- Milby (3/5): More bad the good - All the staff so nice and helpful, unfortunately my stay in Mississippi, unfortunately had to be exstended and there laundry area was closed for some reason, but the lady at the desk offered to wash my clothes for me. The bed was very comfortable Before I even checked in I was charged double 1x with Booking .com and 1x with the hotel after along wait and alot of talking on the phone to Booking .com it was resolved. Day 2 I barely had hot water, Day 3 no wifi this happened 2x, and water was barely warm, so I had to pack everything up and they moved me to another room witch they did upgrade to a suite.

There were water stains around the AC that could use a paint over along with the rest of the room. Update electrical outlets or lamps with usb outlets.

- Kristin (6/5): Good for an overnight but not a lot more. - It was comfortable and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had a used bar of soap in the shower upon arrival. And overall the room was kindof dinged up and falling apart. I know breakfast is free, but I got down there at 8am and they were out of milk, pancake batter, cereal and there was no one in sight to ask to get more. The property itself is in a great location as in it’s near a lot of stuff however it is NOT easy to get to. If you miss the ONLY turn into the property it turns into a series of U-turns/interstate loops to get back.

- White (1/5): Dirty. - Staff was nice This room(100) is very dirty. It had a strong smell of marijuanna. It was dirty and dusty. Lamps were all unplugged. Television was crooked on the wall. I have never stayed anywhere like this. And I usually try to look at the bright side of things but not this time. I wasted my money.

- Gina (1/5): Stay somewhere else. - When we got to the location, we automatically saw the carpet was dirty. The elevator carpet was black and peeling and when we opened our door to the room, we both nearly had an asthma attack it was so strong with chemical smells. We immediately went back downstairs to get out of that room. They did not give us a refund. We handed them $267 dollars. Dirty and room had too much air freshener spray to cover up the dirty.

- Mark (3/5): My review title bad bad - Did you still be a good good hotel that's why I came back this time because we stayed here many times before but this time the quality of the hotel is going down I wanted to take a bath they did not have anything in the bathroom for the bathtub to stop the water from going out had to go to the front desk so the death agent had to go and find one because I explained to her if you did not have one I would go to the store and buy one to keep the water in the tub but like I said this used to be a five star hotel now I give it a two star the quality is going down the TV remote control did not work I had to go and buy batteries to put into the remote control I don't know if this hotel is Under New Management but they're not doing a good job of keeping up this hotel like I said we still here many times before it always has been a nice decent hotel but the quality is hotel is going down who knows maybe bad management Like I just said I think the hotel is Under New Management and they are not keeping up the property it used to be a clean Hotel very upscale but not anymore I don't think I would come back and stay here anymore until they improve everything to the hotel like it used to be the quality of the TV Service is bad no control don't have batteries

- Nicole (2/5): - The staff was kind. This had to have been one of the worst hotels experiences I have ever had. We had to switch from our room on the first floor to the third floor. There was a horrible smell, and all of the surfaces were damp. Once we got into our new room, we found mildew on the lamp shades and curtains. All of the appliances were covered in rust. Multiple guests were complaining, but there was no manager on staff to speak to. Unfortunately, we couldn't just checkout and leave because all the other hotels in the area were fully booked from the soccer tournament we were attending. I will never stay here again.

- Amanda (6/5): - Bugs!!! First room they gave us had tiny white bugs all over the nightstand. 2nd room, no bugs but there is no way they clean these rooms. When i told the lady at the desk she didn’t seem to believe me as she couldn't see them moving in the video i took. Alsp told the man in the morning at the desk who also didn’t seem to care much. So dusty and the walls were visually dirty. Some shady people in the area too begging on the corner. Breakfast was very limited and not very good. Positive is the beds we comfy and the water pressure was good. Do yourself a favor and just pay a bit more for a better hotel.
