• Jones (1/5): - The weekly Rooms full of roaches, bedbugs and bugs in general, linen was dirty and covered in bugs both alive and dead room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months online it shows rooms to have microwaves but they do not when requesting a refund the staff refuses to respond to booking making it difficult to receive the refund due to bookings refund policy would absolutely recommend staying away from this property evem if you are hard up for a place to stay a tent would be more comfortable

• Renfro (9/5): Avera suites - The rooms were very clean and modern and the fast WiFi speeds. The staff were friendly and accommodating, working to be as helpful as they could be. This stay was definitely worth the money and different from my last stay. I definitely recommend this place for those on a tight budget. My only issue had nothing to do with this establishment, but with an affiliated hotel.

• Renfro (2/5): EXPENSIVE and not worth it - It was cleaner, inside. than expected, except for the bathrooms. no mice that I saw and one of the managers was genuinely nice and attempting to do his job with professionalism. Housekeeping kept stealing, refused to actually do anything besides steal from me, I was charged through a third party site AND the motel my first week and have only been compensated with credits on the site. I was assaulted, my stuff stolen and pilfered, derogatory remarks were made against me, libel and slander, harrassed by other guests there and at nearby motels. my vehicle was vandalized, gas stolen, possessions stolen from inside vehicle, terrorized, and degraded/descriminated against for the three weeks I was there. The beginning of the week would be the worst and by the end of my week, things would get better until I paid. Often, CLEARLY, for other guests and no refund STILL.

• Davis (7/5): Good - Price was great. It was easy to find. East to check in. Staffing was very polite. There is always someone in the office. They had things being done while we stayed their maintenance staff came and informed us the night before. There wasn't housekeeping. So you had to go to the office for towels and toilet paper and such.

The price was definitely cheaper than any place else which is what I needed for that particular weekend. They had clean towels. The room it was not very good. The TV didn't work. When we turned on the heater black stuff blew all over the bed. The beds were not comfortable but not the worse I've slept in.

• Ted (3/5): Unexplained room "fine" - Na It took two phone calls and about 25 minutes before anybody would come to the desk to check me in. My first room had a deadbolt that wouldn't engage. After the manager come down kept trying to make it work , flipping it back and forth for a few minutes. I told the manager I'm not going to do this all night long I'll just get another room. I went from bad to worse with rooms. The second room is what I took photos of. The secondary lock part of it was missing it was gone so it couldn't be used. The bathroom vent would not work nor did it have a cover and it was quite scary looking. The chair had numerous cigarette burns and the table was scarred beyond repair. There were several deep dings in the walls. Something had been removed from the wall that had large screw holes or nail holes that were left unfilled. Going from the first room to this room with this condition I was not going to ask for a third room. However, upon checking in I was told I needed to put up a $50 deposit. A $50 authorization was placed on my card. I left without stopping by the desk, big mistake. The $50 was kept. Said it was a fine....I have requested a receipt or invoice twice for this fine and haven't gotten one. In reading up on the deposit info it was supposed to be for any damages. Not sure what this "fine" is about. And I guess I'll never find out because I can't get a receipt nor an invoice or even response from this property.

• Mary (10/5): Exceptional - Managments' willingness to address and fix any questions or problems. Everyone's friendly. There are a few cosmetic things with the room. Like needing small repairs. Please note that this is a place to stop for a night. I wouldn't recommend an extended stay. The highway noise is loud. They have some of the nicest old people that live there. Because they have nowhere else to go. This youngman running this seems to be trying hard to fix it up, and I think he is learning a lot and has a good heart.

• Tammy (1/5): Horrible - Nothing, glad they made us get another place. When I arrived the guy said I had to book a different place that his computer wasn't working so he couldn't book me. While I was inside my husband witnessed a man smoking something in a glass pipe on the 2nd floor right above where we parked. I was there for rocklahoma and I had booked a hour away months ago cause everything was booked. I had to rebook another half a hour away cause everything was full. I ended up staying in a great hotel so all was good.

The building was falling apart and even though requesting ground they put me upstairs when I can hardly walk well. The stairs were slanted and there were chunks missing from the upper sidewalk. The furniture was extremely low quality and most of it was damaged. The spring bed was very uncomfortable too. Only about half of the lights in the room worked. The outside areas were extremely filthy. I saw dog feces smeared on the stairs. I kept feeling like I was going to get stabbed or trafficked there. I did not feel safe at all at any point during my stay.

The motel needs to be condemned.

It was the worst room I've ever seen Roaches everywhere one nasty wood school chair in the whole room and it was filthy the shower had a brown film where it had not be cleaned in a long time and oil all in it. Light in shower was hanging down shower head was hanging off. My son had to put a towel down in shower to even take a shower. Curtains were hanging weren't even on window right. I let my son shower n I didn't even want to get in the nasty thing so we just left. I can't believe I actually made a reservation for something like this. I could've gotten a super nice clean comfortable room a mile down the rd for the same price. I couldn't even get a good signal to complain on line. And it was already late I didn't have time to deal with all that crap. U lost a customer for sure.

Then the lady informed me she had no rooms available because none of them were cleaned. I have yet to receive a refund of my payment & we stayed elsewhere. It really pisses me off the way people just take your money for nothing nowdays.

It was crawling with Methheads and addicts constantly asking me for change or a spare cigarette. I did not feel safe leaving my vehicle in the parking area. There were vagrants who apparently lived at the motel and had dogs that they allowed to defecate on the property and did not clean up. It was a dog poo minefield! This was the filthiest, most drug-infested, sketchy, dilapidated motel I have ever stayed in. I will not return.
