The beds were comfortable, and the room size was more than adequate. I would consider it in the future as an option. Staff said there was breakfast from 7am to 11am, however, they don't offer breakfast at all. The pool was out of order, which was one of the selling points for my family. We requested additional towels and had to call several times and wait more than an hour to get them, when we offered to pick them up for them. Parking is $70+ a day, but across the street, we found $39 a day parking, so if you're staying here, avoid their "Valet Parking".

After a long day of travel, he was helpful in providing layout of hotel, watched my car while I brought my bags inside, and despite a full parking garage, found a way to let me use Valet since it was after midnight. He truly represents Hilton's values and upheld your reputation.

- gabriella (3/5): Better Hilton Hotels nearby - The rooms are very dark, and the customer service is extremely slow. Housekeeping often overlooks details. I checked in a guest and left, which was quite embarrassing—aside from the location, that was all. There are better Hilton hotels nearby that offer better value.

- Ashley (4/5): Not again. - Clean rooms. No parking on site even though it says there is, so you end up paying for valley or walking forever away. They also have a rooftop pool that I was told was open year around and it wasn’t. Don’t waste your money.

- Byron (10/5): Wonderful! - The Hilton Garden Suites was located in a perfect spot for my stay. I took Ubers multiple times and never had a problem with them finding the hotel. From check in to leaving everything was spot on. There was a bar and restaurant on the Premises. If there was a higher rating you would definitely deserve it! I would have loved a stay longer to see the cherry blossoms and tour the museums!

AND he was at work on his birthday with such a good spirit. Such a genuine soul working at the cozy hotel. I’ll be staying here again the next time I come to DC!

I look to return in the near future! - The room was very clean; bed was very comfortable, and we loved the location of the hotel. The only concern we had was the incidental charge of $100 per night. We thought it was $100 for the entire visit, but it worked out. I am still waiting on my refund of $300.00. Thank you.

- 843Dre (10/5): Hotel is a must stay! - very clean rooms, I utilized the gym as well, simple setup but got the job done. Here for business. Chef Geoffs(in unit dining) always was full and vibrant for dinner. Receptionists all were really helpful for my 5 night stay. good to see smiling faces when away from home. Will add to my list when visiting the Dc/Georgetown area.

- JustinR3 (8/5): Nice Stay in DC - I had a nice time at the hotel. The front desk was super nice and helpful. They provided me with a free upgrade on a higher floor which was nice. The room was nice and big. The location is great as there is a lot to do around in the area and the hotel's restaurant has some yummy food. The only issue I had was that the TV didn't work and the carpet in the room needs to be updated. Overall, it was a nice stay.

- Mason Mas (6/5): Not choosing this property for another trip! - I booked a double queen room for five nights, and could not find a really good thing about this hotel. ONLY PLEASANT. The shower temperature was not warm enough, Parking in property was too expensive about 60 bucks per night, which you can find street parking with much cheaper just need to download the app. and some of the surrounding streets which does not have any code on app is free to park for certain times, You can park in nearby parking below Reats Carlton Hotel which is half price and is one min walk. cleaning was unprofessional, they re organized the bed while we had stuff on it!! in other hotels they put it aside. room temperature was set to 71 and I changed it to 73 for my kid, screen shows the 73 but fan just has no heat. Breakfast is expensive and you can find lots of better option around. I request for kettle as we are not drinking coffee, they told me that they don't have any and can bring a brand new coffee machine that does not taste coffee for hot water, they brought another old one!
