• Simba (5/5): - I recently stayed at Golden Resort and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff across various departments; front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant were exceptional. Tahir, Sachin, Rushikesh, the pool attendant, and the housekeeping lady were all friendly, attentive, and made my stay comfortable. As someone who has traveled extensively across Africa, Europe, America, parts of India, and Australia, I was somewhat disappointed with certain maintenance issues throughout the property, especially considering the price paid. The rooms, including the hallways leading to them, and the gym, didn’t quite meet the standards I expected based on the online images. Both areas could benefit from significant renovations to align with the level of service and value the resort promotes. I paid nearly 25K INR per night for the executive suite, which I believe is more reflective of a 10K INR per night experience. With some updates and improvements, Golden Resort has the potential to be a truly fantastic destination. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and considers upgrades, as I would love to return and enjoy the same room in the future.

We got early check in on request and with a smiling and welcoming attitude Couldnt find a better stay in daman A bit of good music was necessary at the pool. Also the bar tender should serve with a smile maybe. Might be some of his personal reasons but bar tender should be a bit cheerful

I can rate this as a 5 Star hotel Swimming was not well maintained with sediments at the bottom of the pool. Water needs to be replaced quite often.

• Ninad (8/5): OK - The stay was comfortable, the breakfast was good. The food was also good. The play zone is poorly maintained and does not have enough facilities. The room charges are very high and the food is also heavily priced.

There is no vibe in the restaurant. There are no special activities arrangements. Otherwise okay .A bit pricey for the facilities on weekends.

• Pragneshkumar (6/5): Good place for couple - Super delux room view is excellent. AC through out the property is good. Restaurant is nicely located and breakfast variety is great. Lunch and dinner quality is great and have number of options. Saif also adjusts to the guest requests. Swimming pool is small but very nice with resting area. Delux room is almost worthless with building view and bit cramped. I don't quite know why would they charge so much for that. Mini bar options in room are nice but extemly pricy. Alchol is also 4 times costlier then the price you wouls pay in other restaurants in Devka.

The front desk staff was rude, and the food was both bad and overpriced. The breakfast options were limited and of poor quality, which led to vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach aches, requiring medication. Overall, it was a very bad experience, especially considering the high price we paid.

• Nikhil (6/5): Works for a short stay - The staff were efficient and pleasant to interact with. The room was a good size with comfortable furnishing and a nice view. The food at the hotel's restaurant could be improved. Additionally, the hotel needs to regulate groups of guests who destroy the ambience for other guests particularly by playing loud music and being loud in common areas, as well as by drying wet / dirty clothes in common areas.
