We stay here twice a year every year and always have a great experience. This stay we were given a "handicap" room and the beds were about 12" off the floor. Very inconvenient and the bathroom was also not the nicest. The entire room looked old and used and unattended.

- Cleiton (5/5): Hotel was OK. Friendly staff, comfortable night's sleep but not worth the price. - Staff was very friendly and helpful and check in was quick and easy. Bathroom countertops and shower were updated and very nice and new. Towels and bed linens were clean. Good parking in a well lit parking lot. The room darkening/privacy curtains were terrible in that it was not possible to close them. The track they were on only went half way across the window. You could totally see the street thru the sheer curtains and a blaring street light was right outside. We finally found a large file clip in my bag and were able to get it to stay shut. Thermostat would not work and the heating/a/c unit under the window wouldn't shut off so eventually we unplugged it. There was a definite old smell to the building/room as well. Elevator stainless steel was dirty and so was the carpet when we stepped off the elevator. I did own a cleaning company for 20 yrs so notice this easily but for the cost of the night, we have stayed in much nicer hotels. We stayed at a hotel 2 weeks prior for $20 more and it was amazing compared to this one. Breakfast was OK.

It is only since last year I believe that we are being charged an extra 25 dollars each above the listed price for our 2 small dogs. It is disappointing. See above. Channels 2 through 11, which are the main channels with sports such as the World Series and football would not tune in. The system said weak or scrambled channels. Disappointing as a working television is kind of a basic expectation in a chain motel. The staff said a tornado last year caused the damage.? Itâs October. Only complaint.

- stacey (1/5): Wouldnât recommend!â - Evening check in gentleman was very nice. The room was dirty. Animal hair all over the floor and bed. Heating unit did not work. When telling the staff about the issues, she had 0 response, just printed our receipt and said âenjoy your dayâ.

- Linda (8/5): Nice place to stay. - The location was good. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty bad. The only thing I could eat was boiled egg and banana. Need gluten-free and dairy free options, also tea bags, which every other hotel usually has.

- Tammy (9/5): Nice job place great room would recommend. - Excellent property, friendly staff, pet friendly! I wish there was option for earlier than 3 check-in and should have bedding in the room when there is a sofa bed. Was able to get extra blanket at front desk when we returned from delivery dinner though!
- Carol (8/5): It was good overall. I felt safe and the staff was very good. - I couldn't get any because I was traveling with a canine. The floor I stayed on smelled really bad, like someone was cooking in their room, and the carpet in the hallways was stained.

- Terrie (3/5): - I liked that it was quiet. I liked the scent in the lobby. It smelled clean and soothing. I didn't like that my room was cold. I didn't like that there was mold in my shower around the caulking.

- Melissa (8/5): - Close proximity to the interstate and all the places we wanted to do. The cleaning staff only replaced the towels during our 3 night stay. Plus the staff walked in on my guy in his undies before he could answer the knock at the door.
- Ezequiel (5/5): Disappointed - Location Person at the desk was rude, pillows and bed are extremely uncomfortable and the pet fee itâs ridiculous
