• Barbara (2/5): Welcome to Scrooge Motel where you have to pay extra or go without basic amenities. - The room had good quality mattresses. Guests are expected to pay extra for basic amenities. A hair dryer needs to be hired (which is discriminatory). A toaster has to be hired. There were only two functioning coat hangers in the wardrobe. One face washer was provided for all guests to share. One 15ml shampoo and conditioner and one very small bar of soap was provided for all guests to share. A notice advised that these would not be replenished for the duration of the stay. The room clock did not work. These property managers should seek a different career and let someone who cares about their guests bring the motel up to an acceptable standard.

• Jason (8/5): Friendly stay 30mins from CBD - Check in was great with very friendly staff. Location was great for us and not too far out of the city. A little dated but the price wasn't hiked up for the long weekend like everywhere else. We would have liked a microwave in the room

It was clean Good heating. Comfortable bed. They could have at least supplied one set of cutlery. I ordered take-out and the only cutlery there was a small coffee spoon.

• Inara (4/5): - Decent little motel, perfectly fine to spend the night at. The room was quiet, and the location was perfect for what I needed. Nothing to complain about the room. Front desk person lacks even basic politeness - called me to let me know I would have a late check in when I was already on my way, treated me badly when I asked if it was possible to compromise to a late check out or a discount at least. Aside from this issue, the person was still very rude to me overall with no particular reason, and made me very uncomfortable.

Stayed last year with 4 of us Very helpful staff as we couldn't arrive till a little later to check in The bed spreads could do with replacing. Has very basic supplies provided, no cutlery/bowls for breakfast

• Natalie (6/5): Hidden value for money - The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and the room was spacious. It just needed a little extra TLC to remove the spiderwebs above the cupboard as they were hanging down past the doors. I will definitely stay again!

• Willy (1/5): A total waste of money and experience. 😡😡 - House keeping was well below standard we stayed for 7 days and the room was NOT ONCE cleaned or vacuumed also the bed was never made or tea and coffee replaced. We do a lot of travelling and we would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN nor would I embrace myself recommending that Motel to anyone. One very disappointed and angry customer 😡😡 Nothing

• Cath (10/5): - Clean and comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bus stop across the road, gas station next door for drinks and snacks and we made good use of the pool. Free laundry facilities were appreciated. Heaps of parking if you bring your car.
