Guest Reviews
- Tohna (1/5): Do not stay there it not health or safe - Half the building caught on fire there dirty mattress in the parking lot . Homeless people just sitting in the parking lot . It was really dirty and nasty Everything
- Robinson (4/5): Never a cold beverage - It was quiet. But ask to move to a refrigerator and microwave lady said in the morning, never happened
- Cristian (1/5): dirty - Nothing Nothing
- Marivi (7/5): -
- Johnson (4/5): Motel 6 - The shower water was hot and the bed was comfy. Feb 28th, 2026 5:30pm me and my friend got a room for one night. And walking in beds wasn't really made, the room looked renovated way to quick because there was dust in the hall mirror and housekeeping didn't even clean the bathroom I couldn't even see my reflection clearly, or swept the floor. The tolit paper don't have new plastic cover on it. I should've took video and picture because I paid $71.00 in reality room like that should be $40.00
- Lisa (1/5): - Was quite The fact that you put us on a DNR for absolutely no reason. We've stayed there a lot and have never had any problem what so ever. We booked another room and all of a sudden we can't check in and can't receive a refund from our reservation. When we asked why no one could tell us anything
- Wendy (2/5): - Roaches,
- Lindsey (3/5): -
- Caress (1/5): - First time checking in sheets were not clean I was moved to another room where big man knocking on door stating no one should be in room then I noticed sheets not change n room had not been cleaned because bug man was supposed to go in and spray.
- Rebeca (1/5): - absolutely nothing Dirty room, no lights in the room, torn and dirty sheets, horrible smell in the room. I've never had such a terrible experience at a Motel 6. I only stayed one night and canceled the rest of my reservation. It was awful.
- christy (5/5): - The room smeld of urine i spayed the room with air fresh that helped. Hair in the shower and in bathroom. No toilet paper holder.
The guy at the front desk in the morning was very polite and nice. Keep him .
The lady that checked me in was not so pleasant. The location was perfect. The room was cozy
- Jeffrey (1/5): THE STAY FROM YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE - Checkout Staff, amenities, other guest being drug dealers. the location under construction. Check_in, the dirty room. The TV provider, house keeping. TESTING THE WALLS AND BEING POSITIVE FOR FENTYNAL AND METHAMPHETAMINE, I was scared the entire visit. The very worst stay of my life.
- Rudy (2/5): - It was so bad I stood outside for a second, went in. So much going on outside. Drug dealing and prostitution..meth heads wandering around parking lot. I turned around and left. Called Expedia to cancel...or refund. Avoid
- Angelo (2/5): - Didn’t even stay an hour and left for other accommodations. People screaming outside, no lamp shades or television in the room.
- Shawn (2/5): - Do not stay at this property! Very dangerous, prostitution, gangs, drug use, homeless people. While I was staying there, someone oh deed in the room next to me. Not a safe place for anyone to stay. Management does not do anything no security I was assaulted. My vehicle was damaged by a homeless person. I was assaulted by someone at the property trying to start a fight. Rooms are very dirty. Unsanitary management does not seem to care or do anything about the safety of the individuals staying there. I had to call the police wish this place was closed down. It is super dangerous and dirty. Warning do not stay there.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Laundry Facilities out of order - Laundry facilities are NOT working at all
- Mechelle (2/5): I want my money back - It was horrible!!!
I wasted my money on this junk hole, there were homeless and drugs everywhere! The room was beyond disgusting and filthy. Smelt terrible. Tv didn’t work, heater didn’t work. Will never use your service or them again.
- Tracey (2/5): Horrible don't stay here - There was cockroaches and two of the three rooms that they had to move me to absolutely f****** disgusting
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible Stay! - I fell two times on the property told the second shift desk person and he told me there was nothing that he could do there's ice coating the stairs there's ice coating in the parking lot there's ice coating the walkways no ice melt at all the toilets don't flush. Couple rooms down the window was broken in by cspd last night like 30 cops. Constant noise hookers and drug dealers all over the stairwells. But I told the front desk clerk he told me there's nothing that they can do and nothing that the police can do either they're just permanent fixtures on the stairwell.
- Angel (6/5): - Hotel is outdated..shower had terrible water pressure and only provided one towel for 2 people
- Kelly (2/5): - Homeless and drug addicts
- Kelly (2/5): - The property has seen better days
- June (6/5): Eh, if you're desperate, it'll do. - It's a dump. It's cheap, but that's about all it has going for it. My door wouldn't lock when I closed it from the outside, even when slammed. So, I accidentally left my room unlocked and unattended twice (first time I thought maybe I just hadn't closed it all the way, second time I slammed it).
- Steve (8/5): - Old motel 6 that’s been rebranded. Overall good price. Clean.
- Nathaniel (2/5): - This room was not clean at all. There was pubes all over the bathroom floor. Shower wasn’t clean. No soap, towels, pillows, or blanket in the room. Floors were distrusting. Cleaning guy came in the morning with a spray bottle and a rag. INVEST IN MORE…
- Erica (10/5): - Eh
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The lady at the front desk was doing her best and was kind when we got there. She wanted to keep the two rooms we reserved close together. Apparently they were over booked for the night. We left and came back and it was after ten. Instead of being able to talk to the attendant in the office, we had to talk to him through the bullet proof window. We got our rooms and one room had holes in the comforters and bugs crawling around. The other room smelled like smoke and there was stains on top of the bed. I told the attendant and asked for a new room. He said we were lucky to get that room because they were overbooked. He gave us air fresheners for the room which helped a tiny bit. We were woke. By people knocking on the doors at 2 and 4 am. I will never stay here again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): You’ll regret it. - The pictures will fool you
- Neil (2/5): Dump - This place is a dump
- Todd (2/5): - By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in before no toilet paper in the bathroom and cigarette burn holes in the blankets along with drug addicts littering the property absolutely disgusting place to stay
- Kristen (10/5): - Kai is the property manager and shes the reason why we choose this.place to stay. Her and her team is amazing and is more thans
.content. Jacquline n some of the others are amazing as well
- Anita (4/5): - Bedding was dirty, no hand towels, toilet didnt flush, toilet seat needed replaced and no shower curtain. It could use a paint job too.
- Gregory (2/5): - Scam do not go here I drove away it is so unsafe unclean homeless sleeping on the cement parking lot stay away at all costs
- Omegabud (2/5): Crappiest of hotels ever - DO NOT STAY HERE!! This place is disgusting. The reception area smelled like pot. There were two people there who had been waiting for two hours for their rooms to be ready. There were drugged out people and all their trash all over this property. The bedding and room had stains all over it and was gross. The patrons were loud, and someone's big dog barked all night. Big cannon fireworks were set off all night, resulting in no sleep. My dogs were shaking all night. Had it not been for the fact we drove all night to get here, we would have left. We packed up and got out at 5:30 a.m. Stay away!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Unfortunate - Old building with new paint? The pool area is not open and not kept in working order.
The room was heavily scented with air freshener and took several days to start to dissipate. The door needs weather stripping to help keep bugs out. We watched them walking in! The bathroom had gnats and spiders. The shower fixture spit water out above the curtain and made a puddle when used.
There were people yelling in the parking lot past 1am and doors slamming on more than one of the nights we stayed.
Not a restful location. Bonus, my room key card had to be replaced each night- as it was not programmed for my full stay.
- Q1599WYpeggys (2/5): Horrible frighting experience ! SCAM. - This place is a scam DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE! Prostitution, people sleeping in parking lot, drugs and filth. Its a trap the guy at the desk will tell you if you booked through a third party I cant promise you a room he actually wanted to scare us away. This place is like a horror movie trapping people after a 12 hour drive it was such a scare my husband and I made the decision to leave. Police showed up and arrested someone as we were driving out. I can't imagine how much money they scam people out of that get scared and drive away. The place looks nothing like the picture none of it. Expedia needs to take this off there sight for safety reasons. Who is pocketing the money Expedia? Is the owner providing rooms for the addicts, prostitution after we leave? What is going on here is so sketchy it's a scam do not book here. And there is no pool.
- Daniel (2/5): - The property was surrounded by garbage, half destroyed RVs in the parking lot along with people in their car nodding out. There was a dude literally laying in the middle of the parking lot.
Motel 6 is great for a one day stay in small towns, this one was a complete disaster so DO NOT recommend.
Did not get to meet staff as I went to stay somewhere else so I cannot give them a bad review, however, when I tried to get a refund they hung up on me.
- Omar (2/5): - There were a bunch of crackheads around the hotel and I had to choose between a room with no AC or no tv.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible experience. - The room was fine except for TV remote that didn't work and no coffee for the in room coffee maker. BUT, the clientele that now stays at Motel 6 or at least this one are not the top of the or even the middle. Screaming and yelling til at least 11 PM and now at 4:30 AM, I have 6 homeless guys outside my door screaming and yelling at each other, changing clothes, etc. Hopefully when I leave I will not get accosted and can load and leave without a problem. My worst stay at any motel I can think of.
- Joyce (2/5): Joyce klingberg - My reservation was given up to someone else. I came in late at night after a long trip. No rooms available even though I reserved 2 rooms. Not happy and would like my money back.
- Nicole (2/5): - This place was the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed!!!!! It was nasty I mean like someone blew there nose on the walls and nobody cleaned it when they “cleaned” the room the rooms are way outdated and nasty! It is definitely drug activity’s going on around there nothing but homeless people all around the hotel in and out of the hallways of the hotel I was scared the entire time I was there WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE!!!! I have never been so happy to leave! I took a shower and still felt dirty that’s how disgusting the rooms are! If you are not use to being around drug addicts then I suggest you look somewhere else because you will definitely regret spending your money to stay there I most definitely do!!! The whole building should be condemned!!!
- Brandon (10/5): - The staff here is amazing. I feel very comfortable here and in this transition to find an apartment, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
- Praneeth (10/5): - There was maintainence guy inside the bathroom for the room that we checked in, who didnt respond or alert us once we walked in, I was about to leave to get rest of my luggage from my car and when my wife checked the bathroom thats when he slowly came out. It was around 10PM, we never thought that would be a perso and even the staff didn’t give us a heads up, not sure if that was the right time doing a fix or whatever he is doing and there was also a dog tied up near the stairs and it was nasty around.
- Maricar Yusoof (2/5): - The room had no towels and the blankets were in a bad condition. A/C had no blades but was running. I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room has a smell of smoke. The staff was good. It’s not worth the price.
- Jermaine (2/5): - No soap in the bathroom the room sheets had burn holes it was a complete dump for 100 dollars smh
- Kristen (10/5): - The staff is amazing!!
- James (2/5): Horrible experience - When I checked in I was told I could have a room with ac or a TV. I took ac so my room didn't have a TV. The room also had no towels at all, so I had to use my own. To make matters worse, the bathroom light didn't work, in fact only one light bulb in the whole room worked. This place used to be so much better but this was the worst and last visit to this Motel 6 for me
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't stay here...trust me. - This is hands-down the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at quite a few because they are normally convenient, affordable, and pet friendly. This one however, made me feel unsafe and uneasy the second I pulled into the lot. There 15 people lurking in each stairwell smoking and homeless people fighting in the parking lot.
The room smelled like cigarettes, the coffee maker had a hole and spilled water all over my things, and the bed sheets were dirty.
If I hadn't arrived so late in the evening, I would have immediately left.
- June (8/5): I feel safe, room was clean. - Definitely not fancy, even by Motel6 standards, but for a "needing a place to stay" for a day or two, I've seen worse. The staff are all friendly. Some of the other guests seem a little shady, imho, but they may be thinking the same of me.
- Tracey (10/5): - It's a good place to stay quiet for the most part. And reasonably priced. The staff is excellent they're always very nice.
- Megan (2/5): Awful. - This place was scary. We checked in and as we were walking to our room walked past people doing drugs in the stairwell, people were hanging around drinking. My kids were scared to stay there and I definitely did not feel safe leaving my truck in the parking lot. We left and found other accommodations. Definitely would not recommend.
- John (10/5): - Technical help with Internet and wifi.
- Donald (2/5): - Floor was filthy. Was lied to about being able to get ice, as a result of ice machine being broke. No
wash cloths or hand towels were available. Had to get staff member to take me to a vacant room to get sheets, as the ones on bed were dirty and not washed
- Steven (2/5): - The only thing to like about the experience was they refunded our money immediately when at first the said they would not.
There are not enough words to say how bad the property was inside and out. There was no way we were going to spend 5 minutes in that place.
- Kristen (2/5): - The booking said 24 hour check in. When I arrived at 3 am, I was told by the front desk person I couldn’t check in and was basically sol
- Deirdre (2/5): YUCK! - We were 6 1/2 hours away from home. When we got to the motel, we noticed the sketchy "clientele." I knew once we were in the room, it would be fine. Boy was I wrong. It was a feat trying to get the deadbolt to work. The door was not lined up well with the hole so it took some muscle and grit to get it latched. The bedspreads had multiple, disgusting stains on them and there were holes on the other bedspread. There was only one towel that looked like it had been used, the wall had dried poop on it (probably from a dog), it could be seen that the mirror had had writing on it at one time, and there were a few red spots around the room that looked like blood. There was no way I wanted to stay there. I asked my husband to ask for a refund (something we are still waiting to get back). When he returned to the room, he said we were good to go. We got out of there as quickly as possible. We wound up driving the 6 1/2 hours and got home at about 1:30 in the morning.
- Maria (2/5): - My apologies, but room sheets looked made but dirty, no heat, which was understandable, people hanging around outside, and what looked like people living in a broken car outside the room. Staying by myself, absolutely did not feel safe
- Bruce (2/5): What a dump - I'm 74 and have traveled extensively. I've often used Motel 6 became I have a pet. This place was absolutely the worst ever! It's a complete dump. No soap or linens in room. No pillowcases in room. Was handed linens when I checked in, but there wete no bath towels. Was told none were available. Finally got 2 the next morning. The poor desk clerk said the housekeeper told her they were out of pillowcases. The clerk finally wemt searching and found some in an empty room. And, the shower head sprayed water all over the floor. The stay was an absolute disaster!!!
- Joseph S (6/5): Semi-clean - Room was not as clean as most Motel 6 rooms that I have stayed in. It was OK, but I was surprised that there were some mimor stains on the sheets & debris on the floor.
- David (2/5): Awful - The room was one of the worst hotel six rooms we have stayed in. There were two full beds, cramped into a small space. There was no room on the sides of the bed and either case to get into the bed. I believe that the hotel advertised Two queen beds, but they were not, they were full beds. One of the two was crammed against the heater. No towels in the room for us or for at at least one other room and we had to specifically request them from the front desk
- Slim (2/5): - This place isn't any good
- Verified traveler (2/5): - When I got there there was no towels at all in the entire room when I asked for towels she gave me two floor mats and one towel one washcloth the beds have not been swept under there was ramen all over the floor the floor had not been cleaned the shower had not been cleaned there was blood in the toilet.
- Elizabeth (2/5): Needs major work. - The room was run down, smelled of smoke, needs major renovation. We had no towels, wash clothes or hand towels. Heater was hard to get to work. Very sketchy neighborhood. Paid for microwave and frig. None in room. No ice bucket. Ice machine hard to use.
- Deborah Smith (10/5): - Amazing staff just love them
- Tanya (10/5): Great Hotel - Awesome experience! Courteous staff. Clean.
- 424cesari (10/5): Motel 6 - The pillows are the fluffiest i ve ever felt. Rooms were clean and staff was great. Located right off the highway. Next to shopping and lots of place to eat food and to have a cold drink. Garden of Gods is near and all the hotel near by but this one is the best.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst stay ever! - When I checked into the room and was very disappointed that the room wasn't clean. The floors were nasty, under the toilet seat looked like a toddler had peed on it. The mini fridge had people hair frozen in it and the furniture was sticky like someone spilt something on it. The hotel had a lot of homeless people hanging around all hours of the day and night. You couldn't sleep because of people either yelling, slamming doors or loud music playing. I felt like I was going to be murdered or robbed every time I walked outside. Please don't stay here, you're life is more important.
- Marsha (8/5): - The hi way to close
- Donna (10/5): - Ok
- Cynthia (10/5): - I loved the room
- Cynthia (10/5): - We're enjoying our stay
- Cynthia (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay
- Cynthia (10/5): - Friendly and fast check in! The room is great nice big shower and a great size tv
- Megan (2/5): Motel 6 sucks d*cks - They suck
- Lynda (4/5): - Staff at check in didvthe best they could to see we had a comfortable room.our reservations was screwed up again even the i requested handicapped it qas n9t included when we g9t here. This is tge secondtime we used expedia and never use it again abd only use direct .
- Filisha (8/5): - Customer service was on point ...issue was other clientele that stayed being loud. Otherwise, for the price, the room was good
- Francisco Javier (4/5): - Door not locked safe sink lose
- Daniel (2/5): - Homeless people wandering the lot and a non smoking room smelling like a freshly smoked
cigarette.
- Filisha (10/5): All Good Here ☺️ - Very helpful staff, clean rooms, option for smoking and free for kiddos and pets.
- Maureen (4/5): - Room was not what boomed
- Shawn (10/5): - The people at check in were great and made the check-in easy and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Also as I travel with three dogs, they made them feel welcome too. No problem and they gave me a ground floor room to make having the pups easier to take out for walks.
- Tanisha (6/5): - .
- Aim's Altitude Aquatics (4/5): - Too much
- Tanisha (10/5): - nice workers and love that they don't charge for pets. peaceful and enjoyed my time and good prices...
- Douglas (2/5): - Arrived late at night and office was very friendly and helpful but the beds had only a sheet, sticky floors and hair in the bed and in the sink
- Norma (2/5): Decommission this Motel 6 - Dirty and unsafe surroundings.
- Talita (2/5): - I don’t know if it was expedia fault or the voter faul but I made a reservation for two nights and went arrive at the place there was no reservation and no room , and they charge my card but for the refund they say 15 days , not a a good service
- Stephen (2/5): - Hands down, the sketchiest place I’ve ever stayed. Within an hour, there was a guy right in front of our room smoking meth. Homeless people littered the parking lot.
I have my kids with me, I’m not taking any chances and we left.
Tried to reach out to Expedia, in chat, for a refund, I’m still waiting to hear back
- Natasha (2/5): - This is a dangerous place to stay. I left immediately upon entering my room.
- Shawna (4/5): unhappy customer - Well the room was not that clean. there was jelly on table. hair all over bathroom floor n what appeared to be pee in bottom of shower. was very tired so I just cleaned it all myself. I had a uhaul parked in parking lot. which the lock was cut off and the truck was gone thru. it's posted they not responsible so figured no point in telling them.
- Katherine (6/5): - Ok
- Dawn (2/5): - Unprofessional management, every room is got something dirty........ mostly the shower
- Jessica (2/5): Stinky rooms - The non smoking room we booked has clearly been smoked in. The front desk stated "it happens" and asked if we wanted some spray. I was teaveling with a 6 week old baby. The hotel was booked so we couldnt switch rooms. With the holiday we coulsnt book somewhere else. We ended out trip a day early so we didnt have to slewp in they stinky room more than one night! It was also dirty and had a cigarette burn spot in the comforter.
- Amber (2/5): - The kid who checked us in had no personality and was unkind. The room itself smelled like old cigarettes. There were burn marks in the blanket and comforter in the same spot so it was obvious the bedding had not been changed. When I separated the two blankets there was hair in between them which was absolutely disgusting. This motel boasts itself as pet friendly but the facility was so disgusting and there was dog feces everywhere. We ended up leaving this hotel and paying more to stay elsewhere and it was well worth it. Upon us making the decision to leave I went to the front desk to speak with the kid who was the same person who checked us in. He looked up and saw me standing at the locked door and went back to his work. Didn't even acknowledge me and so I called motel 6. Their staff was no more helpful. Finally got through to Expedia and had the cancellation confirmed. All in all a horrible experience I would never in my lifetime stay there again. Not to mention there were bums and tweakers all over the parking lot and general area.
- Kevin (2/5): - The room was a mess and smelled like a dead skunk. Their was hair all over the bed. The parking lot had two homeless men wondering around. I did not feel like my car was safe. I immediately left and did not stay in the room. The absolute worst hotel experience i have ever had.
- Michelle (6/5): No ice - The ice machine was broken and the pool was closed so they didn’t really have any amenities
- Jessica (10/5): Clean it yo'self... - Despite residing in a "smoking" room, the bathroom was disgusting. No soap or complimentary toiletries were stocked in room. The towels were dirty and thin as paper. The room looked like it hadn't been actually cleaned, let alone thoroughly or deep cleaned, in fact, it wasn't even glanced over. I spent all night deep cleaning the bathroom... From ceiling to floor, to walls, light fixtures, shelving, shower curtain, toilet, door, door knob, etc... The walls in the room, decorated with random uncertainty substances.
- TANYA (2/5): - Had to keep walking in out to get front desk to come out. Room smelt, stains on beds, and bed was up against ac unit. Tried to go back to front oncr again no help left jey and left.
- Shelbi (2/5): - Wouldn’t let my dog stay here
- Edith (2/5): - Never stay there again.
