Le parking sous terrain est suffisamment grand pour accueillir les véhicules de l'ensemble des locataires. Les propriétaires sont présents serviables et généreux sans pour autant être intrusifs ;le juste équilibre. Pdj copieux et varié avec des produits frais.

• Salvatore (10/5): Alla scoperta della valle d'Aosta - Relais du Berger è in una posizione strategica per visitare tutta la valle d'Aosta. Vicinissima alla cabinovia che porta agli impianti sciistici e alla Stella di Pila. Ci mancherà la vista sulle montagne innevate dalla camera che era un gioiellino! Ci mancheranno anche le deliziose colazioni! Grazie di cuore ai proprietari, gentilissimi e disponibili in tutto!

• Carla (10/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans un décor confortable et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, et nous avons été très bien accueillis! Tout petit bémol: l’hôtel étant situé sur une route, on entendait un peu le bruit des voitures depuis la chambre. Rien qui ne nous empêcherait d’y retourner!

Stanza in legno davvero graziosa e grande parcheggio interno coperto. Costo della stanza tripla onesto, infatti sottolineo un'ottima qualità - prezzo. Proprietari della struttura amichevoli, accoglienti e disponibili. Ci torneremo.

• Laura (10/5): Settimana bianca a Pila e Aosta - Struttura e accoglienza oltre le aspettative, eccezionali sotto tutti i punti di vista. Per problemi personali abbiamo dovuto interrompere il soggiorno prima del previsto e i gestori sono stati estremamente comprensivi ma veramente oltre il dovuto, non lo dimenticheremo. Segnalaremo la struttura agli amici perché merita davvero: suite perfetta esteticamente e pratica per famiglie avendo una cucina interna sd uso esclusivo, inoltre la colazione inclusa a buffet soddisfa ogni preferenza. Garage e deposito sci con ascensore interni un plus, struttura a 5 minuti di auto dalla cabinovia per Pila. Torneremo sicuramente. Un grazie di cuore ai proprietari.

• Cristian (4/5): Unprofessional hosts - Very big and cozy mountain lodge with convenient parking and nice views. Loud unprofessional owners. We were the only guests in the house. It was so empty that somebody forgot and turned everything off. When we came back couldn’t open the garage (that they use as the only access) and didn’t have internet. Had to call the host twice just to enter. Second day the hosts threw a very loud +30 people party in the property. Travelling with a toddler It wrecked our rest plans for the afternoon and left early for dinner. Noise stopped at 21:00 when the kids finished popping all the balloons. Never experienced anything so disrespectful.

• Romain (8/5): - La chambre était très belle et confortable. La chambre donnait sur la route et c était un peu bruyant avec la fenêtre ouverte.
• Otto (9/5): Schön, gut und gerne wieder! - Mit persönlichem Flair eingerichtetes Gästehaus, wo man sich persönlich betreut und wohl fühlt. Das Auto konnte in einer geschlossenen Parkgarage abgestellt werden, mit internem Zugang (mit Lift) zum Zimmer. Grosses, schönes Badezimmer sogar mit einem Balkon. Das Frühstück war grosszügig, mit eigen gefertigtem Yoghurt und verschiedensten Backwaren. Auch Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet. Das Zimmer war schön aber eher etwas klein, zumindest vermisste ich einen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, um gemeinsam ein Kartenspiel zu machen. Wir konnten hierfür aber in den Frühstücksraum ausweichen.

• luis (9/5): Cerca del paraíso - El lugar está a 5 minutos del centro peatonal en auto. Es un albergue típico del lugar de madera y piedra. El entorno es paradisíaco con una ladera de montaña con viñedos y árboles frutales. Un verdor absoluto. El interior es muy agradable, la parte de recepción y sala de estar y de desayuno con buen amoblamiento y decoración de montaña pero de calidad. El balcón de la suite es hermoso para sentarse y contemplar el panorama. Sabrina la dueña, muy dispuesta. La cama no estaba bien hecha, las almohadas duras y las fundas demasiado grandes para el tamaño de la almohada y arrugadas. La iluminación del cuarto no es buena. La caja de seguridad que en lugar de combinación de números era con una llave.
• Daniel (10/5): Familiär und schön - Das Zimmer war gross und bot die Möglichkeit, als ganze Familie (4 Personen) darin zu übernachten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und der Umgang war familiär. Es gab die Möglichkeit, das Elektroauto aufzuladen.

Un grand lit avec bureau et télévision. Bon petit-déjeuné avec beaucoup de produits, sucré et salé. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympas et disponibles. Proximité d'une route très fréquentée, Wi-Fi capricieux et le matelas un peu mou pour nous !

Excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux. Seul petit bémol la climatisation était un peu bruyante. Je suis certaine que ce détail peut être pris en charge rapidement.

Ci è stata data una camera con soppalco che ha letteralmente fatto brillare gli occhi dei miei figli. I proprietari sono super cordiali, disponibili e pronti a dare ottimi spunti per visitare la Valle. Hanno anche un'azienda agricola a 50m dall'hotel che ci ha fatto scoprire prodotti di qualità a km 0. IMPERDIBILE il loro gelato...qualcosa di veramente ottimo!! Torneremo sicuramente a trovarli.

Purtroppo la mattina del giorno di arrivo la macchina si è rotta in Svizzera. Ho provato a telefonare, senza successo, e ho mandato due email per avvisare che non sarei potuto arrivare. Dalla struttura nessuna risposta, nemmeno per rimborsare la colazione non usufruita e la tassa di soggiorno anticipata! Mai più qui!

• Avishai (10/5): charming and cozy wooden house with pleasant and kind owners - We booked two rooms for 6 days, but unfortunately we cut our vacation short because my father passed away and we left after one night. The place itself is lovely, a rustic wooden house, 4 minutes from the center of Aosta. The hotel itself is intimate and very cozy. The breakfast we had was very good and in a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The owners are pleasant and nice people. The view of the mountains is relaxing and beautiful. There is a good elevator to the rooms. It is very convenient for luggage. There is a very convenient underground parking lot. The owners did everything to make it pleasant. Good, spacious and cozy showers. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner worked well and we slept great. Although they didn't have to do this, they gave us the option to come to them again at their expense to continue our vacation that was unfortunately interrupted. all is good :)

Staff gentile e cordiale, ottima e abbondante colazione, siamo stati molto bene. Se posso dare un consiglio, potenzierei il wifi; nella nostra stanza non si riusciva nemmeno a rilevare la rete. A noi non serviva quindi non è stato un problema, tuttavia può essere un limite in altre situazioni

• Jackie Lau (9/5): Quaint BnB with amazing views and gracious hosts. - We had a great time at this BnB. The breakfast spread in the morning was wonderful. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The views from the breakfast area and from the rooms are stunning. There was an AC unit in the room for if we needed it. Our room had bunk beds for the kids, which they loved. The host had a rail to put on the top bunk for us so that our 7 year old felt comfortable he couldn't roll off the bed during the night. It was very close to the center of Aosta, less than 10 minutes, which has tons of good restaurants. We stayed 5 nights and it was a fantastic base to explore the different valleys/sights. Underground parking or parking in front of the hotel was also very convenient. There is a small grocery store literally right across the street which was also a bonus. Highly recommend! We didn't mind, but if you're a light sleeper there can be noise from some of the other people/guests in the hallway at times depending on where your room is.

Possibilité de mettre voiture ou moto dans un garage souterrain, mais aussi devant l'établissement. Le tout pour un prix plus que correct ! Rien !
• Adriano (8/5): Erholungstage im Aostatal - Das Zimmer im zweiten Stock war ordentlich für zwei Personen. Ich hatte zwei Balkone, davon war einer bestuhlt. Die Möglichkeit das Auto sicher in der Tiefgarage zu parkieren ist auch ein Vorteil. Das Frühstück ist gut und ok. Die Auswahl an Brote und Aufschnitt (Käse, Salami und Schinken) könnte gesteigert werden. Die Aufmerksamkeit, dass eine Auswahlmöglichkeit zu Ende geht, kann gesteigert werden. Es sieht nicht gut aus, wenn ich die Aufschnitttheke praktisch leer ist. Ich hatte im zweiten Stock keinen WLAN Empfang. Dies finde ich schade, liesse sich dies relativ einfach beheben. Im Zimmer keine Ablage für den Koffer, der am Boden lag. Schreibtisch zu klein.

• Charlotte (10/5): Parfait ! - La proximité de la ferme dès la sortie de l’appartement était un vrai plus. Ma fille a absolument adoré : l’âne, les poules, les canards, les oies… Les glaces faites maison, le lait frais de la ferme, les yaourts artisanaux : un régal ! Nous avons reçu d’excellents conseils de la part des propriétaires pour les randonnées dans les environs, que nous avons suivis, c’était absolument magnifique. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain ! Un peu trop proche d’Aoste à mon goût, car je préfère la tranquillité absolue. Mais c’est aussi très agréable de pouvoir aller manger au restaurant dans la rue principale d’Aoste, donc au final, on y trouve son compte.

• chiara (10/5): - Colazione ottima, molto ricca e prodotti di qualità. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato anche buoni consigli per visitare la zona. Ottimo il parcheggio coperto, molto ampio. La posizione ci è piaciuta molto: il centro storico di Aosta si raggiunge agevolemnte in 30 minuti di camminata, tra l'altro molto tranquilla sulla ciclabile che costeggia la Dora. Se la sera non ci si vuole muovere in auto, c'è una buonissima locanda proprio a due passi (Le Bon Plat) o un'ottima pizzeria a 20 minuti a piedi al centro sportivo (Bel Air). E per un gelato artigianale o prodotti locali, di fianco alla struttura c'è l'azienda agricola. Da ritornare!
