- Bata (10/5): - Front desk person was very nice. Room is very clean, easy parking .
- Nicole (4/5): - The front desk lady was amazing! I can’t remember her name right now, we checked in around 7pm. She made sure we had a floor level room because my grandma has a hard time with stairs. However, the room was disgusting, one lamp didn’t work, one that did, did not have a lamp shade, the other had a cracked lamp shade, the shower fooor was so dirty I will wait until I get home to shower. The sink area is torn up, the desk is dirty, floor, walls and chair all dirty. There are mattress covers that are clean and I don’t want to unzip them and see what is underneath. The beds are creaky and hard. The pictures on the website are completely misleading!
- Joanne (4/5): - Parking easy. Very run down and such a disappointing experience for a Wyndham property. Basic room, mattress lumpy, pillows well used almost flat.
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Stefan (2/5): - Noisy all night long and shady people all around. Never again.
- Van (8/5): - Location.
- Curtis (4/5): Pay a little mire - Parking was good, air conditioner worked and so did the heater.
Mattress was very lumpy and had caverns from a lot of use. Definitely needed replaced. In the middle of the night people who had been drinking was making noise outside of my room.
The room was very clean though.
- Steven (10/5): - Amazing stay
- Teresa (2/5): - Room was disgusting. After checking in, we immediately checked out and found different accommodations. The floors were sticky and there were obvious stains around. The bathroom had very very questionable stains that I'm trying not to put too much thought jnto. I'm disappointed that I had to give them money as it was definitely money wasted.
- David (1/5): Poor manager - A/C did not work, which we did not know until late. It was raining so we did not want to change rooms in the early a.m. My wife had already fallen asleep from exhaustion.
It was an uncomfortable night.
No smoke detector.
No fan or light in bathroom (light in shower).
Worst part, when I informed the manager in the morning, he said I should have called desk.(see first three statements).I told him I was going to call Super 8 to complain and he said I was threatening him. If there is a video of our conversation, please look at it to verify.
Manager was belligerent. I do not like paying for poor custom service. We will obviously never stay at that Super 8 again but probably will at other Super 8s on our extended trip, since this is a local managerial problem.
I would like to discuss further before posting on social media, YELP, etc.

- MrB.
- Angel (2/5): It was a cheap last minute, last resort place to stay. - The staff was pleasant on check in The water in the facility has a horrid smell, making showers impossible. The bed was uncomfortable and I kept waking up throughout the night. The housekeepers brought giant bags of linens to the 2nd floor landing in the morning and stashed them right by the stairs making it difficult to get through in the narrow walkway.
- CHARLES (6/5): - Front desk was very pleasant. Bed felt it was wore out very uncomfortable. Front door would not shut tightly Curtain smelled like cigarette smoke
Liked the shower
- Olga (10/5): -
- Preston (2/5): - It was a dump.
- Bryan (6/5): - Ok room for the price. But very dirty. My wife’s feet were black from walking on the floor after her shower. Gross!!!
- Scott (4/5): - smeld of smoke
- RaeAnn (6/5): - Front desk guy was amazing! People upstairs were really loud all night, beds were kinda small and the doors don’t seem secure, also wasn’t very clean
- Dan (6/5): You Get What You Pay For - The floor in the room was warn and dirty, as was the desk. The vent in the bathroom pulled cigarette smoke into the bathroom from somewhere, another room? The sink was plumbed backwards, so the hot water was cold and the cold was hot. You get what you pay for, and this wasn't an expensive place to stay.
- lisa (2/5): - Dirty room, supposed to be non smoking but rooms smelled so badly of smoke my clothing smelled like smoke from sitting on the bed.
- Emily (2/5): Not so Super 8 - The best thing I can think to say is that the person who checked me in was very pleasant. It went downhill from there. It was already late and I was ready for bed when I discovered the sink didn’t really work at all, what little water came out mostly leaked out the back of the handle (see attached picture). I made do with using the shower to wash and brush teeth. After using the toilet one time it proceeded to “run loudly” every 5 seconds or so and my only recourse was to get up and close the door to muffle the sound. One of the lamps worked, bed was pretty hard and there was a lot of black hair on the sheets, in the bathroom, on the floor, etc. I barricaded the door just in case, at least the location right by the freeway provided some white noise. Didn’t bother to check out the “breakfast” since all I could see was a coffee machine. You get what you pay for!
- Daniel (4/5): - It was close to the freeway. The room were small, smelled liked old smoke. Scketchy people living in the rooms. Some of the lights did not work or flickered.
- Travis (4/5): - Customer service made make in check in and blamed the customer rather resolving the issue; customer had valid room key and WiFi code so customer should not been harassed by local police station, which eventually left and shirked away though customer did not open the door.
- Timothy (2/5): Run down value-priced - Older tired side motel that is run down. Bed was clean and comfortable however rest of room was not good — hair on floor and sink, sink clog-backlog, old fixtures and shower stall. Filthy parking lot and entry way to room. We almost left but were road weary after 15 hr drive with several other hotels sold out. IHOP restaurant is next door for convenience.
- Walrath (7/5): -
- Doug (4/5): - Hair in shower and floor around sink
- Kathleen (4/5): Not great - The price was good The room smelled awful! The smell of animal urine hit me in the face when I first opened the door. There is a small square of carpet on the floor at the entry and I'm sure a dog gone potty on it
- Lina (2/5): - The cleaning lady and the front desk was nice.
If you are looking for a last min place to sleep, then this is fine…. The room is only provided with a small bar of soap, towels, toilet paper and a bed. No hair blow dryer, iron, or coffee maker available. The shower is small and and I felt gross when the shower curtain would stick to my body. There’s no toilet cover to flush the toilet.
- Emily (4/5): -
- Sylvia (2/5): - Horrible, I would NOT recommend staying here.
Not well-maintained, the room keys didn’t work,
We tried different keys to no avail. The reception area was in disarray. The exterior of the property, the paint was peeling, and people were smoking.
We asked for a refund, but we were told they couldn’t do that and to contact Expedia. It wasn't a pleasant experience.
- Alberto (4/5): - No thing
- Brad (4/5): - Old and sleazy feeling
- Giany (2/5): - Assigned me two wrong rooms when finally got my room hairs all over the sink, shower all dirty, no towels, overall not satisfied.
- Gonzalez (10/5): - El aseo Todo muy vien grasias
- Janell (10/5): - Friendly staff, rooms are always clean and cozy.
- Mounika (2/5): - Not safety and no clean, I don't like this hotel. It's zero maintenance.
- Wendy (10/5): - The room was very clean. Very easy access off I-15
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfy and clean - Comfortable and clean. Good price. Too much light thru the curtains.
- Zionay (2/5): - Smelled like "cat pee" and every amenity in there was broken. I knew it was for a cheap overnight stay, but I did not pay $100 for that.
- Linda (8/5): - Nice place
- Janell (10/5): - Friendly staff. Clean, and great price.
- Desiree (2/5): - Our first room before we changed smelt like someone had be smoking drugs in it! At first we thought it was because the a/c filter hadn’t be cleaned but after leaving and thinking about it more that’s probably what the smell was! And when I walked to the front desk to get a remote there was a person out there that seemed to be following me back my room so I ran! Just don’t go outside at night and you will be safe!
- Linda (6/5): - Some of the employees are nice. But the manager looks like he's miserable I'm scared to even talk to him. After you turn your bedding in the first time it's impossible to get a blanket. So we've been sleeping with just a sheet. You would think paying close to 90 00 a day you wouldn't have a problem getting a blanket. But other than that it's a place to sleep. And the housekeeping lady she's awesome. So sweet.
- Kaitlyn (4/5): -
- Robert (7/5): i felt safe the place was clean and i’ll be staying there again - it was in better shape now that it’s changed hands from a motel 6 it’s noticeable that the employees are trying and making an effort in improving the experience house keeping were very friendly highway noise
- Mary (6/5): - Stayed 2 night different rooms each night room 115 was very nice compared to room 103.
- Mary (6/5): - Room was very dated and floor was pulling up and spit
- Ominyann (6/5): - It was just average. There's no fridge or microwave or blow dryer in the room, which is inconvenient.
The first room we were given had a strong odor so we had to switch to another one, and it still smelled, but not as bad.
Breakfast was just muffins, or donuts behind the counter and a coffee station.
- Dan (4/5): - Staff were very helpful
- Gregg (6/5): Pretty Basic but Functional. - It just needs a big refresh. Old, worn out, zero amenities, better vending, and just some TLC.
Great food next door!!!
- Timothy (2/5): - I got threatened in the parking lot going to my room by 2 thugs . Then there’s a guy working on his car ( crackhead white guy) at 1:30am. I asked the front desk guy ( who is good employee) to give me my money back. He didn’t charge me but I have to contact hotels.com ( which is horrible customer service AI chat garbage). Will not be recommending either
- Alejandro (2/5): - Our reservation was for a single queen bed yet we were assigned to a double bed room. Went down to the office and got a new room but it was also a double bed. The third time was the charm but the room itself was disgusting. I found roaches right away and cicada flies, damage throughout the room, burnt out lightbulbs, whimsy toilet that can't flush anything and the weirdest and most unconventional shower I have ever seen (would've rather used a bucket on the lawn). And not to mention the payment issues we had with their "system". Please, don't stay here. Drive the extra 10-20 minutes South or North to get a room at the same rate.
- Guest (1/5): Horrible experience do not recommend - Nothing Crack heads all over the property.
- Zach (2/5): Lucas’s at the front desk was nice enough, would not stay again though. - Bed was comfortable, and bedding was clean. Felt like I could’ve been robbed at any point to or from the room. Mayflies were crazy everywhere. The addict block party outside at 3:30am made me uncomfortable to say the least.
- Guest (10/5): it was good - Aiden is THE BEST and the only employee here that treats people like a human beings. Such a cutie. BERTO IS EVIL
- Ladora (10/5): - The guy who checked me in was polite and the check in process was a breeze! Room was quiet, clean, and bed was comfortable.
- Dane (2/5): - They rent rooms to people who live there. It’s very dirty, inside and out the parking lots a mess, the people who live there have stuff everywhere and are just sitting around, so you feel unsafe to walk around. We booked two rooms, and both were not even anywhere near usable. The mattresses were tipped up against the wall, the furniture was moved away from the wall. There were flies all over the place, there was soap like dish soap all over the counter. The toilet was very nasty, and had leftovers that someone didn’t flush. They hadn’t even bothered to look at the room. They told us those were the last two rooms when we checked in because we wanted them together, but when I went back to tell them, there’s no way we were staying there, they said they have new rooms available now. I had to ask are those other people who said that there’s no way they’re going to stay either? They were very nice about giving us a refund though but really didn’t act like they cared about the rooms. They weren’t surprised about what we told him about the room, I mean, they didn’t even ask anything about it or even comment about all the things we told that were wrong about just how nasty it was. Even if the rooms hadn’t been torn apart with unflushed stuff in the toilet, and if they were cleaned very well and made up like a room should be for someone to use it, it would still be nasty.
- Jesse (10/5): Great staff mediocre Place to stay - Great for staff explaining the seedy characters that reside at the hotel
- Guest (1/5): -
- Anna (10/5): - Great service even at 0130. Fluffy pillows, nice cool rooms, soft bed.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Get What You Pay For - Sink drained poorly, public areas a mess, bed was quite comfortable, windows were filthy, A/C worked great, lampshade missing, bizarre shower stall. The basics were there but clearly need some attention and/or replacement by Wyndham. Room rate was fair for the facility. Polite front office staff.
- Holly (8/5): Beds comfortable - The beds were very comfortable. Usually I feel they are hard with no give. But these were very comfortable. The door needed and over haul. It was hard to close and open.
- Tyler (2/5): - Terrible. We did not feel safe or clean while there. Would not reccomend to our enemies
- PATRICK (2/5): - I reserved this property because of the pool. The pool has apparently been out of order. The on site attendant could not approve a cancellation of our stay and we were told we would have to wait until the next day for the manager. I notified Travelocity about cancellation, but have not heard back from them either. Ended up booking at another hotel. Waiting to see if I end up eating the bill on this.
- Ahmanah (2/5): - There was nothing! There was bugs and the peephole in the door was missing and the staff just shoved tissue paper in it!
- Teresa (2/5): Dirty and dingy - The room needs a total refresh. It felt dirty and dingy. I wore my shoes the whole time. Room was really small for two double beds. Internet access was good. Motel was less expensive than others, not worth compromising cleanliness. I will stay elsewhere next time.
- Maria (10/5): Great place - Limited food options but overall good place! We stayed here after Hotel.com refused to help us with the last hotel after they robed us and lied about check in. The front desk person was awesome and friendly, and for the price, the rooms are great. No microwave, but it was defiantly better than alot of places we've been to!
- Jefferey (2/5): - It was dirty, couldn’t even swim in the pool due to it being green with no maintenance. Our room sheets were stained and didn’t even look like they were changed it was gross. Will not stay here again.
- Anonymous (3/5): Staff was great and the price was awesome, but it’s not worth the stay. - Staff was extremely friendly!! Our door didn’t fully latch, the bed was sunk in badly, the room did not seem to be clean at all, sheets were kinda musty and almost damp. We were kept up all night with other patrons outside who were very loud and disruptive
- Alaina (10/5): - Great place to stay if you’re on a budget!
- Roger (4/5): - Inexpensive but needs a lot of maintenance and our non smoking room smelled like a cigarette
- Verified traveler (6/5): Meh - There were maybe 2 or 3 other cars in the lot. Was given a room around back on ground floor, right next door to a very loud group- kids running around outside playing/making noise ~11pm. At one point a basketball bumped my door and woke me up. Thankfully had earplugs. Very spartan accomodations. Was very motivated to get up and out of there and back on the road in the morning!
- Justina (2/5): Smelt terrible creepy men around my children. - The room smelled like trash I'm very ashamed to even have paid more than 20 bucks for this. Don't waste your money sleep in a tent. Lots of freaky people outside 10 creepy men in one room following around people as they go to there cars in the parking lot. First when I walked in red drops on the floor on the bed. Three bugs one being a cockroach thankfully no bed bugs. Whoever does housekeeping here should be ashamed absolutely worst hotel stay ever. It was late and payed and had no where else to go. I should be refunded if u look at the picture this room wasn't clean. And worse than just not clean And air conditioner didn't work on a hot hot day
- Brian (2/5): - The worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life
- Justin (5/5): Passable -
- Amy (4/5): - I stayed here last fall when it was operated by Radisson. It was in disrepair and I vowed never to stay there again. I booked a hotel in a hurry and chose Super 8 not realizing it was the same property. Unless they spend major bucks updating and repairing it, don't stay there.
- Anonymous (5/5): We will not stay there again. - It was close to what we were doing. Sheets and towels had STAINS them. That was not pleasant. The room needs painting and an update.
- Frank (4/5): - Felt very uneasy there. Lopsided bed and old and unkept and not worth the money. $20 is more realistic for what I got.
- Alice (6/5): - Very nice staff, quiet and was able get a good rest.
- Dan (3/5): A budget stay, no frills. Sleep and get out. - Relatively close to shopping and a couple restaurants It’s July, The pool hasn’t opened for the season. The rooms are small and cramped.
Dated.
- Benjamin (6/5): - Nothing
- Ali (6/5): - Good place to stay.
- Roger (7/5): Good -
- Shiva (4/5): - Could definitely have better friendlier staff especially when the customer ask a question pertaining to a local question without an attitude or rud behavior. And also maybe upkeep the property better. Management should definitely put forth an effort into keeping the property cleaner. Definitely felt more like a motel 6.
- Angel (6/5): - Instead of being a super eight, it should be Motel 6 or lower. They don’t even have an alarm clock. It’s very basic and for a super eight price I believe that it should be a six or lower.
- Nicolias (8/5): - Good secure parking. Exterior lights bright.
- Biki (1/5): Bad - They denied to accommodate us despite having a booking confirmation almost a month prior.
- franztheartofliving (6/5): Not the best hotel... but it's possible to survive! - I love leaving positive reviews when possible. Sometimes honesty and kindness collide a bit. Especially if your own family runs hotels so you understand standards of hygiene etc.
We thought this hotel was perfectly placed near the Lagoon, so we booked it despite noticing some terrible reviews from 'negative Nellies'. Surely they were wrong.
Our double room had 2 small double beds and the sheets were clean. My pillow was high and quite solid - I developed some jaw pain after 2 nights using it. There was a being blanket too.
The shower had some cement (or worse) stuck all over its floor, so I felt unable to use it. The sink had something yucky encrusted on it that would not come off. Maybe melted chemicals? Hard to avoid looking at it.
The worktop in the bathroom was scratched by deep blades. The bathroom door was pleading to be cleaned. Towels were clean.
Front door opened to the balcony-walkway and had a sign asking to use the locks and chain for safety.
The old looking air conditioning unit worked perfectly fine - except its noise ranged from 45 to 60 decibels, keeping me awake on and off for both nights (I am not used to AC I guess, but it felt like fridge + AC together sounded like being in a large boat going at full steam). Despite the hotel being located just by a large, busy road, the traffic noise was well covered by the room noisy appliances, so traffic was not an issue.
If you need a dark room, keep in mind that the curtains allow plenty of light through the night - consider using an eye mask. During the day you are forced to keep curtains closed, as anyone can pass by and peek inside.
Breakfast was a Danish bar (40% sugar, if you care about diets) and they offered us tea/coffee right there at reception - there isn't a single chair in the entrance and there is no breakfast room. You pick up what you need and leave smiling.
We did have a small working fridge and a microwave. The area outside looked quite iffy. Front desk operator was friendly. Parking was easy. Nobody touched our (old) car, or belongings.
Suggestions: improve cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, doors and windows. Keep area outside cleaner and maybe put some plants and a poster to brighten up those sad rooms. It's all very bare and looks slightly rundown as a whole. You might be surprised that with a little TLC you will get more positive reviews.
- Tammy (6/5): - Why was the pool not open? It is 95 outside and the pool is closed. It was closed 2 weeks ago also. It is the first of July???
- David (2/5): - This place is dirty and I mean dirty.
