• William (6/5): - Air was fine. Pool was empty and unusable. Walkways were dirty. Furniture in room need to be updated. Staff including maids were cordial and friendly.
• Paulina (2/5): - There were roaches, the staff was very rude. There were 2 roaches on the counter top. Place was smelly as the air was turn off. It looked like they were dointg remodeling and left some unfinished work and still rent it out. It took almost 10 minutes for the water to get warm. I was trying to CA. But the rude cashier said i can but i was already charged by Expedia. Very very discussed.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Not the worst but not what i thought - It took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front to check us in at around 4 pm. The pool is not accessible. They do not have a breakfast available. They told me that the guy quite that morning but when i asked some of the guest that stay longer they stated that there has not been a breakfast available. Loud. People are here long term and are loud and drinking outside. Only enough towles for one person even though we had a double bed. Fridge and microwave did work. Stairs are broken so be careful.

• Jeremy (2/5): Workers Paradise - It was disgusting. Room was for 2 adults and one child with only 2 sets of towels. Curtain in bathroom had rust and mildew. Hair from some other person was all in the bathroom floor and walls. 2 double beds were more like 2 twin beds shoved in a space no biggest than a closet. No maid all weekend. This place is the nastiest place that I have ever stayed at, and I will never recommend any of my family or friends to stay here, and I should be fully reimbursed. My son wanted to swim, but I feared that he would be contaminated by something in the water. The reason why I am giving the title as a Worker's Paradise is because the only other persons there were nasty contruction workers.

• Christina (2/5): - O.M.G. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY TROOPS I HAVE MADE!! I SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN SHREVEPORT!! The toilet didn't work I had to get a plunger to plunge it myself. The shower curtain was falling down and the shower hooks were so rusty I was afraid of getting tetanus if I had to put the shower curtain back up. They tried switching me rooms but the problems with that room were even worse than a non working toilet. The air didn't work in that room wasn't the tv was broken. The tv in our room wasn't much better but at least it was semi working.

We had reserved for 2 nights but could not stay 2nd night due to smell. Staff refused refund for 2nd night or any other remedy. We had to pay to stay elsewhere 2nd night.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Third world living - This is a place you stay as a last resort. The bed linens were dirty. The towels are paper thin and stained. The toilet was dirty. There was no lamp, only one ceiling fixture. The TV did not work. The furniture was falling apart and there were stains of all kinds on the wall4s. The breakfast was a bowl with 3 tiny plastic wrapped muffins and a bowl of apples.

• Jeanette (2/5): Very poor - The locations. It is a old hotel and when you opened the door a bad smell hit you in the face. Their was roaches and the shower curtain was so nasty. The ac vents had so much dust in it that after sleeping under it my brother was coughing a lot the next morning. It needs to be painted inside.

The fire alarm battery was low so kept beeping, we had to go buy a battery from QT so we could get some sleep.My friend tried to stay on room next to us but had roaches and went to sleep in the truck.

• Ada (1/5): Will not return - The location I didn’t like nothing about the property. When I got there it was a different name on the hotel. The first room was very nasty roaches on the bed. I couldn’t even get my money back so I had to settle for another room. The second room was nasty as well. The shower curtain in the bathroom was mild dew and stain and then when you use the water it smell like sewage. We could not even slp in the room it was so bad.

I ran into some problems on a ride and checking out and they were very understanding and allowed me to stay until I was able to fix the problem, they’re definitely hands up. Good people and good service.

Offered no different accommodations nor a refund once we had to go to the office to ask why we had no hot water, to which they said the boiler was out for the entire motel. Staff were EXTREMELY rude about the entire situation. Room was relatively clean, but you’re getting what you paid for. But in that payment, hot water should be included. If they would have been honest upon check in by saying they had no hot water, we would have changed plans for accommodations.

• Richard (8/5): Potential hazard - The room was very clean and service was good. I had a problem finding the place. There is NO sign on the entrance road to the Hotel. Construction in the area has removed the sign. Hotel is behind a service station out of sight from Hwy 59. Staff spoke with Indian accent, and I had troube understanding directions. Google maps did not help. The tile floor was slick and my lady slipped and almost fell. This is dangerous and may lead to a law suit in the future in this handicap room # 108. I suggest some type of NON slip pad be available to eliminate this hazard. Also, the Hot water was only warm. The single handle adjustment Pegged out not allowing the Hot water to be only slightly warm. Not sure how to solve this. I would stay here again because of cleanliness and positive attitude of the staff.

• armando (10/5): - Overall and nice hotel, renovated,inside and out, The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms also include a microwave and a small refridgerator. Everything in the room was in good repair. The water in the shower was actually HOT! The property is located in a safe and convenient area with many restaurants and stores located nearby. The common areas inside the building were all immaculate. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Bugs everywhere - This is the most disgusting hotel I've stayed at in America. I had to kill multiple bugs before going to bed and could not take a shower as there were larva in the shower. I tried to get help but couldn't find people and there was not even coffee.

• Brodie (2/5): - I booked a reservation, I called to have my reservation changed from a 2 night stay to 1night stay, checked in and the hotel was under renovation. The experience was terrible and communication is terrible, I was charged 1 night by the hotel and Expedia didn’t even changed the booking that was changed for 1 night, and Expedia and OYO are happy with stealing money from a customer explaining that I was a no show! It was a terrible experience and they need to figure these things out!

At least in my Unit, fresh paint shavings were on the floor as you enter & contractor tape was around the door handle & some of the keypad. The fumes I'm sure were beyond an inhabitable state. The air condition unit was on the last leg & whined all night without a cover. I honestly thought this was part of a Halloween prank, but it was November 3, 2023, at approximately 5:45 pm. I was too tired from my shift & the drive to do anything but sleep. I learned my lesson and I will NEVER make the mistake of doing business with the establishment again. • Randy (1/5): Keep on driving. - It appears the this facility stated a renovation several years ago and stopped. Exterior doods were covered in weathered masking tape and unpainted. Walls inside were painted by a 1st grader. Microwave did not work, tv didn't work, sheets were dirty, A/C has dirt visible a d possibly black mold. 4 sheets of toilet paper were left on the spool and the staff even folded it nicely rather than replace with a new roll. This facility would be a step up for a homeless, but not fit for families. Better than sleeping on the street.

• Patricia (2/5): - The room had beds that were already slept in with dirty sheets, beds were unmade. The bed had about 8-10 spiders crawling on the one closest to the door. The floor had so many dead bugs, I took photos and turned around, tried to get a refund and was refused. I slept in my car in the parking lot and was afraid most of the night.

I didn't like the fact that the water barley even got hot and and that the shower head u couldn't even adjust it was only one way pointing down in ur face u couldn't even bath good then the microwave I used it one time to warm up a slice of pizza on 30 seconds after that my kids tried nothing it just stopped working that was a very bad experience for me and my family.

• Dan (2/5): - An absolute No in the future. Owner was holding a child all during check in and extremely rude and dismissive. No towels in the room, no ice bucket, only one sad pillow, only about 1/4 roll of toilet tissue and no extra in the room. Deadbolt was broken which made it very difficult to shut the door and of course you could not bolt the door when in the room. Supposedly there was some updating going on but the property was a mess.
