Guest Reviews
- Kathy (4/5): Nice but never again - People were nice The room was so small. You had a choice of which one you wanted to use - the microwave or the fridge. The shower was spraying everything but your body.
- Sarah (1/5): Not sure if it's related but we bothe got sick the day we left and ended a week long stay after one - Just the location to the school. The cleanliness.
- Rick (8/5): - Rates were reasonable. Beds were okay The floor was dirty enough that the dirt covered my feet. They don’t mop the floors just use a floor duster. They don’t even go under the bed. The shower floor was covered in old soap scum. I showed this to a cleaning lady but she didn’t clean it out
- Mary (3/5): -
- Kyla (2/5): Dirty floor, sheets and bathroom. Not comfortable at all. Disappointed but not surprised. - The staff was alright. The stairs were sketchy going up to the second floor. Some of the numbers were missing from the door. Couldn’t get the door open at all. Had to go back to the front desk to have a staff member let us in. He used his body to open the door up. Once we got inside, the light didn’t work. It was flickering lightly. The bottom of the door was letting sunlight in. The carpet was uneven and lumpy. The carpet was not clean and had animal fur on the floor. The bed skirt was pulled out of place towards the front of the bed. It had dirt/crumbs on it. Both of the beds/sheets didn’t look very clean. The bathroom sink was dirty. The bottom of the toilet had pee on it and was dirty.

- Latrice (1/5): I will never stay somewhere like that - I didn’t stay left and went to cleaner hotel The bugs in room
- John (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Gamblin (1/5): Don't Stay Here - The beds were somewhat comfortable Upon arrival I was charged an additional $45 dollars, $15 for the fourth person and a $30 deposit. When I made the reservation I made it clear that I was reserving the room for four people. The listing on the app made no mention of additional charges. The room was small and cramped. The hot water in the shower lasted 4-5 minutes at most. The television was broken, and it was obvious that the room was not cleaned.
- Stephanie (5/5): -
- Kenneth (1/5): I will never stay here again - The one and only staff member that was there, who checked us in was polite When we first got there, the room door wouldn't even open at first, I had to force it open, the room stank, there was literally brown spit on one of the walls, there was a dirty used and brown washcloth sitting on top of the heater, the tv remote didn't work, the batteries were apparently dead, and when I went to switch remotes at the office, they had to switch it with 2 different times, there was only 1 towel for 2 people, the floor boards had cracks and gaps in them, the shower curtain hooks were broke, there was a brown grease stain in the bed blanket, ...then when we went for breakfast, there was no apple juice at all, the orange juice was extremely watered down, no milk, the only thing they did have was just waffles and waffle mix, but when cooked, even they tasted like sour batter, so we gave up and had to go to braums, I give this hotel not even 1 star, MAYBE half star, very dis satisfied, will never stay here again
- Keith (5/5): Not the best. - Nothing really. A lot of things. The room was dirty, the tv and the phone didn’t work in the room at all.
- John (10/5): -
- J Cushman (10/5): -
- Morales (10/5): Stress relief - The staff were very helpful, the check-in process was very easy and the breakfast was outstanding. No issues on my end.

- Hendricks (1/5): Horrible - A picture on the wall It was the worst motel/ hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. It was dirty, bugs everywhere, no lamp shade, hardly any room at all, the deadbolt fell off the door, no trash can- I had to go ask for one . I only paid $45 a night somehow during homecoming at OSI where others paid $125-$175- I am glad bc it wasn't worth $20 a night. I better not bring home bed bugs or I will be so mad.
- Cruz Alfredo (1/5): -
- Reba (2/5): - The bathroom was not clean. The shower door would not close had to put the trash can in front to keep door somewhat closed. The air conditioner did not work. There were a lot of people living in the motel. Could not get anyone at checkout to talk to. I would never stay there again. The coffe was cold.
- Amanda (2/5): - Horrible
- Samuel (4/5): - Front desk aria looked like someone lived and slept there.
The whole property is dirty and sketchy as heck.
Shower head was about chest height.
Roofers started working at 8:00am. So much for sleeping in.
- Chrystal (2/5): - Did not go try breakfast!! The place wasn't clean enough!! AC is about the only thing that worked perfect!! Room smelled
- Kerry (8/5): - The room and bathroom was very clean and good. Bed mattress was ok and sheets were clean and very good. The front office and check in area was a mess and needed cleaned up. The breakfast area needed some updating but all in all it was an ok place to stay
- Lorena (2/5): - Couldn’t sleep because the room smelled so bad. Shower was nasty
- Erik (2/5): - Rooms were unclean and in disrepair. TV operated on WiFi, and that was down. I had to use my phone as a hotspot to get work done.
- Amy (6/5): - Room was super small - which we were fine with. Room is very old. Metal door frames were rusty. But the bed was conformable enough. No bugs (I always check for bed bugs no matter the hotel). Room had a super strong bleach smell that was coming from the bathroom. It was so strong my husband felt nauceous from it. So we closed the bath door and left the fan on while we were gone for the afternoon/eve. Asked for an extra blanket and pillow - which the staff left in the room for us while we were out.
The air conditioning, while it cooled the room off extremely well, the room still felt somewhat humid.
Would I stay here again? Probably if it was another busy weekend in Stillwater. The price was good for a game weekend. On any other day, probably not. Overall, OK.
- Mike (8/5): - Not a nice or modern place, but there was good service, and it was about as clean as I'd expect. I got what i paid for, which is a good thing. No bugs or anything.
- Skyler (10/5): - The room was nice door to the room missing screw to lock it
- Lisa (1/5): Everything else, first it smells and cockroachs and only 5 channels on analog - Location Everything else, first it smells and cockroachs and dropping everywhere. First room TV didn't work and manager said it will come in in 30 minutes and then he had to come try to fix it. Took about an hour then told me to wait 30 more minutes now mind you the only thing to do in this room is watch TV and I have 2 littles with me at the time. So I asked to switch room or does all the TV not work finally put me in a second room but only analog TV so about 5 channels none of them clear. I recommend that you represent this property on your website as it is not good at all
- Sarah (2/5): - Did not stay left after seeing the room
- Chris (1/5): - Nothing the place was dirty and rundown The bathroom was not clean, smelled, and toilet didn't flush.
- Shane (2/5): - Worst stay ever. Nasty Run down place. People drinking and smoking weed all night. Room was absolutely nasty. Slept with a gun praying my truck would still be there
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Pictures are false the place was a dump outside, luckily in our room was clean However the beds were wiry and dipped.
- Afif (2/5): - Nothing clean
Allstuff old
- Lesley (4/5): - People strung out around the property. Dangerous
- Amanda (2/5): Unfortunate experience - Arrived at the hotel to find they were having issues with the boiler and the hotel had no water. Although they were in the process of repairing it, they couldn't say for sure when it would come back on. I decided to travel further as I had 500 more miles to my destination the next day and just wanted to shower and rest, not wait in 95° weather for water. Front desk person was very kind and understanding. The hotel however just didn't make me feel safe as a solo female traveler so I changed plans. I don't like to leave bad reviews, especially when the staff was so nice, but I feel honest reviews help everyone. It should be noted that I didn't even enter the room, my gut feeling told me to move on.
- Randall (4/5): Cheaper - Mold on wall and ceiling, fridge leaking water and hole in wall where light fixture used to be. Cheap and away from crowded areas are the pros
- Todd (6/5): - Just need to be updated
- Walter (10/5): - Excellent
- Rachelle (2/5): - The pictures of the property were definitely outdated, as if they were taken right after upgrading.
The rooms were nice and cold and that was good!
The bad.. hum..
There were a lot of men standing at and around the stairs drinking staring and making me uncomfortable. They stayed out near our door all hours of the night being really loud..
The only breakfast was cereal that was old and stale, bananas that were brown, there was bread and a waffle maker that had mix put in the cup and make yourself it and that seemed okay but the juice machine had nats around it..
When you walk in to check in they have peoples drivers license posted on the wall showing all their information like the license number, address and date of birth. He said they were bad people that talked too much and he didn’t care that he didn’t have their information blocked out.
There was screaming and yelling outside our door and constant traffic of people all hours of night.
There were a few roachs in the room and the bathroom. The bed was broke, you could see where it sloped down and sagged in the middle. The towels didn’t even dry your body they were so thin. The pool was greenish and mercy not clear like in the pictures st all and people were sitting there getting high while the kids swam and I don’t care but I don’t want to smell it..
I definitely won’t be staying again and I hope my drives license doesn’t get posted because I made this comment but I couldn’t not say something. But we only paid $65
- Greg (2/5): - It was just terrible. We didn't even stay, we couldn't even lock our doors.
- Traylor (10/5): - Everything I loved everything
- Jessica Bazin (4/5): - The employees were nice Small uncomfortable saw a few bugs tv only had like 4 ch no kids shows
- Sam (2/5): - This was the worst stay on my whole cross country trip. There were roaches in the room. Things were falling off the walls and the water stopped mid shower. I will NEVER stay there again. I barely slept due to the bug problem
- Wiskus (1/5): - Nothing... Booked online and when we arrived they had given our room away before we got there. Did not speak English when talking amongst themselves, then told me they had no rooms available.
- marca (2/5): - This is a transient hotel. $300 a week, I did not feel comfortable staying there as a single female. The door wouldn’t lock, there were clothes hung all
over the cabin link fence. It was just real sketchy!
The office personnel were super nice and did say they would refund my reservation.
- Jordan (2/5): - Very unprofessional
- Angel Jose (2/5): - Bed bugs, no ac nasty dirty we only stayed 1 of the nights out of 2 had to move .
- Chelsea (10/5): - No problems except my key died Saturday night. Beds aren’t comfortable.
- kimberly (6/5): - Garbage should be picked up everyday. By stairway
- Shellie (8/5): - This is a clean motel with great service. The accommodations are dated and need repairs, but it is fair for the price.
- Kevy (6/5): - The sheets not clean had tiny hair stuck on them and the pillow cases had tiny hair in them, I told the front desk and he said he would replace them and never did. The shower hold standing still water does not drain as one showers. The restroom sink only has hot water no cold. The beds were comfy but I will not go back or recommend unless on a very tight budget. Old building the pictures on their website are not accurate based on the actual property.
- Brett (2/5): - Covenant location
- Susan (2/5): - The floor was sticky after walking on it barefoot. The
- John (3/5): it was crap - nothing smelled terrible
plumbing didn't work well
no hot water
- Zech (2/5): - This place should be burned to the ground.
- Karyn (4/5): - It was clean , definitely old and small. Pillows were rock hard and so was bed. It was good enough on a pinch
- Sara (8/5): - The room was clean, and the staff kind.
- Paul (2/5): - check-in was a joke. no access to a check-in desk but had to buzz a ringer which was broke. since buzzer didn`t work there was a phone number to call. I would be embaress to represent this so called motel. worse place in my 79 years
- Ashley (2/5): - The showers were filled with soap scum and black mold. Absolutely disgusting place to stay. When we got locked out of our room the staff was very rude but eventually helped us get back into our room. The room smelled terrible. The beds and pillows were run down and heavily used.
- Jeanne (6/5): - Toilet did not Fromt was notified made no attrmpt to fit had to use trash can dump water not much help.
Plus was toying to charge another 30 dollar pet fee Front drsk owner said Pet fee onlu if not physical. Although mental physical which my relative service dog assist both for her .
He was cutting me off did not vare what I had to say Tried leaving photo would not open
- Donna K (8/5): - People very nice clean lobby, room
- Tom (2/5): - property was totally rundown and a mess
- Mike (6/5): - Nice people but the t.v.in the room wasn't really good and we had to request for house keeping every day. We thought it was to be expected
- Griffith (3/5): I guess there is a reason it was the lowest priced option available. - N/A Facilities were very rundown, seemed to be a short in the bathroom light, only worked intermittently. A/C worked but front was damaged. Outside grounds had trash all around and overflowing cans were never emptied in thec3 days I was there.
- Gonz (1/5): Bad - Nothing Staff is rude. He doesn't know how to treat people. Building and rooms are nasty people smoking weed
- Sierra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nathan (8/5): - The check in process was quick and straightforward. I enjoyed the light discussion of the individual who helped me check in. I did have concern only in two areas. The first is the wifi does seem to go in and out of connection. The second is the pool does not seem to be usable at this time.
- Jennifer (2/5): - There was roaches. The shower smelled likw rotten eggs. Got bit while sleeping.
- Acxel (2/5): Very poor - Room,smells, lock,noise,shower,a lot chlorine
- Kiaun (1/5): Bad - The bed was somewhat comfortable Everything my room wasn’t clean when i checked in! The sheets on the bed were dirty and bed wasnt made! And then they said the pool would be open and it wasnt and there were roaches in my room along with a janky ac
- Trisha (4/5): - The staff tried hard and was friendly, but the AC in one room didn’t work properly. The TV had strange lines through the picture. It was just not the kind of hotel/motel we are used to staying in—it was a bit rough in many ways. Glad our stay was very brief.
- Maher (2/5): - Won’t recommend
- Dawn (4/5): Disappointing - Place was resonably clean. Breakfast was sparce only waffles, toast, cold cereal and bananas, no eggs, meat, or biscuts & gravy & coffee kept running out. Only able to get half a cup each day. Next to Transformer robot for pictures op. and convient store on corner. Wanted non smoking room, hotel tried to trade also was told beds would be queens they were full. Wifi was analog and TV was old and fuzzy. Facilities were old and needed maintenance. Shower was scary.. Rooms tight no chair for desk and had to pull bed off ac vent after maid came in. Away from wall. Not enough linens and maid threw soap out no fresh linens. No coffee room.
- Jayani (1/5): Bad -
- Shannon (6/5): - Liked the price. Did not like the shoulder height showed heads, patched holes in walls, rotting eaves and roof line, light in window all night to bright unable to sleep. Not big enough room darkening shades to cover entire windows, carpets were dirty and stained. 1 Small bath towel, 1 hand and one wash cloth per person. No water in dirty pool, wall a/c unit was extremely old, bent, and filthy. But the price was about $75.00
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Smooth check-in but that was the only great part. Not worth elaborating on all the bads…stay elsewhere in Stillwater
- Tiffanie (2/5): - I was concerned about reserving this property but was told by a friend that it was clean. When we arrived there were people living on the property, drug usage going on, and general loitering of questionable people. When we arrived to our room the bed looked like it had just been slept in, garbage in the garbage can, bathroom floor pealing up from mold and blood on the wall in the room!! We immediately told the desk attendant and they apologized and offered another room which we declined. Then submitted a refund via Orbitz and I had to call Orbitz to get the refund processed to me which was an extremely quick and easy phone call.
- Diane (6/5): Bed was comfy - Check in was very good. I asked if they had a room available on the ground floor and the guy was very kind and found a room for us.
- Robert (1/5): Bad - Nothing Horrible place. rented 3 rooms all had bedbugs and completely nasty. would not give refund.
- Ethan (4/5): americas worst value - very nasty interior and uncomfortable beds with poor air conditioning
- PAUL (10/5): Good and cheap - Nice owner
- Verified traveler (2/5): I got a refund and it went smooth so far. - Lets just say i dont recommend staying.
Check your room very good before you take anything in there or stuff my come back home with you and wont even know it.
They like your mattress too.
I got a refund and i haven't seen a charge from them yet i will keep checking tho.
The front office smelled like moth balls.
- STEPHANIE (8/5): - This location did what i needed it to do and that was give me a safe, reasonably comfortable place to sleep. It was basic, but sufficient. Cold water didnt work and i couldnt find an ice machine, but meh. I had a mini fridge to keep my tea cold and was just fine. May stay again.
- Tyrone (6/5): - The beds were smaller and there was minimal room to maneuver. We were upstairs and the cement and stens were old cracked. It was clean but TV had minimal channels and was fuzzy. Office was locked/ at 8 am and no way to check out. We left keys in mail slot at that door. Defiantly good for 1-3 people but recommend not going during calf fry weekend.
- Austin (2/5): - By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Disgusting from the moment we arrived. 0/5 stars. Want my money back.
- Christina (2/5): - I knew it would be old and was ok with an old property but the walls needed to be washed down the towels smelled and shower needed bleach. I'm ok with dated and worn down but a good cleaning would make a big difference.
- becki (2/5): - The pictures are highly misleading. This is a poorly kept facility and definitely not somewhere I would ever stay again. We booked this for 2 nights with our kids but after the first night we moved to another hotel. It didn't feel safe, was not very clean, and the room was incredibly small. The pool is green and slimy, door on the shower wouldn't completely close and was super short. The walls were pretty dingy and even the television didn't have channels that came in without fuzz. Would not recommend.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Inexpensive but not a nice option - Relatively inexpensive but poorly maintained. The bed seemed to be a queen size top mattress over a full size bottom. It was difficult to turn on the faucet in the sink - one had to jerk it really hard. On the plus side, it had a small refrigerator and microwave that worked. There was plenty of room in our room. The reception area was trashy. The bell to call the reception clerk (owner?) didn’t work. The wifi kept shutting off and the router was often unreachable. We only stayed one night. That was enough!
- David (2/5): - Room was dirty
