- Christiane (10/5): Schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage - Absolut traumhafte Lage in schönem Garten mit Blick über die Bucht. Tolles Frühstück, das auch draußen serviert wird. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse und konnten direkt in den Garten gehen. Nichts.

This place is a gem, but partly because of the staff. The welcome drinks were an added touch of class. There is nothing we didn't like.

Si è accolti con calore e professionalità. Per finire ottimi la colazione ed il ristorante. I bagni sono un po' piccoli e gli accessori risultano piuttosto sottotono. Una piccola pecca che non incide in modo rilevante sull'ottimo giudizio finale.

- nathalie (9/5): Bel environnement mais accueil, bienveillance, sympathie du personnel très limité. - L'emplacement, la vue, le calme, l'environnement extérieur de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner Le personnel n'est globalement pas très sympa. Alors que le check in avait été fait la veille. Il a fallu le refaire et ils ont exigé de retourner à la voiture pour avoir la 2eme carte d'identité avant de donner la clé de la chambre. Le personnel en salle n'est pas sympa non plus, n'a pas l'air de comprendre l'anglais correctement et très lents. A la réception, on a remarqué qu'ils ne considèrent pas tous les touristes de la même manière ( confirmé aussi par l'un d'entre eux ). Ceux qui ne viennent que pour une nuit ne sont pas considérés comme de vrais clients. Dommage car on serait bien revenu pour une semaine mais on a un doute sur la sympathie et la convivialité des équipes.

- Ben (9/5): Prachtig hotel met alles erop en eraan! - Zeer mooi gelegen hotel op een groot, prachtig terrein naar het binnenland toe met een schitteren zicht van uit de hoogte, op zee. Mooie kamer met terras en super goede douche. Mooie tuin met zetels en ligstoelen. Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Ongeveer 10 km met de auto naar Ancona (bushalte aan het domein). Ook met buiten zwembad. Een aanrader, zeker naar prijs/kwaliteit.

Obsługa bardzo miła, profesjonalna i niezwykle pomocna na każdym etapie pobytu. Czuć, że goście są tutaj naprawdę ważni. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i chętnie wrócę ponownie!

Personale professionale e cortese (Pietro ha risolto ogni problema legato al nostro arrivo un po' in anticipo rapidamente ed efficacemente). Ristorante e bar all'altezza. Colazione all'aperto con vista mare realmente WOW. Il set up del bagno senza bidet e con doccino. LA mancanza di TV perchè la camera era ultra nuova e la ristrutturazione da completare. Purtroppo c'erano eventi sportivi importanti in giornata e la mancanza si è fatta un po' sentire, ma non facciamo drammi.

- Jurgita (1/5): Not recommended - Terrible experience in a stinking bad isolated room with no view at all and very uncomfortable bed. Worst experience ever - would not recommend this hotel. Breakfast was not gut - 1 star hotel. The charger for electric car didn’t work and they couldn’t handle it. Compared to our many stays in Italy - that was a disaster. The bar outside and the view from the property compound.

Die Lautstärke der Musik an der Lidobar. Wurde sofort wieder lauter gestellt, sobald man die Bar verlassen hat. Es dröhnte am Strand und eigentlich hätten wir gern etwas Ruhe und Entspannung gehabt.

Nous avons diné au restaurant et c'était très bon. Idem pour le petit déjeuner. Mais le meilleur, c'est l'accueil réservé par le personnel. Avec une mention spéciale pour Timi et Paolo. Ce sont vos conseils et attentions qui ont fait la différence.

Von der Reinigungskraft bis zur Chef Etage , sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Frühstück International und alles was das Herz begehrt. Da es Restaurant auch hat kann man , Perfekt Abendessen. . Ancona City ist nicht weit weg und einen Besuch absolut wert. -

Gutes Frühstück Hund kostet 25 Euro. Soviel wäre pro Person im Doppelzi schon genug. 400m zum Strand. Das stimmt, allerdings Luftlinie. Zu Fuss kann man 3km ueber eine extrem stark befahrene Strasse gehen. 80ziger Jahre Gebäude. Das hellhörigste Hotel in dem ich jemals war. Eigentlich eine Abrissimmobilie. Flure sehen aus wie im Spital oder Kurhaus. der frühen 80ziger des letzten Jahrtausends. Lage 50m von vielbefahrener Strasse... bis in den späten Abend knattern Motorrãder, Vespas und Autos durch die Gegend. Das Essen ist schlecht, wenig Auswahl, viel zu teuer... Jede Frittenbude kann mithalten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt sehr schlecht.

- Floriana (10/5): Un weekend a Portonovo - Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza dello staff, la comodità e pulizia della camera, la vista (che è mozzafiato) e la posizione ottima. Ottimo anche il ristorante all'interno dell'hotel, con un servizio di qualità come le portate. Se ci sarà occasione torneremo sicuramente! Nulla.
- Lawral (10/5): Stunning views, beautiful hotel, wonderful meals and welcoming staff. - Stunning location on a bluff overlooking the ocean. The entire property is beautiful. The view from our terrace facing the ocean at sunrise was gorgeous. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with robes & slippers provided. Ceiling fan keeps the room cool. Bathrooms are large and showers also large with good water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. Toiletries are provided and the blow dryer works well. The grounds are perfect for strolling with a lovely pool area and outdoor sitting/dining spaces. Staff provide impeccable service. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and dinner in the restaurant was amazing. Every dish we had at dinner was beautifully prepared and served. Would 100% stay here again. Nothing. It was perfect.

- Georg (9/5): Wunderbare Lage, insgesamt ruhiges Ambiente mit Flair - Die wunderbare Lage hoch über dem Meer, die gepflegte Anlage um das Hotel, das Flair der 70/80 er Jahre ! Sehr hellhörige Zimmer direkt über der ständig auf und zu gehenden Eingangstür, die Nebenzimmer bzw. darüber liegende Zimmer leider laut ! Die Herren beim Frühstück könnten ein wenig aufmerksamer sein !
- Gilles (8/5): Une escale avec vue sur la mer - L'emplacement est exceptionnel avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Les chambres sont grandes et les lit confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Les entrées du dîner sont bonnes. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot et mériterait quelques réflexions. Les plats du dîner sont très ordinaires et pas du tout à la hauteur des entrées.

- Jvan (9/5): - Tolle Lage. Super Frühstück - selten in Italien. Ladestation E-Auto: komplizuert mit App statt einfach über das Hotel abrechnen. Zudem konnte die App für Ausländer gar nicht aktuviert werden - ergo kein Aufladen möglich. Schade.
- DOMINIQUE (4/5): Grosse déception après un séjour il y’a 2 ans - J’ai pris un petit déjeuner rapide pour raison personnelle (départ rapide ) Avoir une chambre handicapée sans être prévenu avant Il faisait froid dans la chambre Un pot d.accueil à aller chercher dehors dans la petite cabane de la piscine ou un pauvre serveur se gelait avec le vent très fort qui soufflait ce soir là Un verre offert mais un vin blanc une vraie « piquette » tout juste bon pour la cuisine

- Ruth (10/5): Fabulous views from a beautiful garden. - The hotel was in a fabulous situation looking down on the bay. It had extensive, beautifully kept grounds and a lovely swimming pool. We had an upgrade to a junior suite and it was superb. The bed was very comfortable and the walk in show was great.. There was plenty of choice with the breakfast but some of it could have been a bit hotter. We had one evening meal in the hotel on the last night which was excellent. . All the staff were very pleasant. When we arrived we had a standard room which had a very loud knocking noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom. The problem was quickly resolved by a very nice young gentleman on reception, who moved us to another room..
