• Péter (8/5): Everything was fine except for the woman on duty at check-in. I’m giving it an 8 because she wasn’t - This accommodation is perfect for a one-night stay I asked the receptionist to change the language settings in the rental car from Turkish to English so I could use it. Her response: “That’s not part of our services.” This is a huge embarrassment! In a hotel like this, the least they could do is either take a look at it themselves or, if I’m clueless about the car’s infotainment system, ask a more tech-savvy colleague for help.

Возле отеля стоял таксист, который накинулся на нашего таксиста, которого мы вызвали через uber. В итоге наш таксист отказался везти нас. Этот таксист продолжил убеждать, что Убер не работает в районе отеля, что нужно ехать только с ним. На ресепшене девушка также подтвердила, что Убер не работает и это единственный вариант. Все это оказалось обманом. Мы ранее останавливались в данном отеле и проблем с вызовом Убер не было. Впечатление об отеле испорчено. 2. В номере чисто, но в целом он изношен. Полотенца были в пятнах. Тк мы по факту в номере были не более 3 часов, то терпимо.

Менеджер которая сказала мне подать заявку через Booking, сама вручную не приняла отмену Booking, что теперь я вынуждена ждать свои же кровные деньги которые я оплатила и даже пару минут не воспользовалась их номером до 30 дней. Не рекомендую этот отель цена сильно завышена

The service was far below even basic expectations. Staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and at times completely dismissive. Any request felt like an inconvenience to them, and there was absolutely no sense of hospitality or professionalism. The food was another major letdown. It wasn’t just bad it was genuinely horrible. The quality, taste, and presentation were all unacceptable, especially for a place that claims to offer a comfortable stay. I couldn’t finish my meal, and it left me feeling frustrated that I had wasted both time and money. To make things worse, when I asked the staff to help me order a taxi, they didn’t even bother. They simply brushed it off as if it wasn’t their problem. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and even the most basic ones at least try to assist with transportation. The lack of support here was shocking. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor service, terrible food, and staff who clearly don’t care about guests. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Never, ever, ever stay in this hotel. • Toidze (9/5): - The room was incredibly clean and comfortable and so was the bathroom. After an intense 4 days of traveling on low sleep, i slept comfortably for 16 hours! Very close to the airport, walkable distance. Breakfast is not included and quite expensive

• DGtherover (8/5): Mandatory accommodation, Pleasant experience - I had to stay here for a night due to airline issues. The building is fine and has the typical lively Ibis design yet I was dissatisfied with the general room condition because eventhough it is a transit facility, still the expectations for the Ibis brand are always different, therefore the rooms definitely need some touches and improvements. Big thanks to the all Restaurant and Front Desk staff, they were very warm and friendly and there is also one person I would like to emphasize in particular; special thanks to Sevde from Reception who was so kind and attentive enough to send herbal teas to my room and take special care of me due to my sore throat and slight cough, every facility needs a star like her.

Но сидеть сутки до следующей уборке с грязными унитазом, простите, это гигиенично. Также плохие подушки, старые, продавливаются
