- Bruce (3/5): 4 out of 10 - The first night the heater in the room didn't work. In the morning when there was a staff member available I was told to basically go screw a goat. Happily the manager hearing the problem quickly intervened at comp me a complimentary night and free breakfast. As of today there have been $600 dollars of suspected or would be charges that have been attempted to be charged against my room. Luckily I bank with the Navy Federal credit union and my bank's efficiency thwarted then would be a thief. Chock one up for the good guys b.

- Mortenson (8/5): I will never come back - It was a great location There were alot of traffic and noise all hours if the night i went out to empty the trash and the manager came out and reclaimed the garbage can and did not even offer to give it back also the gousekeeper was exceptionally rude i asked questions and said please and thank you and she would not respond to me. I heard her speak in english to a coworker so it was never a language barrier. Also i left my keys on location and staff was unwilling to even keep an eye out for them. The location n room was ok but i will never go back because of how staff treated me
- TAN (10/5): -
- Marie (1/5): Cold and unwelcoming. - Location is ok for Aurora. There was no heat or hot water. The front desk staff was rude.
The breakfast was a prepackaged honey bun and coffee. Not really a "breakfast".
- Lazaro J (9/5): Bueno - Está bueno Solo que no me cambiaron y limpiaron la abitacion ningún día de los que he estado
- Alexander (10/5): -
- Shane (10/5): -
- Michael (10/5): -
- Brayan Esmith (9/5): -
- Casey (2/5): - Not clean at all. Sheets smell. Heat doesn’t work. 40 min wait to check in. Smells like pee in the hallway. Overall super unsafe feeling.
- Sydney (4/5): - The bathrooms were dirty, hair on towels, no toilet paper holder for toilet paper, staff was arguing between each other. Parking was simple and accessible.
- Edwin (4/5): - No tiene nevera
- ANTONIO MARIO (2/5): - Staff at Super8 Wyndham were absolutely AMAZING. The property and building were horrible. The rooms were in need of serious attention. The elevator was inoperable. Holes in the ceiling. Rooms missing door knobs. Doors that would not open properly. I also found a syringe needle on the stairs. Pool was filthy. If this is a Wyndham property, I am disgusted that they would not care about their property. Would NEVER stay at a Wyndham resort or hotel!!!! Shame on you Wyndham.
- Larry (4/5): Get microwaves! - My one and only issue is the lack of mini-fridge and microwaves in the room. This alone will keep me from staying here anymore
- Sarah (2/5): C0k3 den - This hotel was awful. When I walked in, I knew it was bad, but it didnt prepare me for how bad the room was. There was some sort of flood light outside of the window and the curtains were inadequate to keep it out. There was a strange scent throughout the hotel. The A/C didn't work. And the coup de grace was the numerous razor marks all over the bathroom counters. I put towels over the counters before I put my things on it because the cleanliness was questionable and I didnt want d**g residue on my belongings.
- Schuyler (10/5): - Near the airport. Perfect for an evening near D.I.A. because of its proximity to the airport and convenience. Recommended.
- Peggy (10/5): - Staff was awesome. No issues.
- John (6/5): Tough - There was no outside sign, and it was nit well lighted in the front. Had security guard out front.
- Claudia (2/5): - Not even close to the picture posted.. no AC so we switched 4x in the rooms, my parents can barely walk and no elevator working, will never stay there again,, nor will I refer anyone to do so.
- Peggy (10/5): - Great staff as always.
- jessica (10/5): - I love the staff
- jessica (10/5): - Tamica amazing
- Jared (8/5): - No comment
- David (2/5): - AC did not work in August in Denver CO. Not dirty just towel bars falling off, tp hold came off wall, building just rundown
- Ruth (10/5): - I enjoy the property because its not extremely close to main roads which feels safer, but its the staff that make the stay. I had to come here for a devastating life event, but the good mood of the staff and the kindness make the environment very welcoming. I also felt very safe
- Verified traveler (6/5): - AC needs updated with it on all day the room was still 85 degrees when I returned that evening to get ready for bed.
- jessica (10/5): - Great
- jessica (10/5): - Tamara was great and so was the gentleman as well
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Paid for the room on hotel.com, used a different card for security deposited that I was assured would be returned and fall off but will show as pending. The room I was given literally was just occupied as in someone had to have just left the room. Went back downstairs was given a key to a different room but was charged again on my credit card that I used for the deposit. Condition of hotel was so bad we left after a few hrs and just waited at the airport to fly out. Now in the process of disputing the charges
- Beth (6/5): - The room was fine. Stood at the front counter with a line and no one there for quite awhile. The place was loud. There was a squeaky staff door near our room, screaming guests, kids crying. All sounded like it was right outside our door. Security said we could park somewhere and we ended up with a warning to tow sticker (no signage anywhere).
- Phil (2/5): Charge deposit multiple times - These guys charged my deposit 3 times. Totally screwed me over because I had no money on my trip. Told me it would be between 3 and 10 days before I would get this back. So ridiculous. We ended up leaving and getting a better room because his place was gross. It smelled like cigarettes and pee.
- Delbert (4/5): Poor - A/C didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work and the stairwell smelled like urine.
- Rebekah (2/5): Overbooked our room - We reserved our room days before our arrival, did the online pre-check in, indicated our estimated arrival time as 9:00 pm, only to have them call us at 8:00 pm the night of our arrival and tell us they "overbooked" our room and had nothing for us. When asked what we could do, they offered no alternatives and we were told "call hotels.com."
We were traveling in with 4 young children and had to deal with getting reimbursed through hotels.com and finding last minute arrangements.
- jessica (10/5): - I love Tamika she was amazing
- Rubi (2/5): - Terrible
- Roy (10/5): - Love it
- Roy w (8/5): - Love it
- John (2/5): - More of a hostel then a hotel. Two spiders in thier webs in room like it was not cleaned. Beds terrible. Everything in bathroom broken. Toilet seat just sitting not attached.
- Hoa (6/5): - It's next to the freeway and plenty of parking.
Just wish the room has a microwave besides a small fridge that wasn't really cold. Checked in was quick.
Thank you,
- Carlos (2/5): - They charge me for a room that was not available
- Tayon (2/5): Overcharged for nothing - The rooms were dirty and i was charged 100 dollars for no reason after i checked out
- natassia (2/5): - there was no ac, person in front stated that the previous people burnt out the ac and made no attempt to fix. It was 83 degrees in the room. There was no mention of the elevator being down for a year so daughter had to hobble to 2nd floor and eventually when we did get moved to another room at 1am had to hobble to the next floor. There was no lighting on one side of the motel so used flashlights from phone since the stairwell was a bit dark. Security gaurd even said that we would probably be more comfy in our car seeping, Called on Monday to speak with a manager and front desk had me on hold for 29 minutes and then hung up.
- Lisa (4/5): Disappointed - Upon checking there was one person working for the whole hotel. Elevator broken and ceiling had holes. We had to take the stairs, foul order in the stairs way very bad. We got to our room, and someone else was already staying in the room, went downstairs I told front desk Grieg about the room , he said that room was suppose to be empty, so he gave me another room 201 .
AC wasn’t working at all it was so hot we end up leaving, check out, I really hoping I get my money back was suppose to stay 2 night. And Security was to busy chatting instead of working
- Sharlan (2/5): - Our sink faucet handle was broken off. The door to the room was very loud -- like a coffin opening in a horror movie. Our view out the window was the pool equipment. The curtain was falling off. The floor was water damaged. The vent in the bathroom was covered in plastic and stapled. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
- Jesus (6/5): - The staff
- Michael (4/5): - This place is a mess. Everything is broken. The elevator, ice machine, the doors at ether ends card readers, community microwave. I assume the vacuum is also broken because there was trash on the floor when we got there and it was still there 2 days later (see picture). The mere was a wash rag around the shower head to stop it from spraying water everywhere(see picture ). My A/C worked. But this place needs new management. The people who work there are great. That’s the only reason I am not giving this a lower rating
- Eric (2/5): - I personally do not understand why Wyndham would keep this property open. It needs a complete remodel. The TV doesn’t work. The elevator doesn’t work. I’m extremely disappointed! I will never stay here again! I want everyone to know no one should stay here until they do some updates! Not worth the money!
- Gift (2/5): - Worst nightmare. Blood on the sheet! Air conditioner not working and the guy on the front desk is extremely unprofessional. Worst place to stay. I highly do not recommend!
- James (8/5): My review - The staff was really nice and understanding. They accidentally charged me (due to an system error) and they had it fixed farley quickly. Besides the usual shady characters this hotel was nice for the price. The only other downside is the elevator was out, so we had to use the stairs. Said stairs always smelt like piss. Ive read many reviews crapping on not knowing the 100$ deposit, maybe they recently decided to add added a warning on the check in counter, so props for that.
- Martha (6/5): - It's a perfect 2-star property. Maintenance of grounds and hallways must be hard to get done, but that's okay, the room was fine.
- Brandy (2/5): - When arriving at the front desk to get in. I was told that they had no rooms available. Then the lady said “oh you already paid for it. However, we don’t have the suite that you paid for which is $110/night. I can put you in a different room that’s $78/night.” The room they put us in had no ac and it was 90 degrees in the room. I wasn’t even reimbursed for the difference in price. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.
- alex (2/5): - Booked an ADA room for guest in wheel chair and tried putting us in a room on 3rd floor without elevator
- Carolyn (2/5): - Although the staff was friendly, both rooms didn't have adequate cooling.
- Austin (2/5): - I don’t even know where to start. First of all, the Super 8 tarp covering the sign of the previous property should’ve told me everything I needed to know, that as well as the random dead tree blocking the entrance to the parking lot. Walk in, first thing I see is about 4 people in like ahead of us (checking in about midnight, keep in mind) and the poor front desk guy trying his best. Random front desk lady coming out looking like she just got done with a couple lines in the back, click clacked on her computer, no regard for the 8/9 people in line waiting to check in. Then left. Okay, I’ll disregard the holes in the ceiling and the cracked out staff. Then, we get our room. First off, the halls smelled like a combination of a hot steamy dump and freshly smoked percs. We get in our room, AC doesn’t work and the bed
- Jihwan (10/5): - …..
- Nga (6/5): - hardwood floor
no refrigerator and bathroom
- Anthony (10/5): Very Cool upscale - Grate place to visit near Denver and I will check out again, loved the size of the room poorly managed-great amenities
- Michael (4/5): - Nothing
- Verified traveler (2/5): Nope - Elevator not available. Stairwell smelled like urine.
- William (6/5): - It's a nice place to stay the night but it was hot out and air conditioning didn't work well. Also $100 deposit I was okay with but they took $200 and now I have to wait for that money to comeback. I called but didn't get a good answer on why more money was taken out.
- Alfonzo (10/5): - Got in without any problems being I went through some troubles prior with an extended stay close by. Front desk got me a room right away with comfort for me and my daughter
- Verified traveler (2/5): - No ac they charged me twice for one room
- Da (10/5): - Loved the convienece
- Elaine (2/5): - Do not book this place.
We arrived at the address provided and we were informed by the front desk that the building is no longer the Park Inn hotel but super 8 for a week now.
We were left out in the cold and rainy day without accommodations from the hotel.
We hope we were advised by the hotel and or Expedia but no one took initiative and accountability.
- Mary Elizabeth (10/5): - The property was great for the purpose of our trip, to sleep and shower. Didn’t spend much time there aside from that. Could have been a bit cleaner but overall it was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and it was very quiet/peaceful during our 3 day stay.
- edward (2/5): - Hotels.com made reservation for a hotel that was sold 2 months ago.
SO I HAD NO RESERVATION !!!!!!
ONLY FOUND OUT AT GHECK IN.
