Their hospitality, responsiveness, and positive attitude truly elevated the experience and made us feel genuinely taken care of. Customer service like that is rare these days. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing, 5-star experience.

I had some breakfast, it was good. There should be more selection of food. my only complaint is that you were able to hear the elevator go up and down. The times i was in the room during the day if you had the TV on you could hear the elevator that much, but at night when everything is quite, you can hear it .

Paula completely sets the tone the moment you walk in. Her customer service isn’t just good it’s intentional, attentive, and genuinely warm. She pays attention to the small details that most people overlook, and that’s what makes the entire breakfast feel elevated. You feel taken care of without it ever feeling forced. And then there’s Hector in the kitchen… absolutely unreal. The French toast and pancakes were hands down some of the best I’ve had in a long time perfect texture, great flavor, and clearly made with pride. You can tell he doesn’t just cook, he cares about what he’s putting out. Between Paula’s hospitality and Hector’s cooking, this breakfast isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. If you’re staying here, do yourself a favor and make time for it. You’ll leave full, impressed, and probably planning to come back the next morning.

Great location for us to get to downtown Redondo Beach and the shopping and restaurant options. The road noise is a little loud but not much you can do about it.

Appreciated the small convenience store in the lobby and the food from the bar was great. There wasn't much of a view but that's not why we were there. - Rosa (9/5): The 5star gem in the neighborhood - Very updated and definitely worth it the staff was courteous and the room was adorable with working AC/heater, cleaned daily upon request and safe as well as a comfy stay. The parking is a bit tight however it’s complementary with the stay so car was safe and areas well lit

- Valerie (9/5): Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel. Il fait partie de nos top 10 - Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 2 nuits au Hilton. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, le lit moelleux, les équipements proposés (le frigo, la cafetière, la télé). L'emplacement idéal pour nous déplacer où nous voulions. C'est dommage qu'ils fassent payer le parking (25$/nuit). Le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant les 2 jours mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé.

- Lyou (5/5): It was ok for the price. Surprisingly quiet inside for location. - Breakfast and coffee were pretty good. Staff were pleasant. Price was pretty good. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room had fridge and microwave. Nice towels. Shower constant drip, hair in bathroom, shower floor stained, peeling caulking, elevator shaky, felt unstable, made scary noises. Only one regular coffee pod in room, but 2 decaf. Only one washcloth.

- Alyssa (9/5): Worth the stay - Nice property. Very clean. Easily accessible from the freeway. Close to LAX but far enough to not hear air traffic. Close to food and grocery store. Only 15 min away from The Forum and Sofi. Hilton app wouldn't load my digital key card until after I was already checked in and in my room, so the digital check in was pointless. Ended up getting two physical key cards but only one worked. Found it odd that you have to walk through the middle of the restaurant/bar area to get to the elevators to go to your room.

Havíamos acabado de chegar de uma viagem extremamente cansativa quando, por volta das 3h da manhã, de forma absolutamente acidental, o alarme de incêndio do hotel foi acionado. Como era de se esperar, todos os hóspedes foram obrigados a descer às pressas pelas escadas, muitos de pijama. Ficamos do lado de fora do hotel, descalços, sem roupas adequadas, expostos a uma temperatura em torno de 3 °C, o que foi extremamente desconfortável. Diante da situação e do evidente equívoco, optamos por deixar o hotel imediatamente e buscar outra hospedagem ainda naquela madrugada. Foi uma experiência bastante desagradável. Por essa razão, entendo que, desta vez, é melhor não registrar uma avaliação formal.

- spnth2009 (6/5): Decent place (keeping the conditions listed in mind in the review) - OK stay - we stayed 4 nights and the room was decent, location was good. Even if it felt like at a quieter, remote corner of the street, there were several other things such as restaurants within driving and/or even walking distance. Few Salient takeaways: - Parking (no idea why the property would charge for it - try to negotiate an offer, if you can) - Breakfast Buffet: Nothing fancy as such and certainly not for the price charged (SAME meat and options for ALL of the week!!). The person helping (Jesse) was nice (of course only if you tip him!) but not only he feels (rightfully so), it also seems he is very underpaid!! Doesn't hurt to check the Marriott next door might offer - we didn't and who knows - at least the breakfast is something better ;-)
