The worst think: they gave us room key envelope of different Hotel, which is 45km far away of our Hotel. When we come back to Hotel after tour in Downtown, taxi driver took us on the wrong hotel by mistake, he red address from the room key envelope. We drive 100km by mistake, wasted 2hours of our time, and make us additional costs. Front desk staff did not even truly say that their are sorry. Explanation was: both hotels are from the same owner. Really bad experience

- Dr. (9/5): 服务和设施都很好的酒店 - 酒店比较新，我们入住的家庭间非常舒适，房间很大，有一个小隔间，差不多感觉是两个卧室，房间很干净，负责客房卫生的员工非常好，点赞。总的来说前台餐厅员工都很专业，酒店早餐也很好，各种食品补充很及时，即使比较晚来吃早餐食品也很丰富。我们后来续了一晚，一共住了9晚，非常满意。酒店旁边是丽达购物中心，很方便。下次来青岛会考虑再次入住。 离景点有点远，周围没有地铁，出行需要打车。有人在走廊吸烟，酒店门口给客人开车门的员工，感觉有点多余，我们下出租车有被催促过快点。另外我们入住的家庭间挺大的，但是只有一把椅子可以坐，房间有足够的空间再加两个小沙发或者椅子，那样就更舒适了。

Big bath, with side handles! Very helpful staff! Pleasant and convenient location. Great food. Also the Western food menu is the best I have found in China. A definite thumbs up recommendation. 👍 no bad points.

On the occasion of Halloween enchanted dinner special orchestrated at Feast resident Restaurant by Manager Derek Yao , the whole galaxy of scintillating Food & Beverage stars were wheeling in perfect harmony at the service of delighted customers: F& B sales Manager Diana , Head Chef Frank Fan with Sous-Chef Eddie Yan and their highly skilled and dedicated Team , as well as Alan Jiang ( Lobby bar manager). The front desk staff was highly customer friendly oriented and recognised me gracefully as a Marriott member. They facilitated the activation of my room mobile key with great ease. Once again the ultimate satisfaction I experienced coruscanted in all the eating venues @ the hotel. I'm a regular gastronomic afficionado visitor, and particularly enjoy indulging into the simple yet highly sophisticated Japanese cuisine @ Miyabi resident restaurant under the houlette of Mr Eason. - leehN5895DU (2/5): Bad experience - I would like to share my disappointment experience with Sheraton Qingdao LiCang Hotel this morning, bus driver mishandling my rimowa cabin luggage and cause my newly purchase rimowa cabin luggage scratches and damage. Hotel manager unresponsive with the incident and don’t provide any service recovery. Non of apology from the hotel about mishandling my luggage, disappointed with their poor customer service. Hotel manager trying to shifting the blame to avoid apology to customer and avoid the responsibility, poor management / service training.

- SQUALO85 (10/5): Excellent stay # swimming cards overcrowded pool - Between 12 to 3 you should be fine for the pool, otherwise crowded during weekends, go for breakfast as early as possible, otherwise, you'll be seated outside, their AC didn't work well in the common areas, but all right in rooms. The rest was absolutely fine, liked the stay, and all was good. Breakfast was busy, and so was the Sheraton Club Lounge, everyone was friendly and supportive. Gym, most of the cross trainers defect and so where the slippers offered in each locker. Will definitely stay again, those were just small attention into detail flaws

- Martin (8/5): satisfying experience with good pool - Breakfast is nice and everything is available to start the day. As there is only one coffe machine, people needed to queue up... The pool is really spacious and nice. Sauna and steam room was there but not working. The Japanese restaurant serves really good food. the outside area has some sofas and tables, but there was no service, no real cleaing, no ashtrays, so people just needed to help themselves by using the floor... The outside sitting area was - although the weather permitted - not open and not well maintained and cleaned. There is no rooftop bar as it shows on the pictures and the executive lounge offers very limited softdrinks only during daytime and these are even not chilled. There are also no plugs available for charging your business gadgets. Staff can be a bit more active and show hospitality.

Better than the reception staff that can't even great you when you pass them. The hotel lacks personality The restaurant closes early in the evening but there are many in the mall next door. I'd stay here on my next business trip again.

- Mashgiach (4/5): Hotel gone very bad - I stayed at this property a few times it has gone from good to very bad on all counts Service all around was bad most staff don’t speak English at all. Or very basic English. The room was smelly and run down with outdated equipment. And the cherry on top was the AC didn’t work and whatever they said they are doing to fix it it never went down under 25 degrees Celsius. The executive lounge had almost no fresh fruits and vegetables and no fresh juice. And no service. I think it will be my last stay at this hotel. This hotel is giving a bad name to the Sheraton brand

- nomad6022 (6/5): Was once good, but tired - Infrastructure was once good; however, it is mostly dated and tired. Internet was bad, water pressure in shower low, and desk chair is nor comfortable. Worst of all was air-condition which was not well- functioning and temperatures would never go down 24°C. Bed quality was good, but due to heat I couldn’t sleep well. The only really positive in this hotel, is their service, which was very good, especially at their club lounge.

The staff are helpful and the dinner buffet is value-for-money as it includes all-you-can-drink Tsingtao beer and has a small but decent selection of seafood. The prawns I had were fresh.

- altm187 (10/5): Good Service at Club Lounge - Excellent service provided by Tara Dai. Buffet spread is acceptable consisting mainly Chinese dishes. Star dishes are from the tapas menu. Relaxing atmosphere and nice room at affordable price. Will come back again.
- Yu Wen (6/5): Cigarette smoke smell even on smoke free floor - Room had heavy traces of cigarette smoking, the central air conditioning was either turned off or not directed to them room making the room really warm and stuffy. The toilet floor was full of dried urine splatters. If only the management can clean up its act, the hotel is actually not bad. Everywhere smell of cigarette smoke even though we are on the smoke free floor.
- Gayeong (10/5): 칭다오 깨끗한 호텔, 호캉스 - 칭다오 관광지에선 좀 거리가 있지만 택시로 이동하는데 문제 전혀 없었구요. 호텔 깨끗하고 서비스 좋구요. 넓고 수영장 헬스장도 깨끗해서 이용하는데 최고였습다. 바로 앞에 슈퍼마켓있어서 물건 구입하는데도 편했어요. 호캉스 하실 계획이면 강추입니다!!

He accompanied me to the pickup area (near the hotel) and help me retrieve each item patiently. During the retrieval process, he demostrated a good command of understanding English numbers. After which, he carried some of my items and brought it back to the hotel. I'm thankful and grateful for his assistance.

We did not enjoy breakfast as we left early for the airport which is only 18km from the hotel. It is a good location if you need to fly early in the morning. Will book again when next I visit Qingdao.

The room was on the 19th floor and included Sheraton Lounge access on the 21st floor where you can eat small buffet and tapas before dinner and also breakfast. The hotel lobby was somewhat chilly in the evening and on the morning. There is also a good Japanese restaurant located at the ground level. Some 15 km distance to the city center and 23 km to Qingdao Lieuting Airport.

- N_Leonard2 (10/5): Nice trip nice staff - Hotel is close to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient car to take you downtown every morning at no extra charge. Particulary we are grateful to Allen and Nick call a taxi for me And give a TV video of Manchester FC .Free and reliable wifi.We stayed there for two nights and hope to return sometime. We had the bed and breakfast option which was amazing. The offerings of food,coffee, etc. were wonderful. The staff are all professional and efficient. The eveing music and lobby were a real treat. Our suite was lovely .
