• Mohammed (6/5): - Overpriced for what they offer. Staff was nice but otherwise left alot to be desired. TV's didn't work well, there was nobody to clean the rooms regularly, etc. will not stay again but would recommend to the non-family consumer.

• flavia (4/5): - Customer service was fine. They didn’t have a towel for the bathroom floor. The shower leaks so it was everywhere. The pillows are also uncomfortable. The room was so hot even though it was chilly and rainy outside. We tried turning on the AC and it was blowing hot air. Overall, it’s worth the money if you just need to lay your head down for the night. Oh yeah, the guard at the gate is annoying. Wouldn’t let the delivery driver through the gate so my husband had to walk really far from the front of the hotel.

The hotel is located in an area with business centers and universities, making it convenient, especially if you’re traveling by car. It offers great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. I experienced no issues during my stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a varied selection and served on the ground floor. Overall, it’s a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. Recommended!

• Andrade do Couto (8/5): Sejour court - La maintenance de l'hôtel est au minimum. On continue à trouver de la poubelle devant les ascensseurs. Le restaurant, les prix sont hors du marché et le service au minimum. Le petit déjeuner devrait commencer à 6,30h, mais à 7,30h, ils sont encore à placer les choses sur place. C'est l'anarquie. Le personnel est sympat.

• FRANCK (8/5): Nuit avant un vol matinal - L'hôtel est a une demie heure de l'aeroport. Cela m'a permis de me reposer avant un vol très tôt le matin. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Ma chambre etait ptopre. J'ai dîné au restaurant, c'était bon. La zone est sécurisée et parking devant l'hôtel.

• Wassim (2/5): - Chambre poussiéreuse. Le balais n’est pas passé, même pas sous le lit lors de nouveaux clients. Les linges ne sont pas forcément changés. Un membre du personnel très désagréable et peu aimable, il s’agit d’une femme à lunettes qui un œil qui regarde toujours à l’opposé. Elle nous a pris la tête car mon fiancé est monté descendre les bagages et a cru qu’il avait passé la nuit avec moi alors que j’avais payé une chambre single. Un autre jour, elle nous a interdit de manger des croissants sur les fauteuils de la réception avec comme prétexte qu’il y’avait un restaurant dans l’établissement et que si on voulait manger quelque chose il faut ACHETER sur place. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

• Karima (2/5): Bad smell and hard to get fresh air - They have a problem with the AC rotten smell. Might be the central air conditioning… because the air conditioning doesn’t help. Changed the room three times, with two different levels and still couldn’t sleep the few hours before the flight. Got a pillow by the window to be able to get some fresh air. Definitely won’t recommend this place until they figure out the source if the problem

On peut faire un jogging et profiter d’équipements de parcours de santé en face de l’hôtel. Cependant 2 notes d’amélioration significative : - revoir le système de libération des chambres pour éviter qu’elle deja occupée par un autre client (c’est la seconde fois que le système fausse l’attribution des chambres) - la gestion des clients qui n’appartiennent pas au grand groupe de clients (équipe de natation ) pour éviter d’attendre une heure son plat et de voir tout le monde déguster le sien.

Par contre le Wifi de l’hôtel est catastrophique, ce qui est un gros problème pour un hôtel qui se trouve dans une zone de bureau et où une majorité de clients sont présent pour des raisons professionnelles.

But could be a lot friendlier as compared to the rest of Morocco - Plenty of parking space - Room is generally clean and has modern facilities Cons: - The shower design is slightly flawed. Hence the wood at the side is deteriorating. So it looks bad. - Breakfast service was poor. There was not enough plates for us - The area is boring. But sufficient for our purposes.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great airport location - We had an early flight so wanted to stay within 20 minutes from the airport. Super clean and comfortable. Gated road because it's in a technology park (offices). We spent our last night on the way back from Marrakesh via Essoura, so, after a long, long, drive. It was super easy to find the hotel and it has free parking. The front desk girl was really nice. No issues. We arrived after dinner had been shut down in the restaurant, but had great burgers in the bar ( with beers) and our college kids were happy!!! Bean bag chairs. Look no further for a good night's rest in a clean and safe environment within a short drive of the airport. Highly recommend.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Would stay there again. No complaints. - Not at all disappointed. As is typical in France, our room was smaller than those in similar hotels in the US. The food in the restaurant was good and our waiter willingly spoke English when we were unable to « find » the French word for a particular item. He was fluent in English.
• Ibrahim (8/5): Decent place for a business trip - It is a bit away from downtown. You can't go around without a taxi. Hotel staff called for a taxi, which took 30 minutes to arrive. There is a 15DHR service charge. I wish they speak more English. They had a decent breakfast.

• Judith (10/5): Great Economy Hotel - The room was cozy, modern, well equiped and very clean and quiet. The breakfast was more than adequate but the attendant was not very helpful. I appreciated that smoking was prohibited in the entire dining room. Finally, the price was very fair for the offering.
• Christine (4/5): Not up to usual standard of ibix. - Firstly it was hard to find because an address was given that meant nothing to GPS. It is also inside a secure perimeter office park and security will only let you go through two gates. We received no housekeeping on the second day. We had to go down a ask three times for towels and toilet paper. The hotel had no change so any meal we bought and when we paid tax, resulted in an IOU for change. Very annoying. Another annoying thing was the meal special they had on the blackboard outside - they refused to honour as they said it was lunch only, despite the sign not saying that. And there is no laundry - despite it saying on Hotels.com there was (and this was a feature that attracted us to the hotel). Service not up to ibis standard that we've had before.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Location OK but hotel is a bit errr. - The hotel smelled strongly of fish or seafood at the reception. The smell was still there on the ground floor at the end of the stay. Hotel feels built on a really tight budget. It was ok but it felt like the toilet would break if it was sat on by even a light person. The toilet room itself was like a room within a room and built with really thin walls that would easily break. Hotel staff not friendly or helpful. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working. Reported to reception and they called someone who said they'd come up and take a look. They didn't and reception was visited again about the same issue and they mentioned something about all the air conditioning not working for the entire hotel. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of me.

• Allen (6/5): Nice hotel, near to airport. - Everything was good except rooms were small, I book the room for two adult and two bed. I came out two bed were stick each other and there were no room to separate them.
• mom (10/5): Convenient between airport and city - Very good experience . Were spending one night at casablanca to catch a morning flight to paris then DC. We were 30 min away from downtown and 29 min away from airport. Rooms clean and staff very nice
• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel was clean and food fine - The hotel was hard to find because there are 3 Ibis hotels in Casablanca. It can not be reached easily by public transportation. The room was fine. We arrived after a train trip from Marrakesh. If you are coming by train, check to see which stop you should get off at. We went to the Casablanca Voyager station, but I think the University station would have been closer. We stayed overnight just so we could be at the airport on time. If you are doing this, the Ibis near the Casa Voyager train station might be easier as you could take the train to the airport.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great for a utilitarian stay - Needed a place to stay overnight for an early trip to the airport the next morning. I was leery of staying at the 2 hotels very close to the airport given some reviews related to cleanliness. The Ibiss was 1/3 of the cost, VERY clean, check in and out were fast and very friendly, bathroom was "modern" feeling and beds comfortable. Hotel feels very secure due to it's location in the business park. A/C only blew room temperature air, hotel is 20 minute drive to the airport, location is the middle of a business park which shuts down after regular hours - no easy food/shopping nearby. Also, room and bathroom size were on the smaller side, but since this was for a utilitarian, one-night stay - not a big deal. Overall, if you have a vehicle or pre-arranged transport to the airport, I would highly recommend this location and would stay here again. It's a little further out, but it's right off the main road leading to the airport, and the cost, cleanliness, and friendly attitude of staff made the staff absolutely peaceful.

• Dimitar (10/5): A good hotel for business or 1 night sleepover - A small room in a business hotel. Enough for 1 night stay, since we just wanted to visit Casablanca and go to the aquapark the secound day. The only problem was the location - it is in the middle of a business district - absolutely nothing to do there. We were very glad of the security of the whole district and the car was safe (there are also lots of parking spaces) All in all a good place. A nice surprise were the english channels on the TV
• Verified traveler (6/5): clean, functional, but a bit depressing - clean, somewhat close to the airport but purely functional hotel. there is nothing around the hotel - we only stayed here because we had a very early flight out of Casablanca and didn't want to spend a lot of money on the hotel. it is a 20 minute drive (at least) from any restaurant or other attraction.
