williambL534LN (6/5): Quite different. - It's okay just for a place to lay your head but honestly I can't really say a lot of positive things about it. There is free parking but it's really tight throughout the perimeter of the building. The innkeepers at the front desk are somewhat different than I have ever experienced at any Motel 6, for instance they charge a $50.00 deposit if you pay cash and they seem somewhat hard to comprehend when you try and discuss any with them. The positive thing is they didn't ask for a credit card hold and they did charge $20.00 for an early check in but as far as the room everything I wanted was there microwave, mini fridge etc. I also liked the round shower stall.

And is she is going to knock on my door about an alarm set off because of my husband being in the shower and asked him to come out when he is naked is not okay!!!! I have an 8 month old in my room I’m not stupid!!! Also the door was wide open so she can see that there was no smoking! So then I said why don’t you knock on the doors that actually have people smoking and their alarm going on all night and then another person was like yeah I here it all the time and she said no so don’t be inappropriate and ask my husband who is in the shower to come out crazy!?! And yes you can hear the shower going!!!

Even when provided with my reservation confirmation on my phone he could not locate the basic information. Could not find the reservation in the computer despite calling management several times and obviously had no familiarity with smart phones. He seemed to expect I'd just give up and leave without a refund of the amount already charged to my card for the non refundable reservation. 20 minutes of torment before the manager found his problem (by phone, not on site)

Seaside07693186484 (2/5): Rude man from housekeeping - I had requested a 12:00 pm late check out which was okayed by the from desk. Housekeeper came by and I told her that I would be gone by noon. I was just finishing getting ready getting all my stuff in my bag when housekeeping at gentleman this time started pounding at my door saying open the door right now and I said I'm getting dressed I will be there in just a minute he says open the store right now. So I heard and shoved all my stuff in the bag open the door and walked out and I said I had a late check out for noon it is now 10 minutes to that time and you're pounding on the door. I have stayed there on many occasions when I just need a break from my living situation but I will never stay there again. Rude disrespectful little man. The woman that I talked to you earlier said that's fine we'll come back at noon she didn't come back he did. And while I was getting dressed insisted that I opened the door right now. Like I said I've stayed there on several occasions when my living situation wanted me just getting away and taking a break for a while I will go somewhere else in the future I will never stay there again.

David (10/5): - One of the better kept motel 6 I have been to. I had an issue at check in but more the fault of Expedia being new to me and my not understanding the limits of language used on the site when it says all taxes and fees are included. That’s true only without pets and doesn’t mean damage deposits etc. The staff was on point though - kept to their standards - but did so in professional manner came up with a helpful solution and resolved the issue. I respect that.

Martha (6/5): - Lovely staff there and the room was comfortable, but it had a lot of physical damage to the room. I was charged an unlisted surprise deposit which I've never encountered before. Then i walk into the room to find damage all over the place. I immediately photographed everything to document that it wasn't from me. We'll see if they refund my deposit or not. If not, i will be VERY upset. Otherwise, my stay was fine. The early morning staff was exceptionally pleasant. I have more pictures then I'm posting.

Stephanie (4/5): - The staff for the most part was friendly. They did help us get connecting rooms on very short notice. Neither one of the TV’s in our rooms were working, so we asked for assistance. The TV in my husband’s room was unplugged, which he did not do. So the guy yelled at him. Don’t know what was wrong with my TV, but it took awhile for him to fix mine. Both rooms were filthy. The shower was the strangest shaped shower I have ever seen and not easy to use. But you get what you pay for and we were desperate. We were relocating 3 states away and needed a pet friendly hotel.

Yeoman (2/5): Thanks but won’t be back - Staff were very nice and friendly, location was good. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Mattress was too hard, pillows too thin. Room didn’t feel homely and had several points of damage. No coffee maker in room. Could hear the person in the room above moving around all night.
