Cole (9/5): Best place to stay the night if you're traveling alone. - Simple decent room with good AC/fan and walk in shower. Wifi seems to be alright. They do have coffee in the mornings by the front desk. Just across the street within walking distance is a Wal-Mart, jiffy Lube, Pizza hut, and a few fast-food joints. Unfortunately, there are no bathtubs (only walk-in shower), microwaves, fridges, and small coffee makers.

Ravis (10/5): A great place to stay for a few nights exploring the area. - The beds were comfortable. The restrooms were clean. The location was great for a few nights stay near restaurants and grocery stores. I was booked in a quiet room upstairs like I requested. They had an elevator that was very convenient. Beautiful views and quiet street. I wish there were more vending and ice machines on each floor.

Unfortunately, we had three small children so after seeing how filthy they were, we had to use the towels on our hands and knees to mop the floors.

Not too much traffic in the area and plenty of parking for visitors. The front desk service was not to my liking. No one was there to help check in in a timely manner, had to wait for someone to show up. Security would be of help due to other tenants upstairs being loud throughout the night. Others yelling around in the early morning hours by our room window. Had a very sleepless night. The shower felt as if it was going to fall in. New shower tubs need to be installed. Felt unsafe to stand in for a long period of time.

And never knowing when I can check in without an early check in fee. I don't like a fee when lots of rooms are clean. The kiosk guy is not on the property!?

The man put in the cash for the room into the machine and it ate $40.00. He ended up having to pay more than $120 for a $66 room, and after a long wait, the remote attendant said someone would be around the next day to device the machine to try for a refund. We had reservations so check in was easier, but still uncomfortable dealing with a remote screen. The room was so small, with no fridge or microwave.

Friederike (8/5): It was clean and decent, although it was older and could be more comfortable - It was great. Lots of options. There was some cleaning issues but staff came and remedied it immediately. The beds weren't very comfortable. We had a kitchenette but the stove was induction and there were no pans, so we were unable to use it. Since it was spring break the room was quite expensive and compared to the other stays in flagstaff the value wasn't as good.

Mold in the shower and stained basin. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. I had booked a king bed for both times I stayed and received a full/queen. Probably best to not list king if not available on site.

Bobby (6/5): Great staff but bad room - The staff was excellent. She helped out a lot when the reservation got messed up and got me and my elderly mother non smoking bottom room. The room didn't have an ironing board or iron, no microwave, refrigerator or space for our luggage. But the main problem was my mother got bitten on her chest 4 times after sleeping in her bed. That wasn't cool at all!

Lawrence (2/5): Nope. - The area it was in was very nice. This place didn't even have a desk clerk. It had a booth that connected to a call center by video chat. The room lacked any sort of amenities save for a TV, the mattresses were worn down to the springs, the bathroom consisted of a shower stall and toilet, and it was difficult to tell when any of the ancient fixtures in the room had been actually cleaned, except for having had the linens changed between guests.

Housekeeper needs to make sure things are clean daily I dont know if they dont clean right but do it jus for tips but they need to work and make the rooms clean with no mess behind!!!
Elsa (5/5): - First of all what I don't like, there's no ironing boards or an iron in there. I know we had got the cheaper room, but still have gone to other hotels where they have iron boards and irons and then we were gone half of the day or night when we got back and smell like beer we did not take no alcohol. We were just there to sleep overnight and I think the people next-door were drinking and they were throwing their alcohol in the garbage next to ours room and maybe that's why it smelled like alcohol and smell it in are room and and on the bed, of course you have your two pillows but normally sometimes some rooms gave you an extra pillow. That's what I didn't like about staying there next time or this is probably the last time I stay there, but I guess it was OK just to stay overnight not a couple of days Like I said, there's certain things I didn't have in the room. The rooms are small and like I said, our room smell like beer. Plus they did have like small bottles of shampoo or conditioner just like other hotels do they only have these little tiny soap bars thank god there was a Walmart across I had to get some travel ones

TONEY (4/5): - I liked the hotel’s location—it was convenient and accessible. My room door lock was not working, and the room was near the interstate highway, so there was a lot of noise. Additionally, there was no on-site staff—only virtual kiosk assistance in case of any issues. We had to change rooms at 12:30 AM due to problems with the main door.
