- Peter (10/5): Excellent Accommodation - The location is simply outstanding. We had a 3 bed Ocean View, and quite frankly once we were on our bedroom balcony I didn't want to leave! The accommodation facilities were excellent. An easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Freo, with Marina Restaurants much closer if you wanted. The views were incredible, stunning sunsets, and so peaceful looking out over the Marina. This will be my "go to" place whenever I visit Perth. Having to leave and fly back to the UK on our last day!

- RICHARD (5/5): Lost a customer forever. - Location was fabulous. Most of the staff could not do enough for us. My husband is in a wheelchair and they were very accomodating. When we decided that 13 steps to our room would be difficult, they suggested a room accessible from the lift. Nothing was too much trouble. We paid for the upgrade. Always smiling and very helpful. Made our first stay very enjoyable. Check out was notfuss. We came back a week later after travelling up north. We had a similar room booked and was quoted $31 for the upgrade. I said it that for one or two nights. The reply was for 2 nights. We could have stayed at the Esplanade for approximately $100 per night cheaper with a $5 breakfast, but decided to stay here again. Had a lovely stay again. When checking out it all went pear shaped. It is such a shame when one person ruins all the good work of all of the others. From the minute I tried to check out, I was hit with "you were undercharged for your second night, so we are going to have to charge you. I was a bit shocked as it was agreed when we checked out the weekend before. Then, "you had 2 breakfasts, we need to charge you for those". I explained that I had paid cash for them. "There is nothing here, and she proceeded to tell me 3 times that I needed to pay for them. 3 times I said that I had paid cash. She then said she would investigate. We were charged another $31 on the account and for some reason another $31 was put on the card. One of these was reversed after phone calls when we got home. So, I could go on more but it is now boring. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and I know that the last experience you have with a business it the one that you remember, despite all of the good done prior. I was made to feel like I was being deceptive. So, I am sorry but we won't be staying here ever again and I would urge other travellers to make sure that you get everything in writing and also investigate other options, as there are plenty.

- aidomelb (10/5): A Fantastic stay. Book here - OMG, fantastic. Stayed here for 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment. Stunning views, great location and would highly recommend. Walk to town. Walk to the ferry for Rottnest. Walk to the prison. And I'm not a walker! These were easy walks. So central, and then you are sitting on the water and can walk to the bar down the road for sunset. Sit on a bench with sand between your toes, watching the sun set.

For those without a car - The property was an additional 500 metre isolated walk through an industrial area - compared to other accommodation options. To get to the property you walked past high fences around commercial businesses and fuel tanks with very few people around. Restaurants and food options that were higher quality and used by locals were also that addition walk away - it was close to large tourist restaurant venues if that is your preference. Serviced apartment - although advertised as a serviced apartment - when we arrived we discovered there is no servicing on Sundays or public holidays. For our stay of three nights - Saturday - Tuesday - our room was not serviced at all. The property counting both the ANZAC Saturday and the Monday as public holidays and they don’t do Sunday - this was not reflected in a drop in price. Appelles toiletries were beautiful - if tiny. The entry to apartments was visually unappealing.

- Sarah (9/5): Home away from home with holiday vibes. - Enjoyed the open and spacious rooms with access to the little green lawn especially with little ones. Kitchen and daily housekeeping made our stay so much more relaxed. The olive trees out back are a lovely green touch. Loved the sunrise and full moon rise views. The bed was a little uncomfortable (uneven and lumpy) but it did make up for it in size (king). The half glass in the shower/bath makes showering a little on the cold side especially with kids but no doubt easier to keep it as clean as it was. A little olive oil and a pair of scissors in the kitchen would be super handy.

- Jenny (7/5): Good, but apartment was looking a bit tired in places and customer service was poor. - The location and view are lovely with a direct harbourside walkway. The apartments are a good size with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you needed. We ate out mostly in Fremantle, which has a very wide selection of eateries. I booked an extra night, which cost a lot more directly than booking.com did. No one updated the records, so I was called at 10.30 to ask why I had not vacated. Also, when I asked for more coffee pods, I was told that no more could be given, even for an extra night! The room would have been vacant without my additional booking, so a couple of coffee pods is really not much to ask for an extra $548 in my opinion. To be honest puts me off booking your accommodation again because that is just poor customer service.
- indak (10/5): - Great location. Clean. Comfy bed & pillows. Lovy bed linen. Walked everywhere. FOXTEL was an impressive bonus. We could watch our teeam The Warriors play. The washer & dryer in the room are great. Loved it will definitely be returning. Would've liked a couple of hand towels or extra towels. Nothing else. We had a great stay.

Beautiful views of the water and boats. Lovely staff. Coffee pods not replenished daily. Poor lighting at the entrance at night time. We found it difficult to find Reception after late arrival due to trouble at the airport.

- Yng Ru (9/5): 除了整體設備偏舊之外，服務及清潔都很不錯！ - Front view to the jetty, yacht, sunset and fish. It’s great that they have a bbq at site so we can enjoy our steak bbq without getting messy inside the room! Daily cleanup is also great. 隔音設備不好，我們訂三房的公寓，但第三個房間在頂樓是閣樓，完全沒有門所以能聽見整棟的聲音。其他房間也能聽見任何人走動的聲音。浴室蓮蓬頭及開水處老舊，熱水需要轉非常多圈才會出水。賣點的陽台其實跟隔壁房只靠一塊布隔開，靠近欄杆處就能輕鬆看見鄰居，若非常注重隱私的人請三思。

There are some places to eat about 5 minutes walk away. It was very useful being able to buy a few basics from the Be.fremantle reception.

- Armin (9/5): Zentrale Lage direkt Yachthafen Fremantles - Lage am Yachthafen von Fremantle. Etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Hafenanlage mit Restaurants und Brauerei und 15min ins Zentrum. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Waschmöglichkeit, sehr helles Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Südlichen Teil des Hafens, Fenster im Schlafzimmer. leider keine Sonnenseite; deshalb nur früh etwas Sonne. War in der Buchungsübersicht nicht erkennbar. Sehr teuer mit hoher Kaution, die frühestens 1 Woche später gutgeschrieben wird.

We had a harbor view as opposed to marina view and while the difference in price is little, the views definitely are! When I asked to move- and pay extra- I was told it was not possible because I had made the booking with booking.com....

- Steve (9/5): Good location to explore downtown by foot. - Excellent location to explore downtown but away from the crowds at night. Nice to be overlooking the marina. Expensive street parking. Only 1x day pass ($15/day) with additional parking on the street for $37/day!
