- Verified traveler (10/5): - This a great hotel in the budget category, thought to beat for the money. I would give it 5 stars in the budget category. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again It's exactly as advertised and the pics are accurate. The hotel and rooms are clean The staff is amazing, the restaurant menu is limited but the food is good. The bar is a great place to hang out for a beer between the day's activities and not quite ready for bed. I did have a room facing the front street and street noise could be heard at times. I new this going in and it did not impact my ability to sleep at all. If street noise is an issue make sure you book one of the other rooms.
- John (8/5): Great location in the midst of a chaotic town! - Great location...easy access to get to all parts of the island and close to Patong Beach. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was fine, pretty basic and I found the wi-fi not to be so great, but I used my phone to connect. Overall, for the price, it was a good deal and good value. If you don’t have to be at a full service resort, this is a good choice.

However, the air-conditioner in my room is under maintenance which is not cool. The free parking is just on the street, the staffs were very helpful to move the motorbikes to make room for me to drive out.

- John (10/5): A real gem of a hotel.- great experience! - On arrival room was not ready however I had an apology from Peter the manager who gave me free homemade apple pie and coffee while I was waiting. Room was large and plenty of wardrobe space with comfy beds. Plenty of hot water for showers and air conditioning. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and I was made to feel so welcome I did not want to leave. Location is brilliant being close to beach and all the lively bars and shops. Will visit this hotel again if I return to Patong. A real gem led by a perfect host. Thank you Peter!

After staying in the hotel for the past 5 days, I am happy to say I would gladly stay at the Patong Terrace should I again visit Phuket. As others have said, the property is well-located, has comfortable rooms and I found the owner (Peter) to be most helpful. While not a 5* hotel, it more then met my needs and exceeded expectations, particularly in light of the reasonable pricing offered. The wifi internet was very good.

Hotel is situated in a very bustling area of Patong, but that is what makes it sublime,is it's seriously entertaining to sit and watch the hustle and bustle of daily life, whilst enjoying a meal or just a drink. The facilities are second to none, the rooms are very clean, with an awesome shower, the Bed is comfortable,not soft, but not too hard. Sheets and Towels are changed daily,Fridge is well stocked,Safety deposit box in room,tv etc etc A serious MUST! have the Breakfast! it's seriously good. The Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the beach, and approx the same to Bangla. If you go to this Boutique Hotel, you will enjoy!

- ahmed (8/5): Nice hotel in patonf - The hotel near from patong beach , bangla road , and most of important places in patong area , stuff was good and helpful The room was good expect that the curtains were almost transparent and iam a light sensitive person , don't use any if provided facilities until u check it is free or not like brush teath box as it is not a complimentary like most of places but u will be charged
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great place, but no window. - Great place to stay. Peter was so much help, and the rest of the staff provided great service as well. Jo in particular always had a smile on his face. It's right in the middle of Patong, an easy walk to Bangla Walking Street or Patong Beach. Everything was in good condition. Great WiFi and A/C. The only disappointment was that my room had no window. I don't know if that was bad luck or if all rooms are that way.

The staff was very helpful and communication was not an issue. The rooms are small but we didn't spend much time in our room anyways. The taxi driver did have a hard time finding the hotel. This hotel is good value for your money!

I even got a day boat trip to Phang Nga Bay at a very reasonable price from the company they had a tie up with, and it was very very nice. Close to Bangla road and the market.

The room was Awesome value for money I was expecting less to be honest but was presently surprised with the room and the whole hotel as a whole. If you are reading this and are thinking i'm still not sure if this hotel is the one... then i'm here to save you some time, After close to two days researching for the Best Value for Money Hotel in Patong that is walking distance from Bangla I concluded that the Patong Terrace was the one and after staying there for 2 weeks I now know why they are rated so high in trip adviser and other rating websites. Thank you again Peter and your Staff for making sure I had a great time whilst in Thailand you guys really know how to look after your guests well, I will be a return customer for sure.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Nasty Nasty Nasty Hotel Staff - Honestly, the hotel staff here is the worst I have ever experienced. Rude, unprofessional and totally incompetent. When we arrived it took us over two hours to check in because they could not find our file. Keep in mind that I had brought a copy of the reservation with me. We finally get up to the room and within 5 minutes we wanted to leave. There was construction happening on or around the building and we could here (and feel) the jackhammer pounding away. It was horrible. We asked to be moved, but the staff refused to accommodate us. Their only response was "it will be over at 5!" We asked to speak with the manager, Peter, and he was even more rude than the rest of the staff. Instead of listening to us, he was defensive and he told us to leave. Well, that is exactly what we did. We left, and never looked back. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It's a great budget hotel and it's kept clean. The owner/manager is very professional, he was correcting one of the staff members in front of us in such a polite and professional manner and it's great to stay in an environment where you see staff get treated kindly.
- Mohd Ikram (8/5): Comfortable, friendly, and cheerful - This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The reason is that it's walking distance to the beach, the mall, restaurants, and Bangla Road. But most importantly, the service is superb. As usual, Peter, the manager, greeted us upon arrival and even recalled that we stayed here a couple years before. He's always available for us to ask any questions, and if there's any issues with the room, he's quick to address them. The staff are friendly and accommodating as always. Being a small hotel, there's no free breakfast, pool, or other frills, but you're not really experiencing Phuket if you don't venture out your room (not that it's not comfortable to stay in though).

Absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at, The room stunk like a sewerage pond.Mould and mildew everywhere with No ventilation May as well have slept on the floor as beds were harder than concrete.Construction going on next floor all the nights we stayed.I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.How it has ever won awards i will never no.

- shania (8/5): Clean comfortable - Awesome service. Only downside was the toilet flush spoiled twice. I had a really nice stay and this is one of the very few hotels that I feel they really clean the room. The floor was immaculately clean. And when the battery for the aircon controller was empty they immediately came up and gave us new batteries. Everytime we walked in or out, they are always ready with a smile which makes us feel comfortable. Would love to stay here again
