay in a bathroom. we stayed 2 people in 4beds room but was hard to even take a shower.
• Stacey (10/5): Warm guesthouse with kind staff - I would definitely return to stay at 24 Guesthouse Myeongdong Centre the next time I return to Seoul. Staff are warm and helpful, and a shoutout to Sean who offered his utmost help when my mom had a bad fall and sprained her leg. The guesthouse is a mere 5 minute walk away from the bustling side of Myeongdong where the skincare & cosmetics shops are located. Korean BBQ places and two cafes surround this guesthouse. A discount store is available too! It's just a few steps away. Thank you for the warm experience 24 Guesthouse Myeongdong Centre. ^^ Lastly, if you're taking the airport limousine, just take bus no. 6015, and get off at the last stop. The guesthouse is behind Hotel Sejong.
• luiza (6/5): Nice hostel in the middle of shopping diary tuft - The staff is nice but the lady who checked me in couldn't really speak exnlsig but we made it work. Rooms are nice with heated floor, tv, ac and bathroom inside. It is a little too small but I guess that's how everything in Korea is.

• ROHANI (8/5): great stay - It was really easy to find. And right in the middle of Myeongdong. I was clean, enough for one person and I like that they have an automatic door, which is very safe for single woman traveler. The staff speak fluent English and very informative.
• Mong Ling (8/5): excellent location and cleanliness is good - The location is smacked right at myeongdong shopping district. Hence, it allows you to grab and shop the items you want at much convenience in your last few days in Korea. The stay is around 3 to 5 mins walk to exit 10 of myeongdong mrt. There's a lift to lug your luggage. However, the lift stops at the middle of each storey and so you would have to carry your luggage down the stairs for a short while. The stay is pretty good and the room is clean. Please be aware that the room will not be cleaned if you stay there less than 4 nights.
