The room was well appointed and quite comfortable. Process for parking was quite good. Even though we were upgraded and told that the nightclub should not impact us the noise could be heard at night.It didn't stop us from sleeping well though.

Hotels have a duty of care to allow rest, but it was not possible. Worst night of my life. There should be warnings before booking this hotel that it has a club underneath the room.

- A6579VOandrewn (2/5): Disgusted - Stayed on a Saturday night and didn’t get a wink of sleep as I was bombarded with relentless and very loud doosh doosh music from the nightclub 2 floors below. Will never stay again and will so recommend same to all my friends.

I was provided with ear-buds on arrival, however they didn't do much given the nightclub had a strong base-thumping music going - which ear-buds don't block. On the plus side, they said that they put me on a higher floor but you could feel the music through the building still & hear it as well quite clearly. The staff were nice enough, but not much they could do.

- nathanfreeman82 (4/5): ⭐️⭐️ (2/5) – CitiClub Hotel Melbourne - If you’re looking for a place purely to sleep, this hotel just does the job — but that’s about where the positives end. Housekeeping was noticeably substandard. The bed was made and the bin emptied, but that seemed to be the extent of it. Used cups, mugs, and cutlery were not removed or replaced. Towels appeared to be simply thrown back on the rack, and a handful of soaps and toilet paper were dumped on the bathroom sink rather than properly restocked. It honestly felt like the bare minimum effort, and it does make you question how thoroughly the room is cleaned between guests. The hallways are bland and uninspiring, and the walls are extremely thin. We were kept awake until well past 3am due to noise from the room next door, which made for a very restless night. The shower pressure was another major letdown — it was more like a dripping tap than a proper shower. When an 8-year-old is complaining about the water pressure, you know there’s a problem. Overall, this was a pretty suboptimal hotel stay. For the price paid, it was disappointing, and I genuinely regret not spending a little more to stay somewhere significantly better. Suitable only if you have very low expectations and just need a bed for the night.

The bathroom door was disgusting. Dust everywhere. I didn't dare to sit on the couches in the room. Also the signage outside the hotel was easily missed. Walked past twice before recognising it.

- Owen (6/5): Beware the noise from the nightclub on friday, saturday - otherwise decent but not delightful stay - The location is convenient for getting around the city, near bus stops and the tram. Also right next to an IGA grocer which was super convenient! They looked after our luggage on day of checkout. They provided a one hour later checkout. The NOISE - although there is a small warning in their welcome message, its buried in the message 3/4ths of the way down under other terms and conditions. The nightclub was operating and VERY loud (could hear it through earplugs from the highest floor) until about 4:30am. The rooms were clean but a bit dingy, our windows were smeared with bird poo, the twin beds slid very easily across the floor and the bathroom door had paint chipped out of it The toilet seat only stayed up half the time. Couldn't find an exhaust in the shower (again might have been user error) and the taps had to be turned off really tight not to leak. Might have been our fault but there didn't seem to be a central light in the main part of the room Not a negative but an opportunity - I also would have loved a toaster
