I don't think i can say i did not like nothing. The one reccomendation i would make is that the lounge and chairs in the main room are very liw to te ground.
- Rose (7/5): We had a great family holiday together (12 of us). Weather was mostly sunny. - The pool is a great asset and we enjoyed the use of the barbecue by the pool one evening. We also found the location and sea views to be perfect for our stay. The mini golf and games room kept some of the young ones entertained. The air conditioner sent water all over one of the beds, soaking the pillows and the mattress and sheets. Their “solution” was to turn the mattress (still wet) around so the bottom of the mattress was the wet bit and to supply new pillows and sheets. They advised not to use the air conditioner and to put the ceiling fan on high to dry things out. At least they could have replaced the mattress! We had to move the bed so it was no longer under the air conditioner. The advertised hours that reception was open were certainly not true. It was hard to get replacements for washing dishes and clothes, and toilet paper was in short supply. I booked two 3bedroom apartments and they were on the ground floor and the third floor which wasn’t very convenient given that there are no lifts in the building.

Customer service was brilliant too - we were offered early access, greeted on arrival, had the air con serviced to ensure seamless use and the host was always friendly. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!! The only very small thing I could possibly mention was being so close to the pool got a little noisy... but the glass doors were pretty good at noise cancelling! Would have been absolutely perfect if we had small kids who loved swimming regularly!!

- 1 MGH (3/5): Tired. Pointless installing a spa bath you are not allowed to use. 4 flights of stairs no lift. - Should have metioned there were 4 flights of stairs and no lift. The view was great from the tiny balcony but this was only 5% of the panorama. The sign above the spa bath (the ONLY washing facilities in the appt) saying DO NOT USE - NOT ENOUGH HOT WATER - use only as a shower was entirely unaccepatble. It was unsuited and dangerous to use as a shower and ridiculuous to install a spa bath without upgrading the boiler to supply sufficient water to use it. Had we not been in a hurry and staying only one night we would definitely have cancelled with cause.
