The property has a curfew at 23:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the property after this time. To use the free pick-up from bus stop Mimasaka Inter, please make a reservation at the time of booking. The free shuttle to/from Okayama Station is currently not operating at the hotel, but throughout Yunogo Onsen. The shuttle departs from the west exit of Okayama Station at 14:00 every day, and departs from the Yunogo Onsen Tourist Information Center at 11:00. The journey time is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 08:30. Dinner is served between 18:00 and 22:00. Guests have to be seated before 19:30. The indoor public hot spring bath is open 15:00 – 00:30 and 05:30 – 09:30. The outdoor public hot spring bath is open 15:00 – 23:00 and 05:30 – 09:30. The private-use bath is available 09:00 – 21:00. The footbath is open 09:00 – 21:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
