• Gillian (8/5): This is the second time I've stayed here. Good value for money, cabins are well maintained. - Good quality cabin, the park is always quiet and clean and staff are always friendly. Only complaint is the floor in the cabin felt dirty, had to wear my shoes inside.

• Phillip (10/5): The cabin was spotlessly clean and comfortable for our single night stay. - The van park appeared to be well organised and tidy. Our single night stay suited us for our road trip.

• Robyn (3/5): Disgusted with to cabin and treatment from Manager. - The cabin was ok but not what was booked. We booked and paid for a deluxe cabin but when we arrived not long after book in time was given a standard cabin. When complained was told no cabins left and this was what we get, take it up with booking.com. it's their fault. Too hard to contact booking.com. NOT HAPPY. Bowen was a lovely place but will stay elsewhere in Bowen when visiting again. Plenty of good accommodation.

• Lukas (1/5): Treated horribly by staff, the worst stay ever! - Nothing The manager Melanie was extremely rude to me. I have traveled all over the world and have never been treated the way she treated me. They made a mistake on the rate for the room I was staying in, I booked and paid, they checked me in, everything was fine but the next day she was trying to blame me for it, called me dishonest, demanded I paid the difference or leave. This was their mistake, I just wanted my money back and to cancel the rest of the booking but she wasn’t going to give it to me. They kept my belongings and called the police which was absolutely ridiculous and out of line, because I am a big male she implied to the police that she was in a threatening situation. I am dumbfounded that this happened and to think she is the manager. I am getting my money back thanks to the police but now never allowed to enter the premises again. Good job Queens Beach Tourist Village, if I was you I would get a new manager. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever staying here, this is not how you run a business. Disgusting the way I was treated.

Each site is private with manicured hedges on 3 sides and trees for shade. We will definitely be back. Discovering that bookings.com nightly rate was more expensive than booking direct with the park.

Overall a well maintained clean, comfortable, quite of a night caravan park. N/A

• Guinea (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing. - The village is located next to a tavern with good food and drinks. Across the park from the tavern is the beach that has easy access. Across from the tavern is a petrol station. Everything that we wanted was close by to the village. Very convenient and comfortable. Not enough time to spend there.
