Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación que estaba llena de pelos de perro, la segunda habitación con cerradura que no servía, la tercera habitación en la planta baja con homless durmiendo en los pasillos, instalaciones decadentes y muy descuidadas, definitivamente no lo recomendaría. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that was full of dog hair, the second room had a lock that didn't work, the third room on the ground floor had homeless people sleeping in the hallways, the facilities were run-down and very neglected, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

• Joe (10/5): Great place to spend a night. - The room was very comfortable and clean. It was larger than we expected so this gave us extra room to relax. The room was very quiet, we didn't hear any extra noise. We were able to park close to our room. It was easy to get to the hotel just off of I-40. The metal bottom of the bed. When we would accidentally kick it, it sounded like a big drum. If one of us were sleeping, it gave us a startle.
• Yarleni (1/5): I didn't stay. - Nothing. I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. The first room they gave me was dirty, so I went back to the front desk and asked for another room. They assured me the second room was clean, but it was not. There was hair on both beds, the bathroom was dirty, and the whole room felt unsanitary. It was very uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially when paying for a place to stay. I would not recommend staying here unless cleanliness standards improve significantly.

• Jennifer (1/5): Never ever ever again will I stay at this location, This location should be ashamed of themselves. - NOTHING. NOT A SINGLE THING!!!! I was and am highly disappointed. I went to Flagstaff to have back surgery. I not only had a terrible experience, but I also had to spend more money for an entire new room at a different hotel. The room was dirty, the toilet had pee and hair all over it, as well as the tub. The door to the room did not shut properly unless you [retty much slammed it. The fire alarm right outside the room was taped off with black electrical tape. I checked in and checked right back out. I was promised a full refund because I didn't stay. I literally checked in and checked right back out. I DID NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE CENT BACK, AND WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT BE GETTING ONE. I definitely will not be going back and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

There was hair, unclean sink, no microwave, half ass working fridge, floor looked liked it needed to be mopped. Check in you talk to someone on a screen so I'm sure if I would've complained there would have been NO upgrades or changes. The only reason I toughed it out was because it was 5 mins away from job site. Moving forward NEVER again!

The price wasn't bad, but you get what you pay for The room was dirty, the beds are very uncomfortable. They didn't have anywhere to put my clothes had to live out of my bags. They turn off the A/C to save money and then tell you it's broken. Had to leave my door open to stay cool. And there's alot of homeless people hanging out in the parking area.

• Cole (4/5): Decent stay but bad wifi. - Simple decent room with a good restroom. The wifi was very bad. Couldn't connect to motel 6 butler at all no matter what I try. I even let the front desk know. Don't know if it's because of the room or too far from the modem/router. Room 121 was where I stayed. When checking in or out, there will either be a front desk person or someone on screen to talk to. I prefer to talk person to person.

• Joe (1/5): Don’t be expecting much for the low price - It does have a good location Our first room almost killed us because they had two ozone machines running. But after a quick google search we figured out that room was toxic. The video telemachine with call center that the lobby uses was able to get us a new room. But there was poop stains in the toilet and pubes in the shower. So from there we are requesting refund. Now accross the street. Hotel elev8. It’s more expensive but 100% worth every penny.

All available rooms were on the second floor, was told nothing available on the first. I'm 78 and all they had were stairs, difficult to navigate. Staff unresponsive to any question. Would never use motel 6 again.

The floors really sqeaked from the people on top of our room. And behind the bed and lamp stand was very dirty. Very easily, housekeeping can pull them out and sweep and mop behind them.
