- Nicole (9/5): Simpele maar goed verzorgde B&B ! - Makkelijke uitleg voor binnen te komen, na online inchecken. Super lieve en vriendelijke dame die het ontbijt verzorgde. Ze kwam regelmatig vragen of we nog iets wilde. Gaf ook tips voor te parkeren in lucca. Bedden waren prima voor 1 nacht. Kamer was ruim. Leuk terrasje ! Kenbaar maken op de website, dat je echt alleen daar kan slapen en ontbijt is. We hadden honger bij aankomst. We kwamen laat aan. Gelukkig zat verderop in de straat nog een leuk pizzatentje, waar we om 22.00 nog een pizza hebben gepakt.

Con 15-20 minuti di buon cammino si arriva dentro le mura di Lucca. Forse poca scelta per la colazione ma di buonissima qualità ciò che ci è stato servito.

- Mesto (1/5): - Purtroppo la nostra esperienza al B&B Alma è stata molto deludente. Le stanze erano estremamente sporche: copriletti macchiati, molta polvere ovunque e un livello di umidità altissimo, soprattutto in bagno. In una delle stanze c’era addirittura della fuliggine appesa, una situazione davvero inaccettabile per una struttura ricettiva. Inoltre, nel bagno la tavoletta del water era rotta, segno di scarsa manutenzione e attenzione agli ospiti. L’unica nota positiva riguarda le ragazze dello staff, che sono state molto gentili e cortesi, cercando di essere disponibili nonostante le gravi carenze della struttura. Tuttavia, la pulizia e l’igiene dovrebbero essere la base, e purtroppo qui mancano completamente.
