- Silvia (6/5): - The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. The host is very arrogant and can sometimes make guests feel uncomfortable. In addition, although the Booking reservation clearly stated that all taxes and charges were included in the total price, the host still asked us to pay an extra city tax. Even after we showed the receipt from Booking confirming that taxes and charges were included, the host insisted that we should at least pay the tax for one person, even though we were two guests.

Si sentivano alcuni rumori provenire dal corridoio o dalle altre camere, e gli aerei che purtroppo passano spesso sopra il quartiere, in sintesi stanza poco insonorizzata.

- Manuel (8/5): - First of all, the staff. Luca was really helpeful, even before I arrived in Bergamo. He is willing to do whatever is necessary to make your experience as great as possible. The double room was spacious and very clean, which was nice. The location was also perfect for someone who likes to walk and it is close to restaurants, bars and a 30min walk from the main squares of Cittá Bassa. It’s a nice hotel to stay if you like to get to know local people!

- Ewelina (3/5): Niestety nie byliśmy zadowoleni z pobytu. - Właściciele byli mili Niestety hotel wymaga remontu, dostaliśmy pokój inny niż na zdjęciach, na marnym balkonie w doniczce zamiast kwiatków były pety z papierosów, pokój był ciasny, klimatyzacja nie chłodziła wystarczająco, lodówka w opisie okazała się barkiem który ledwo chłodził, stary wystrój ze skórzanymi przetartymi od starości poduszkami na łóżku, w łazience ciemne światło, mleczne więc ciężko było wykonać makijaż, plus jedynie żel zamontowany pod prysznicem, żadnego zestawu kosmetyków nie było, stara przytwierdzona do ściany suszarka.

Mais pour un seul jour, il était tout à fait acceptable. Situation géographique en raison du trafic aérien de l’aéroport de Bergame. A contrôler le placement des voitures sur le parking ! Si tous se garent correctement, tout va mieux pour tout le monde.

- Onni (10/5): Jäi hyvä mieli ja levännyt olo. - Huone oli täydellisen puhdas ja kylpyhuone oli erityisen hyvätasoinen. Parveke oli idyllinen lisä, oli hauska katsella kuutamoa illan lämmössä. Olisi ollut hauska viipyä kauemmin, nyt lentomme lähti varhain aamulla ja oleskelumme loppui liian lyhyeen. Matka lentokentälle järjestyi loistavasti Beatricen avulla.

Hotel vicino all'aeroporto ma di notte abbiamo dormito tranquillamente senza sentire aerei, anche se passano sopra l'hotel si dorme ugualmente come non passassero.
