• John (8/5): Nice cheap hotel - Good points : fairly modern room, great aircon, plenty of coathangers, safe is good, quiet, cleaned regularly and well. Bad points : no reception, no lift, difficult to find unless you know the area.
• Flavio (8/5): - It’s located in the very centre of Patong, easy 20 minute walk to the beach. It’s very vibrant around the place. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would recommend more vigilance with cleaning as there was a not-so-nice smell in the room.

• Thomas (8/5): Good budget hotel - Our stay was pretty good. Don’t worry when you arrive, the entrance doesn’t look anything like the pictures. We could drop our luggage and explore the area before our checkin time. The room are big and comfy. Would be great to have a better venting system for the bathroom. The view in the room was the other building ac, so nothing fancy there. Location is great, right in he heart of Putong. Overall a great price for the room.

• Philip (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at Limburi Hometel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The room was large and well-equipped. Everywhere in the room and building was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was decent with well-functioning shower. I slept well on both nights with comfortable bed. Highly recommend given its price, offering and location.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - The worst place to stay in Patong!!! The place is grubby to say the least. The whole place needs an overhaul! Bed sheets had stains and not cleaned, therefore, got itchy after laying on the bed for half hour. Had to take a shower at 12:30 in the morning and sleep on top of a bath towel! Bed was like sleeping on a box spring and not a mattress. Windows and walls are thin, therefore all noise can be heard from the hallway, neighbours (especially the massage parlour right across), and the street all day long! We could not sleep at all due to the noise from the street and the massage parlour. To top it off, the iron they provided burnt my husband’s one of two shorts specifically bought for the long trip due to durability and quick dry material. We have travelled for two months with no issues with ironing this particularly shorts until we got here. The iron we cleaned before using as it was dirty but it was not enough to avoid the incident. The owner refused to compensate the cost of the shorts or anything! The lady who works there felt bad when the owner refused to do anything about it, so she offered a thick woven knit in black with white waves design shorts in compensation. Who would want to wear a thick woven knit shorts in 35 degrees Celsius extreme heat??? Would not recommend this place…it was the worst stay in Patong!
• Sinead (6/5): - You get what you pay for here, and because of that we would stay here again. The location is perfect (if you want to be near Bangla and the beach). The accommodations are basic- the bed was actually one of the more comfortable ones we stayed in on our SEA trip and it felt clean. There was a safe but it didn’t work. No hairdryer, which was actually unusual compared to all the similar places we’ve stayed so far. The shower was nice but made a huge mess of the whole bathroom area. There’s no reception or any visible staff working in the hotel- you have to check in and out at the clothing store downstairs, so be sure to coordinate your timing on this to make sure you can get your deposit back etc etc. The space has a lot of potential, but as it stands you’re literally just getting your room (absolutely no additional facilities or spaces). As long as you know that going into it then I think you’ll be happy.
• todd (8/5): Good budget hotel in great location. - This is an excellent hotel for people on a budget, and want an excellent location close to all the action. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The front checking desk is closed. You must check in at the clothing store at the front of the hotel. Bring earplugs if you were a light sleeper!.
• ken (10/5): - Good value for solo male traveler. 10 min walk to party zone Bangla Road. Across the street is Christin Massage. Dont go there (old ladies). Many Young women work at the nearby massages.
• Jennifer (8/5): - If you want to stay in Patong, this is very central, on main road surrounded by restaurants, massage parlours and 5min walk to Jungceylon shopping centre. Staff friendly and can do laundry for 50THB per kg. However street noise is loud so I needed ear plugs to sleep.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The lady staff at the reception during the daytime was very helpful in resolving issues and able to give advice on tour packages or places of interest. Accommodation is priced slightly higher without any facilities. Only positives are the helpful staffs from reception to housekeeping always putting on a smile and willing to help.

• 채원 (10/5): - This place is close to the Patong beach and the Bangla road. The room was clean and the furnitures were not old. And the staffs were absolutely kind. I stayed at several places with similar price, but this was the best.
• Sham (10/5): Nice Hotel. Within walking distance to everything. - Very comfortable stay. Hotel is well priced and value for money. The rooms are big and the facilities are adequate. Suitable for singles mostly. Not suited for family and people who want to live in a grand hotel.

• Parikesit (8/5): nice bucks vs bang hotel - nice bucks vs bang hotels!! you cant find better value than this one. Not too far from nightlife area but not that "noisy" at night.. overall nice hotels. The only downside was hotels staff was unable to speak english.
• indre (4/5): Hotel needs rennovation - Staff was nice and helpful but this is the only one good thing about this hotel :) Air con in my first room was leaking, and lizard running around. So ask d to change. Rooms stink of basemet and mauld. Would not come back.
• Kayleigh (8/5): Homely hotel - Stayed here for 5 nights after staying somewhere previously in Patong. The staff are lovely and really helpful, made us feel really welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable - unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't the best and turned off after a certain amount of time which made the room stuffy at times. Good walking distance to the walking street and beach. Great price and would definitely stay again.

• Brian (6/5): Good comfortable hotel - great wifi and location - Good basic hotel. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. We had a room by the entrance door so had some disturbance when people arrived back late at night. But the room was at the back of the hotel so very quiet from street noise.

• Antonio (10/5): Awesome place and little gem in Phuket - This was a creta little gem of a hotel at its price point. The room was incredibly big and very well kept and the decor was very nice. It is located very close to Patong beach and Bangla road and many other fun places to eat drink and have some fun. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Very safe area for those who still insist that anything outside of the USA is third world and full of danger, news flash look out your window. All of Thailand is a great friendly and safe place to be , enjoy.

• Lars Jonas (8/5): Nice hotel - Basic hotel with good looking room. Nothing extra but have all you need. WiFi Internet, AC, fridge, TV with English news channels and 2 English Movie channels, Also Italian, German and Russian Channels. Good location at 2:nd road from Beach.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient - As per what we expected and paid. Nice hotel, clean, strong wifi...couldn't say more. Just no lif..bit difficult for my family with 3 small children. But its fine for me.
• David (8/5): Great staff & good location - I mentioned it was our anniversary when booking the hotel, and the staff upgraded us to a suite. The room was very nice and clean (the regular rooms were nice as well). There was a little bit of a sewer smell at first from the shower drain, but the cleaning service fixed it the following day. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a good location, but the noise from the busy street could be a little loud sometimes at night.
