The water cold, ok it woke me up, but coming from a long drive a shower was needed. We arrived for dinner. We were told dinner would be served in the games room. Food on our laps. What the hell. Another person in the great told me to just forget about it, so I did. After that thing were ok.

• Rahul (1/5): - Breakfast was good, but Dinner's quality is very poor. I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. Upon check-in, I requested a bathrobe from the front office associate. The robe provided did not fit me properly, and when I asked for a replacement, I was informed that no other sizes were available. I accepted this at the time. Additionally, I noticed that the kettle in my room was not clean, which was disappointing. Later that evening, when I visited the swimming area, a male staff member provided me with a bathrobe that fit perfectly. This left me confused as to why an appropriately sized robe could not be arranged earlier upon my request. I believe these are basic service expectations, and I hope you can address such inconsistencies to improve the guest experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
