• Wayne (1/5): I didnt. I had to leave and find another place to stay - Nothing. The fact that the door system was inoperable and I could get in or leave my room or the hotel, which is ridiculously unsafe The fact the arrogant person working there repeatedly kept telling me I hadn’t downloaded the link properly - though I wasn’t the only person there with the same problem. The fact when I pointed out I worked IT for more than 39 years and I knew when a backend system wasn’t working over the ability to download a link, he refused to accept this When I got upset, said arrogant person there threatened to call the police on me. That when he had to let me and the other person into our room, the room was disgusting. I visited a prison on my trip which I would preferred to have stayed in That I ended up leaving at 12:30 as it was unsafe not having proper access to a room that was nothing sure of unsafe That they won’t respond to booking to refund my money DO NOT STAY HERE

• Robin (1/5): Smerig, onderkomen en onhygiënisch hotel dat ruikt naar riool! - De ligging was ideaal, meteen om de hoek van Leidse plein en tramverbinding Het was zeer onhygiënisch; de badkamer stonk enorm naar riool en putlucht, overal lag stof, de afzuiging zat vol met stofwolken, de wasbak had een lekkage waardoor het water de kamer in stroomde, het douchegordijn vol roest, kranen vol roest, de muren zaten bomvol vlekken, kapot behang, kapotte kozijnen en de gordijnen waren een grote kreukel. Het zag er werkelijk niet uit!! Sochtends zagen we ook 2 beestjes over de matras kruipen. Zware teleurstelling voor de prijs die je moet betalen. Bij de feedback via Mobile Host, geen enkele reactie ontvangen.

• Milla (7/5): Ok paikka yhdeksi yöksi. - Hyvä sijainti. Puhtaat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Aamukahvin sai tehtyä vedenkeittimellä. Verho ei peittänyt ikkunaa kunnolla, joten sai käyttää kekseliäisyyttä että sai ikkunan peittoon. Korvatulppien kanssa nukkuessa, juhlijoiden äänet eivät häirinneet.

Mancava il telecomando nella camera, pertanto la televisione non l ho potuta vedere. Termosifoni spenti durante la notte fredda, 6 gradi precisamente. Ventola del bagno non funzionante e finestra rotta e bloccata.

• Sabine (3/5): Zimmer ganz anders online - Die Lage ist top! Man ist überall sehr schnell und kann mit jeder Straßenbahnlinie schnell zu verschiedenen Teilen der Stadt kommen! Das Zimmer war komplett überheizt und man konnte das Fenster nicht wirklich öffnen. Die Ausstattung war schlecht und das Bad winzig, außerdem waren die Leitungen undicht. Das Zimmer sieht online auch ganz anders aus, als in Wirklichkeit....

• Adam (5/5): We wanted a warm bed to spend a few short hours of sleep between days and nights exploring the amazing Amsterdam. The ho - Location. Right next to the lively Leidseplein. Check-in online and use of digital key to gain access to front door and rooms. All communication was very good. It was hot and noisy throughout the night, as to be expected for the location. Climbing the narrow, steep stairs would be a challenge for anyone with limited mobility (physical or self induced)

• Sean (1/5): Terrible don’t stay here it’s not a hotel and is just room sharing in a house - Location was ok but not worth living with mold and dirty room. Door had been kicked in before and wasn’t secured On arrival I was stopping myself from being sick with the smell of urine. Thought this was someone used the doorway but sadly the whole inside of the building was stinking. Room was really dirty with mold, spiders webs everywhere and they looked very old. There was mold on every wall and ceiling in the room. No hotel staff are at the hotel it’s just talking to someone through a ring doorbell camera, this made the situation worse when trying to get issues resolved. I was only offered a new room which most likely had same issues and I couldn’t stay at this so called hotel. This is not a hotel and is more like renting a room in someone’s really dirty smelly house. Stay clear of booking this as I have been refused a refund from hotel and from booking.com

• Zilan (2/5): Wenn man mit Rückenschmerzen aufwachen will, ist es ok. Die Lage ist zwar sehr überzeugend, jedoch würde ich nicht nochm - Die lage ist wirklich top. Ich konnte überall hinlaufen. Tramstationen sind auch 3min vom hotel entfernt Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Ich musste in den vierten Stock meinen schweren Koffer hinauf tragen. Die Treppen sind extrem steil so dass man wirklich jede Sekunde. Das Gefühl gefällt hinunter. Meine Toilettenspülung funktioniert sie nur einmal am Tag. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem. Ich stand wirklich jeden Morgen mit Rückenschmerzen auf.

• Abbie (6/5): Great location, basic for what we needed but wouldn’t stay again due to decor - Great location, the main reason for booking this hotel. The property was easy to find, when arriving you are greeted by someone behind a door cam. No key/key card required. Once you are aware of the email key used it’s easy to access. Could be explained better to people before arrival. WiFi was free and working well, small tv provided in bedroom. Easy online checkout. The hotel is dated and in desperate need of some TLC. The corridoors and bedrooms are dusty, walls have holes in throughout the hotel and desperately needs painting. However the beds were clean although one pillow to a bed is rather uncomfortable. No air con in the room, no safety features on the window and bedroom door didn’t lock. Check out is 11am however had housekeeping knocking on the door from 9:30-10am. Feedback email sent out at checkout, however enable to access it. Price has decreased since my booking therefore fluctuates depending on which weekend you booked. We stayed on a Saturday night on kings day weekend and it was quite noisy till around 2am

Sanottiin vaan että käännä sitä nuppia patterissa. Tällä patteri saattoi hiljentyä tai ei. Mutta tuohon hintaan ja näin keskustassa ei kait voi odottaa priimaa.

• Kenneth (8/5): Geweldig. Niet Duur en goed hotel - Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam Bedden waren goed en het was een mooi rustig plekje. Klein maar genoeg voor 1 persoon om daar te kunnen verblijven. Qua prijs was het zeer goed en niet duur.
• Kuvinthan (3/5): - Le lit était confortable Il n’y avait aucun personnel à la réception, nous étions seuls. L’assistance s’est faite uniquement par vidéo, ce qui n’est ni pratique ni rassurant. L’escalier est dangereux, surtout pour les personnes âgées. Monter jusqu’au quatrième étage avec des valises est très difficile. Dans la salle de bain, les robinets devraient être vérifiés, car ils bougent beaucoup et risquent de se casser. Le lit était confortable, mais à part cela, le reste n’était pas satisfaisant.

Odalar ultra eski ve bakımsızdı, odada bir komidin ya da dolap bile yoktu. Tuvalet çok kötü kokuyordu, tuvaletin kapısı gıcır gıcır ses çıkarıyordu. Bina eski bir yapı olsa da içeride konfor kesinlikle arttırılmalı.
• Simon (1/5): - This was the worst experience ever. In the middle of the night i heard a very strange noise. A howling sound - mixed with a baby scream and some horrific laughter. I got up from bed. Took my mobile and went to check. By the time i reached the door the noise was gone. I looked down the stairs and saw a shadow of a woman dressed in old style fashion. She quickly disappeared downstairs. I was shocked. I went to bed again. Apr. 1h later same story. This ghostly noise woke me up. This time i went really fast to catch the ghost. Bad luck. The ghost had vanished again. This time she also had a ghost dog with her. The only help that night! i drew a pentagram on the floor outside the door and lit up a 5 candles. Then it was quiet for the rest of the night. I am certain it spooks in this house.

• Falk (7/5): Ok wenn es nicht zu teuer ist - Die Lage ist gut. Gutes System mit Handy und digitalem Schlüssel. Ausstattung und sauberkeit ist ok. Für Gruppen ist es ok,wenn der Preis passt, für Pärchen weniger. Das Badezimmer war nach dem Duschen etwas nass, und man durfte den Wasserhan nicht zu stark aufdrehen, dann spritze das Wasser rum.

• Petrus (3/5): Een megagrote tegenvaller! - Bijna niets Kamer was extreem kaal, had geen tv, geen minibar-ijskast, alleen een lullige waterkoker met een paar strookjes instant koffie. De inrichting, verlichting en gordijnen waren ondermaats. Het was spartaans! Voor een kamer als deze EUR 280 vragen is misdadig. Ook het nieuwe systeem zonder receptie maar alles via een app was slecht.

• Geannina (4/5): Habitación pequeña y ruido excesivo xq queda a la par de un bar - No no y no se hospeden este hotel ! 1. Lo único bueno es la ubicación 2. Queda a la par de un bar y es excesivo el ruido 3. La limpieza es pésima 4. No hay puerta para la ducha y por ende, se moja todo el piso del baño 5. No hay espacio para las maletas ya que el cuarto es súper pequeño 6. Si te hospedan es el primer piso vas a esuchar los pasos y puertas del piso de arriba 7. La limpieza de la habitación la llegan a hacer cuando les da la gana y ha días q no pasan 8. Y si te hospedan que en el primer piso que donde está la entrada vas a escuchar cuando entren los huéspedes y es un poco molesto
• Santiago (6/5): Cuidado con este hotel - La ubicación Estuvimos allá dos noches, hubo una confusión con las llaves electrónicas y las llaves se las dieron a más personas, por lo que estábamos en la habitación y nos abrieron la puerta varias veces. No hay recepción , todo es por WhatsApp .
